This framing shop carries lots of ready made and custom made frames. I compared few shops before I went to this shop. Their prices are very reasonable. The people are nice . They spent quite a bit of time working with me to find the frames that match my posters. Very happy to recommend this shop!

One of two citizenship application prints smeared, stamp on the back of the photos overinked and therefore illegible. Poor value. Cannot jeopardize my application with this level of attentiveness and quality. Look elsewhere.

[Edit] The owner contacted me & fixed the issue promptly. It turned out that the email address was not updated in their ordering system, and my email never reached out to them. I am now waiting to receive the new/revised version of the photos.
I would give 0 star if possible. This place is a complete scam. They messed up a simple photo print for my kid s passport. The pictures are color faded, flipped/mirrored, and not centered (digital copy I sent was centered). Sent them an email, no response received.
I brought a vhs tape that I ve been wanting to be converted to a flash drive and to my surprise they were able to convert it and include a dvd as well.
It was all done so quickly and everyone in the store were so kind! I m so grateful that I now have the opportunity to look back at an important memory as often as I want thanks to Vivid Photo!!!

My photos were of the highest quality. The staff was friendly in quite efficient. I highly recommend their services.
Nice people but they were late opening up and I was therefore late to my passport appointment so they wouldn't see me. I now need to reschedule my appointment when I don't know when I can do that now... Upsetting. A bit on the pricey side too.
