Lydia Treloar is hands down the best Property Manager you will find in Brisbane. I have had a number of rental properties around Brisbane for the last 15 years. From time to time as circumstances changed I ended up with other agents and Property Managers however none ever compared to Lydia. In the end I went wherever she went, as she is simply brilliant. Truly understands what it means to 'manage' a property on your behalf. Highly efficient, has high standards and expectations, and a great communicator. Couldn't ask for a better person to manage your valuable properties. So much so, many years ago I tried to talk her into coming and working for me as a Property Manager in the commercial sector. I couldn't convince her, but still very happy that she stayed and looked after a number of my own properties. Over the years I have recommended Lydia to family members and friends and they have all considered her to be the best in their experience.
