Ray White (IMS) Review

Loaded quickly.smooth and very easy navigation and very user friendly. Very logically set out with the user/ customer at the forefront thought when developing the website.

Courtney Boland has been my property manager for a number of years now, I have found her very efficient and professional.
If you have a property and you want a stress free efficient manager I highly recommend Courtney.

The team members I dealt with from day 1, are top notch. They all went above and beyond to help me find a place that was suitable for my family.

Anthony, Trish and Kellie, thank you all so so much for helping us find a new home. We're absolutely in love.

Ray white has always been forthcoming and fairly quick with repairs. Unfortunately they are stubborn with some maintainence, uncompromising under extenuating circumstances during covid, and finally we were charged for an entire lock replacement when they had a spare key. When this was brought up, the blame was put onto us for their miscommunication. Very poor form.

The owner they represent is fantastic and very on the ball, couldn't ask for a better one.

Bit disappointed as we confirmed twice on site if it's pet allow when doing Inspection, got answered twice Big yes. Hence we applied.
As first time using 2apply it took us time fill all those questions and waited for five days for reply.
called up this morning check process and admin Keep telling me can't find any of our applications. No record in theirs system.

Earlier tonight got email saying this property is actually pet NOT allowed, if pets included in application would be withdrawed.

Could let us know EARLIER to Save our time. As we mentioned we'd love move in asap, current rental contract finish in two weeks.

We Rejected two offers From other agents because wanna this one then got result like this.

Unacceptable.

Won't deal with your company again.

If Dorathea has not taken over my property, this would be a very different review.

But from the moment Dorathea took over my property, she went above and beyond in communication, keeping to her promises and ensuring that the transition out of my property was smooth and not at all stressful.

I would gladly if needed rent back with Ray white but only if Dorathea was my agent. And in the future if we decide to rent out our own property I would gladly leave my property in Dorathea s capable hands.

She respected me as a tenant and in being an owner of a property you want a happy tenant.

Not happy. Our tiny investment property has been anything but an investment. The place has been handled poorly for years.
We have worried about changing property managers though in case it gets worse. We have to chase them up constantly for simple liaisons and tasks. Have had such a bad run of tenants (putting it lightly) and are in more debt due to damage left - eg tenant abandoning property, water leaks not reported by tenant or property manager - that can t be covered by insurance.

They don't respond to emails and phones call promptly..
