The forest lake ray white has absolutely not standing or presenting me as landlord's best interests when deal with the tenant. They have about 2 years that didn't do any routine inspects, even the lease expired with my tenant, they forgot about it. I am the person need to research for the new rent and lost about 2 months of rent increased. They also asked me discount the water charges to my tenant when there is fence disput between me as owner and the neighbours which it's out of my control. However they forgot I have provided the tenant the new air-conditioning and oven and others maintenance over the years of tenant lives there. Only simply of inconvenience of the fence that caused tenant, they asked me to honour the water charge.
I don't know how others have given absolute positive feedbacks on their properties management perhpas my property is just not the important one.
