We Know Lydia since more than a year. We approached Ray White Real estate rental agency after a disappointing experience with previous Real Estate rental Agency. Lydia welcomed us with warm heartedly. Within no time she took over our property, sorted out all the issues. We were so relaxed after we handed over our property to her. Over the almost 4.5 years of the Ray White rental team looking after my home as a rental, the team have been helpful and quick with their responses to any problem and have ensured a positive outcome.
After deciding to sell, the sales agent has also done a great job, above and beyond what I could have hoped for.
The forest lake ray white has absolutely not standing or presenting me as landlord's best interests when deal with the tenant. They have about 2 years that didn't do any routine inspects, even the lease expired with my tenant, they forgot about it. I am the person need to research for the new rent and lost about 2 months of rent increased. They also asked me discount the water charges to my tenant when there is fence disput between me as owner and the neighbours which it's out of my control. However they forgot I have provided the tenant the new air-conditioning and oven and others maintenance over the years of tenant lives there. Only simply of inconvenience of the fence that caused tenant, they asked me to honour the water charge.
I don't know how others have given absolute positive feedbacks on their properties management perhpas my property is just not the important one.

We are on a high way and were expecting it to take a long time to sell, but the boys sold the house at the first open home for more then we were expecting. They gave great advise for marketing and how to make our house look its best, were always avalible and answered all our calls and emails and Simon even organised for our large dog to be walked for our open home so that we could just go out for the day. We recently sold our property in Forest Lake with Thanh Ngo being our managing agent.
I must say that I was very impressed with Thanh from the start. He displayed a sound knowledge of the market and utilised all his staffs skills and knowledge to give me a quality market appraisal that was in excess of what we were expecting.
Thanh ran us through the different methods of sale but advised us of the best course of action.
Thanh also gave us wise advise on what we should and shouldn't do to get the house ready for sale and even went as far as mowing the lawns of the property for us. (Well above and beyond the call of your average Real Estate Agent I would say).
When we decided to go ahead, we had our first offer on the second day, two offers on the fourth day one of which we went ahead with.

Absolutely horrendous experience during tenancy and when vacating. One of the property managers couldn't have been less helpful and more conniving if she tried. And the receptionist, my lord she needs a new day job and a happy meal.
Ray White Forest Lake (in particular) Anthony Tran have provided exceptional service in the sale of our house at Forest Lake. We purchased another property through Coronis at North Lakes and as this property was tenanted were requested to allow for two months from when contract went unconditional for settlement to allow tenant two months notice to vacate. All this was handled exceptionally by Ray White - not so by Coronis. Contract for new property was signed mid October, went unconditional mid November at which time tenant was to be given notice. Notice not given until end December. This notice had original end of contract in mid March noted so we have nowhere to live at the moment due to Coronis incompetence!
I went into the kiosk with a few simple questions and spoke with Penny anne. I was very surprised with the service i received. From the very start Penny anne was very friendly and welcoming. No question was too silly and she took the time to explain everything to me properly. I felt very comfortable chatting with her and the other people who were working.
