Great service! The staff is so friendly, and they took the time to get my computer up and running. The prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone or any business who has computer and/or networking issues.

If you have a Mac, stay away from this place, they replaced my track pad and never replaced the screws to the battery!! Also the battery was ex0anding and they completely missed it,didnt clean out under the track pad and stripped two screws.I didnt know until I took it to a certified apple place because the battery expanded and cracked the track pad, there was still spilled coffee under the track pad when they should have cleaned that out the first time. They showed me the screws were missing and the other two stripped. I'm furious. When i got the track pad fixed, it was elevated and really stiff. They said that was the best they could do. Turns out the battery was expanding!!! I took the computer to Quadstar and they removed the battery and the track pad laid down perfect, and now works properly. Never again will I go.here, 350 dollars down the drain!!!

Customer communication is not a priority for this company.

I had an excellent experience with EMC Computers in Middleburg Heights, OH. They were able to repair my keyless entry and I saved a considerable amount of money, as opposed to purchasing a brand new one. Great troubleshooting!! Thank you.

EMC Computers is a local computer sales and repair shop in my neighborhood. I had them build a computer for me back in 2004. I have shopped there over the past 16 years and all the people working there have always been helpful and friendly. I recently took that computer they built for me back to them for recycling. Different employees with the same great service. I highly recommend this store for new and refurbished computers and parts.

Our computer was thete for 10 days. Nothing was done to it and we coukd never get anyone to answer the phone. When they did they had no update. We finally picked it back up and too it someplace else, who fixed it in 2 days.

I've always had a great experience with EMC. They usually have exactly what I need or an option even better. I love having them as a "pc part store" type of thing in town because they're not as common as you'd think. 100% reccomended to anyone who needs a repair or some parts

I was not at all happy with Don. Don was late to work by 15 minutes sloshed in, didn't apologize, ordered his breakfast during the initial consultation with my device. Promised me the world that he would get it fixed without replacing the parts. Never followed up, and didn't get it done on time. Nate, however stepped up and took charge. I appreciated this from him. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and responsibility. We did all the footwork together. He tried to reach Don, and couldn't. He finished up what Don couldn't. I was completely impressed. Thank you Nate for stepping up doing the right thing, and getting the job done. I appreciate it greatly. Thanks again.

These guys are awesome!!! My Quickbooks Server stopped working. Anybody running a small business knows that sinking feeling of doom. I have backups so my data wasn t the issue. It would have been a process to get software updates and reloaded. No need!! They got my machine back exactly the way it was. I m up and working again like nothing happened! THANK YOU!!!!

Very helpful staff with good new computers and accessories. I got a bunch of Cat5e cables and a nice USB3 hub. I will go back to see if they can help me setup my SOHO network.

Warning unreliable and slow!. Had them do a server system for my company. They were suppose to set up a mirrored server so if our main server failed we could just switch over. We had a failure and we switched over and the software said no file found. We were dead in the water till the sever was fixed. This system runs our entire company, time clocks, billing and pricing! The repair on the server we had to do our selves do to the lengthy response time. They took two days to respond to the service ticket . Thats two days were we would have not been able to do any business at all. They are now refusing to work on it and make it right so I am writing this review. They want top money but do not give top service. They must think they are the only game in town. You may want to help me prove them wrong and save yourself some grief. This is my opinion, thank you for reading.

Valhalla for a tech-challenged individual. It crashes...they fix it. A perfect world for a novice like me.

I would highly recommend them! They helped us so much when we moved our company. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We had two other computer companies in the last 14 years. Now we are have the best. They were able to solve our server problems that the past two companies could not.
