1 month ago I was devastated When I totaled my BMW by hitting a deer. I had went to many dealers looking at new cars and different brands. My heart kept going back to BMW. When we went to the used auto center at Keeler, we were met by Jason Rivers. Jason had asked what type of car I was looking for and that is when I explained my situation. Jason not only provided me with an amazing used BMW close to what I had, but his stellar service blew my mind. He made a situation that had become so upsetting and dismal to me feel like the right opportunity to get another ultimate driving machine and was not "pushy" as many salesmen are. I would highly recommend Keeler and highly recommend Jason Rivers for his assistance to me and my family

Wonderful experience picking up my first Mercedes ...

Wonderful experience picking up my first Mercedes today! David Lee (DJ) worked very hard to get me the beautiful AMG GLC 43 with all the features I wanted & was extremely patient with me & a pleasure to deal with. Bernie did a great job of explaining all the car s features. Although this is my first Mercedes, I have had 3 BMWs over the past 9 years all through Keeler & would highly recommend them.

Paul Haupt and Nick Demartino were both excellent to work with. As a person who doesn't usually like shopping for a new car- they both made my time at the dealership enjoyable, easy and affordable. They were so patient in listening to my must haves in a car, my budget and working with me on my trade in. I found the perfect FIT for my life. I am so happy I decided to go with a Honda. I HIGHLY recommend Keeler Honda!!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership if ...

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you live out of state. I live in CO and purchased a used vehicle from salesman Nick in Dec 2018. It's been 4 months and I have yet to receive my title and registration from the dealership despite multiple attempts to prompt action on their end. They have not reached out on their own initiative to give me updates and when contacted they continue to vaguely tell me there are issues on their end and they are working on it. During the purchase process customer service was satisfactory, once they received my payment I have been thoroughly unimpressed with the level of customer service I have received.

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Keeler Honda & I will highly recommend this dealership & sales rep, Tom Fenton. Tom is very knowledgeable of his product & more than willing to instruct us on the features of the car. Most important was the work the dealership did to get us favorable financing within our budget constraints. I have recommended Keeler to my family & will continue to buy cars from this dealership.

Had lots of problems. When my car was here for re...

Had lots of problems. When my car was here for recalls and class act law suit repairs. Took long time to get it right. Lots of time and lots of calls but finally Alan and Darren worked hard and got the car back to me and in working order. Was two month and a half to get me car fixed the right way up dated. Review. Had the car back for 4 months now and been good no problem. Now I have a light on put call in and they returned call and we gonna see how it works out from here

Don't trust the body shop here or mechanical repai...

Don't trust the body shop here or mechanical repairs either. Tried to give my "repaired" car back not working properly (convertible top not working at all along w a broken ac motor that was also working before going in). Make sure you do a thorough inspection upon picking up your "fixed" vehicle. Why wasn't everything tested properly before telling me to get a ride over to pick up my repaired Mercedes. Very inconvenienced and aggravated. No convertible for another beautiful weekend down the drain. Thanks

Purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition Max Limited from ...

Purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition Max Limited from Jason Rivers in early August. We came from out-of-state (2 hour drive) with 2 vehicles to trade-in. We completed most of the negotiation over the phone with Jason. He was very helpful - answered all of our questions and guided us seamlessly through the buying process. Jason was able to complete our trade-in, get the new vehicle ready, and work with the Finance team to secure our loan all in the same day so that we were able to drive away in the Expedition. A huge thank you to Jason and the Keeler team for making our car buying experience convenient! I would definitely purchase from Jason and a Keeler dealership again.

The way this dealership treats its transporters is crazy. Theyre so rude and disrespectful. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. Its a shame because they had some nice cars on the pre-owned lot, but personally customer service goes a long way. You should always treat everyone respectfully whether they're customers or not

In this current Covid 19 environment Keeler Motors figured it all out and made my car leasing experience work nicely. Dustin Jewett went out of his way to help me test drive the car, answered questions remotely, and then delivered the car in person. He paid attention to all details and took care of them in a professional manner quickly. I look forward to working with this group in the future.......Ray

Within just over a month of buying my used her ren...

Within just over a month of buying my used her renegade I had to use my extended warranty I purchased with a $200 deductible to repair my sway bar and have my exhaust shield fixed. When I called Keeler I was referred to a Jeep dealership for diagnosis and repairs. Being a single Mom with two young kids and trying to buy a reliable vehicle backfired and cost me money I didn t have.

Jason was extremely helpful in finding me a used Subaru Forester! Also he was incredibly friendly. After searching many places for the best deal, Jason went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my grandfather! I would highly recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership, responsive and very knowledgeable about the cars!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I just purchased a 3 series BMW and had the good fortune to work with Jack. What a professional! This was without a doubt the smoothest and most comfortable car purchasing transaction anyone could ask for. I got great value and great service. Need a car, go see Jack.

They didn't have a record of my friends car. Finally located it. No work order and not really sure if they did the work or took the money and ran. Smart car, didn't bother to charge what had been a full charge, towed there, yet 40 miles were used.....

I purchased a new Mercedes and everything from beginning to end of the purchase went very smoothly.Daniel Moynehan my sales consultant was knowledgeable and very helpful.I never once felt pressured.He answered all of my questions,emails and phone calls.I asked him to take pictures of the vehicle inside and out and he came through.He took his time and went through all the features of the SUV inside and out.I truly could go on and on with all the things I asked him to do for me.He simple did his job with flying colors.Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Keeler is the only place I'll let work on my car. My service advisor Andrew Gorman has gone above and beyond for me for more than 4 years now and has treated me like family. Everything is always done in a friendly and quick manner and done right the first time. Keeler is the only place I'll recommend to people from the service I've had with Andrew.

I purchased a Smart Four Two, new, from Keeler Sma...

I purchased a Smart Four Two, new, from Keeler Smart in 2008. This car, six years later, has less than 40,000 miles on it. In the last four months, I've had to have it towed, twice. I've had to replace the starter motor, the muffler, and the control module for the transmission; for over $1500.00 in repairs.
With the last repairs, I had it towed to Keeler. I also spoke with John at the Smart Center. I felt that, as the car had less than 40,000 miles, I should not be making such expensive repairs. Smart Center John, however, kept lecturing me that they had Smart Cars with 200,000 miles. I'm not sure how this was supposed to fix my problem.
Now, this car is out of warranty. So, I offered to split the difference and pay half the repair bill. Smart Center John said that Keller couldn't fix cars for free. He raised his voice and shouted. I hung up on him. Previous to this, he said he would contact the repair center and tell them to fix the car, as I needed it in the end.
I contacted the Mercedes Repair Center, at Keeler, a few days later and was told the car was complete. I received a call later that same day asking if I wanted the car fixed. Smart Center John never did what he said he would do; he never contacted the Repair Center.
Contrasting the Keeler Smart Center, the Repair Center, despite the error in telling me the car was fixed, was helpful. They offered me a 10% discount on the repairs (while not a lot, at least it was an effort). Further, unlike the Smart Center, they were polite.
So, in the end, I cannot recommend the Keeler Smart Center. I will not buy another car from them. Ultimately, in my opinion, the customer is always right at Keeler Smart - right up to the moment they have your money.

This place is a joke. If you want good service take your car to halfmoon auto. My experience at latham Mercedes.

1. My car had problems turning they stated I had leak in my power steering. I had that fixed same issue. They stated ok we need to do more research to fid out what is going on so we have to charge your labor.

2. My rear license plate light was out, they stated oh you ha e corrosion so it will cost 300 dollars to fix. I took it somewhere else they changed my light bulb it worked fine.

3. My power seat has stopped working, I told the dealer maybe I blew a fuse, the tech decided to replace the fuse and it worked for a few mins and then stopped. They charged me for another hour of labor and still couldnt figure it out. They came back to me stated oh we have to take the car part to apart and that can take 2 days of service.

4. The guy who takes the car in to wash it. I asked him if I get my own part would they install it he said no but the service tech said yes we can put your own part in.At lease be on the same page.

So long story short they will try to take as much money from you, so just be careful.

In 2013, Keeler salesman Dominic Lombardo wrote up a factory order for a new Mercedes AMG for me.
I gave him a $10,000 refundable deposit. I called him for months trying to get the VIN No. with no luck. He strung us along with one nonsensical story after another. Finally after 6 or 7 months, Lombardo called me with an apology. "I'm so sorry to tell you that the guys upstairs dropped the ball on this one. They never put the order in as they were supposed to. I've been doing this for 20YRS, but NEVER had a situation like this happen before!" "I'll refund your deposit immediately." "Next year they'll be coming out with the all wheel drivel model which is a step up .... come and see me and I'll give you a very good price." Needless to say, Keeler Motor Company screwed me over once already, I'll never give them a chance to do it to me again. Whoever they wound up selling MY CAR to, for a few more shekels, should live and be well. Dominic Lombardo, KARMA IS A B****!

Because I had to give it a star, the quote department really stinks , they give you a quote and don't include labor , pretty stupid, also told me I needed work that did not need to be done ! Who is supervising these crooks ?
