My partner and I had a contract to purchase that was conditional upon the sale of two properties. One of our sales was also conditional upon the sale of another property. Long story short, it was a very long chain of sales. Scott managed our purchase and our sales and over the course of six months he knocked one job over at a time. The uncertainty in the market didn't slow him down at all, he negotiated an auction, a contract conditional upon another sale, and what felt like almost constant alterations to contracts. In the end we settled on our dream house right here in New Farm and I'm positive we couldn't have done it without Scott and his awesome team, particularly Rob Freeman who is clearly a rising star in the industry.
