Horrible agency. My mum had a rental property with them that was vacant for over a month. Was not getting call backs from the property manager or any info on why it was not renting. When my mum finally signed with another agent to get a tenant the principal called my mum and abused her, trying to blackmail her on the phone to stay with them saying they didn't have enough staff to call her back. When she said no she was still going with another agent he was very abusive to her. She was quite distraught over it. The other agent found a tenant within 1 week of having the property. High turnover in property managers and clearly a terrible management system. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!
