Ray White Forest Lake (in particular) Anthony Tran have provided exceptional service in the sale of our house at Forest Lake. We purchased another property through Coronis at North Lakes and as this property was tenanted were requested to allow for two months from when contract went unconditional for settlement to allow tenant two months notice to vacate. All this was handled exceptionally by Ray White - not so by Coronis. Contract for new property was signed mid October, went unconditional mid November at which time tenant was to be given notice. Notice not given until end December. This notice had original end of contract in mid March noted so we have nowhere to live at the moment due to Coronis incompetence!
