Ray White Redcliffe Review

From the moment we called Ben Smith from our home on the Central Coast N.S.W. he was very helpful with all our enquiries, Ben made us feel as though we were his only clients and nothing was a bother - even when we called him on his day off, he always greeted us with a smile, his knowledge of the area and everything involved with purchasing a property was excellent..
We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Ben to anyone interested in buying/selling a property.

Angie has been an incredible Property Manager for my partner & myself! She is very helpful and efficient and lovely to speak to. We are very happy with her service!

We inspected and applied for a house on Tuesday and Caleb was beyond amazing. He was honest and upfront about everything and as first time renters he took the opportunity to educate us about renting rather than take advantage as others have tried to do. He was very friendly and very genuine, not just putting it on for business. Ray White are great at keeping you in the loop, we received text message and email updates through the whole process and it is the following day and we have received approval and payed our bond and should be signing the lease in the next few days! So far I could not fault them if I tried, amazing all the way through. I m so excited for this new experience and so greatful we found Caleb and Ray White to go through it with. Makes the whole process so much more exciting and stress free.

Horrible agency. My mum had a rental property with them that was vacant for over a month. Was not getting call backs from the property manager or any info on why it was not renting. When my mum finally signed with another agent to get a tenant the principal called my mum and abused her, trying to blackmail her on the phone to stay with them saying they didn't have enough staff to call her back. When she said no she was still going with another agent he was very abusive to her. She was quite distraught over it. The other agent found a tenant within 1 week of having the property. High turnover in property managers and clearly a terrible management system. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!

Michael Bradford is a great property manager and I d recommend him to anyone looking to have their property managed. Always prompt to reply and respond to mine and my tenants requests he goes above and beyond. He s knowledgeable and goes out of his way to find solutions to any issues.

I honestly couldn t thank Michelle at Ray White Redcliffe enough for her support in finding our property. Her sympathy and understanding is something that I appreciate greatly. Thanks again Michelle.
