I had a horrific experience with an associate name...

I had a horrific experience with an associate named LaRue. She lacks basic human decency! I am genuinely shocked that she has a job that involves any form of customer service as she is clearly incapable at even a minimal level. I waited 5 days for some information to which she would not help. As such, I was given her number to work with her directly and I am dumbfounded at what a truly awful person she is. I would recommend to never work with this person. I would appreciate to hear from the store management team as I feel her lack of professionalism should be addressed.

Update- the Management team from RC Willey did contact me to address my concerns. I am thankful for their prompt response and taking the time to answer my questions. I do stand by my statements regarding LaRue and advise to work with anyone but her. She truly gave me the worst customer service experience I've ever had. She is completely disrespectful. Thankfully, the Management team stepped up to correct. I revised to 3 stars because ultimately, RC Willey is customer service based and this issue came down to the poor actions from one associate.
