THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST REAL ESTATE. Staff are the most disrespectful people I have ever meet. Go there to collect paper work staff where so rude and didn't want to help one bit.. Absolutely discussed with this real estate!!!

To deal with this so called business, was the worst experience we have ever had. We dealt with approximately 10 different people in a time frame of a month. No one responded to calls or emails, everyone was happy to pass the buck off to the next person. It truly was unprofessional and if I was the owner of this so called business It would be a complete embarrassment and heads would be on the chopping block. I would never recommend Brogan & Ryan not even to my worst enemy. My husband and I are so glad that we will never have any contact with them again. For anyone wanting to rent, buy or sell, think again about ever contacting Brogan & Ryan.
If I could put lower then one star I would. Also I feel I need to explain what a bathroom is..."a room containing a bath or shower and typically also a wash basin and a toilet" I feel your staff need to be aware that because a bathroom has two ways of entry does not make it two separate bathrooms. Nor does another toilet on its own. I'd also like to acknowledge that your staff now nothing about the properties they are holding the viewings for and aggregance is not the best look in our family's eyes. I would very much appreciate if you could advertise correctly as not to waste anyones already busy days. Lastly rude phone manner when you can finally get a hold of them. All the best in your false advertising.
Worst real estate to deal with. No local office so you have to travel 50 minutes to pay rent or pay huge fees with direct debit company. Garage door has never worked with remotes and after 1 year+ they still have done nothing. Jad to pay own plumbing repair bill and was never reimbursed. High staff turnover means new prrson every time you call and you have to start the story all over again. Never again will I rent with these people.
Very poor customer service. They were my property manager for 7 years. Started off okay but then the staff and service got progressively worse. Almost changed 3 years ago but they convinced me to stay with a period of free management. Waited consistently for 5 mins each time I called the office only to be transferred to the property managers voice-mail which did not exist. They ignore emails and if they do respond it can take a week or more. I had as many property managers as tenants, both quite frequent. I had to remind them about items being covered under warranty rather than paying for repair - even though they had purchased the item. Copied the owners into a couple of issues as I had them and neither of them acknowledge or respond. They also think it is acceptable to leave the property vacant for a week between tenancies (which costs money in lost rent).
With such poor service as a landlord it makes me wonder how bad the experience may have been for the tenants. This company is a waste of your time and money. I very strongly suggest that you find someone that cares about providing good service.
To be honest when we first started Hailey was very good and we had no issues. After Hailey though it all went downhill. Since vacating it has been a truly horrible experience. In the last month and a half we have been contacted by no less then 10 people. It is obvious there is no communication in the office. We struggled to have calls returned or emails responded to. I am just happy the experience is over. If you do decide to use them, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING! Make sure you go over the entry report with a fine tooth comb, and make sure that you can be there for the final inspection (we tried, but unfortunately they were unable to keep their word on when it would be).
Worst Real Estate Ever!! We had 5 property managers in 6 months, they never answer the phone, took 2 months to get a blocked drained fixed. We vacated and two weeks later we were receiving messages asking if works had been done in the property, they have no clue of what they are doing.
Horrible horrible horrible horrible, wish I could rate a negative stars. My partner was renting through them and THANK GOD has just moved in with me. They never fix anything, they are rude, they discuss payments and contact information in group text messages with multiple tenants. I hate this relestate company, I recommend you steer clear. And I'm an observer not a tenant!! My partner is mortified with them.. Useless don't understand how they are still allowed to operate.
I have never, in all of my years of renting all over the globe dealt with such incompetent humans. If it wasn't so destructive to my partner and my personal circumstances, our dealings with Robina Brre would be completely laughable. The staff have NO CLUE how to profile and respect their clients, they have little to NO understanding of their own policies and procedures, and at times will take weeks to respond to even the simplest maintenance requests. I am not a Gold Coaster, but as the owner of many properties, and being fussy over who i choose to manage them I would have no other advice but to warn all prospective clients of Brre to steer clear of these clowns. It is extraordinary that these guys still have their licence at all. Cheers. H
