I have never reviewed any company a 1 star before, first for everything. This place never return calls, everyone is "away" or " not available" for weeks. You get redirected multiple times cause they dont want to deal with you, its easier to pass the buck. When you tell them it is an emergency, its avoided and quickly transfer your call. We just needed anyone to talk to about an important document to be printed, that is all. I think the "solutions" in RCAP Solutions should be removed.

Honestly they tell you it takes 30 days to get approved or denied for the program which is true. In some cases when money that funds this runs out they have to wait for the funding to be replenished. They do tell you dont call they will email or call you with a approval or denied answer. It took 3 months before I heard anything but they are friendly knowledgable and helpful with ansering your questions.
My FSS worker Jenna filed a 51A on me. I was trying to explain the barriers I had and why I could not return to work. This was heartbreaking. She has never laid eyes on my children. I am a single mother.
I'm a single mother of two soon to be three and explained my situation and how I am no longer allowed to stay where I've been living and I was denied rental assistance all because I was 1 percent over the 30 percentile required but was also told I didn't make enough to live in an apartment by myself. They are absolutely no help.
Calls are NEVER answered. Ever. And when I showed up they Can t answer my Questions because there s not an Associate who could answer Questions about The Application or RCaps themselves
I applied for the RAFT application program on 10/22/19, we are about to enter the new year and I have yet to hear back from them. No phone call, no letter, no nothing acknowledging your application or status. I have called several time, usually with no answer and to leave a voicemail, not sure why as no one calls you back. When I did get to speak to someone I always got the same response, "its to soon call back the following week". The application process filling it out and them explaining how the program works is easy and fast. On the day I went to fill out the application they take you into a room with a few other people to explain to you how the program works etc. On that day we were told it takes about 3 weeks for you to hear something back. It has been more then 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back and its almost impossible to get through to someone. Not sure why they call this emergency assistance because this is NOT "emergency assistance". You need help ASAP I would advise to use them as a plan B or maybe a plan C. Thumbs down!!!!
First there s a really rude oriental girl that collects your paperwork. I ve called to follow up 3 times and left messages and no one has got back to me. I thought this was going to be a place that helps. Very disappointed and discouraged!
When I first came to Worcester it seem ok until I started noticing the funny stuff, for example funny sarcastic comments. The body gestures, face expression, eyes rolled, teeth suck smh but not everyone was like that. It seem like there was a lil jealousy, comparison etc However I had an ok experience with some staff who where extremely helpful. Not much to say other than be careful and be respectful and document everything.
The thought is there for helping. But communication skills are lacking. Professionalism....lacking. The only one that I see doing her job there is sally!
To Sally Nieves, and Staff at RCAP solutions. Like most of the things that constantly fall through the cracks at Rcap Solutions, this notice is of utmost stupidity and shows how clueless you all are at your facility. How can you send me a termination letter when I have already been out of the program since April 2018. You expect us as clients to be timely with all paperwork, changes in income, ect .but you don t hold up your end of your job duties. As a client there for 3 years I had an awful experience. A single mom, with a job, I had to keep asking my boss to take time off to drive down there because you were all incompetent. I will be leaving a review, and letting the Board on Rcap know the problems with your facility. I have numerous proof of emails I have sent you Sally Nieves, and my worker (workers) because so many people leave, with no responses for help. Again, your paperwork is incorrect as I have been out of the program since April 2018. What would an inspection do for me? Do you think the landlord would care? He s not getting money from you so why would he care? Plus I had an inspection in January 2018????? Isn t it once a year? Just wacked. Totally wacked. Who I truly feel bad for is the women who are uneducated and don t know how to fight for their rights that have to deal with a company like you. You don t help, you cause so much grief and stress.
If you are not a minority! !!! Very rude people, does not look at any paper work you bring, if you have a appointment, & you are on time they let you sit & wait, i advise non minorities speak to higher rank people than this office! !! They will not help you !!!!
Rental Assistance NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. LITERALLY NEVER. I don t understand why these people get payed when they can t do simple things like answer the phone or return your phone calls. It s actually pretty sad because the managers are beyond nice and helpful. It s the middle man that doesn t do their job !!!!
They were absolutely no help there's no way i can get to their office before 11am to do their walk in program i don't have access to do the application online and now my power will be shut off this weekend I'm a single father on disability thanks for nothing r-cap
They are so hard to contact. U contact them via email and they rarely ever respond. No one hardly ever answers the phone when u call. When they do answer they can never resolve your issue. They transfer u to your so called case worker and it s always a voicemail. When u leave a message the case worker never calls u back. It s the worst customer service. They need to get workers that know their job and be more helpful. If u hi into the office u may have. chance to have your issue resolved but u have to wait a very long time. I d give thx company zero stars but it won t allow less than a one star.
This case workers don't do there job right. U have to get paperwork from everyone they want and then the worker , said that her supervisor was going to change my income verification.and I pay 1,700 . For my meds out of pocket. She only put 700 hundred. She said that the supervisor was going to do and find out, if my meds I could buy over counter. I get my meds from a compounding new England . If they have to make it exactly to my weight and height. She never saw her supervisor cause I got the paper and she didn't have the time, to talk to my doctor or pharmacy to make change in rent and the time on paper she sent was done 3 minutes after I left . She was pissed that I question her change . And rasied my rent .3 minutes later and, she wrote not to bother Calling. I had 2 day's to pay the new amount, no excustion. I did pay the rent. They act like the money is coming out here pocket .
Wow its crazy since they moved it's hard to get ahold of a Personnel that you're looking for, I was told that a fast away you could respond to anything they send you in the mail was through email that it was better then a phone call come to find out they removed me from the section 8waiting list and that they would respond and see my notices quicker, I see now that it was through the past administration, this is after going from place to place after a fire where I lost my dog and everything, can I please get some help and I can someone tell me my status after I've gave them letters not to be taken off
I went to rcap over 2 months ago. Was supposed to get a letter in 3 weeks and didn't. I left about 7 voicemails no return phone call. They left me in a real tough spot. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
There is no way to understand this place, they help those who really do not need help and the Spanish-speaking staff believe a lot in front of people in need
I didn't know what questions to ask and had to be told by other people how to navigate the system. I'm still not sure if I'm checking on my status correctly.
