The price they charged was not consistent with the quality of service and food we received. I expected more.

Returned to a Downton favorite this past week and found it just as great as always. The food and service is always fantastic here. I brought a first-time guest and we shared 2 entrees if you are a visitor to Atlanta I recommend taking time to stop and check out this restaurant.

Nice place to go eat if you are visiting Atlanta. The service was the best part.

Our server was great. However food not worth the price. Save yourself serious money and go to Outback.

First I want to thank the staff for been extremely helpful and kind...we went there for a birthday dinner and things turned wild at the end of the dinner. The staff and crew was very helpful with getting everyone taken care of and provided extra help for my friend. The food was amazing and so was the customer service. Again I want to say thank you for going above and beyond. I will truly return to establishment.

Great hospitality FOOD WAS EXCELLENT GM Phil was incrediblely knowledge with menus. I almost lost interest in eating out because of customer service. I am so happy to know there are places that still want to satisfy there customers.

We had Troy as a server. He was not only pleasant but also very attentive. I feel bad because I constantly bothered him with refills for water. I loved the food and everything! Thank you for welcoming us to this city

I used to go to Ray's on the River for brunch...20 years ago it was the best brunch in town. I thought it would be special to take my family to Ray's for thanksgiving. HUGE MISTAKE! I made a reservation, that was pointless because we still had to wait 20 minutes. The food was cold, the service was adequate at best. Quite frankly the food and the service is better at the Waffle House and it only costs me twenty bucks there. I don't have to walk from one end of the restaurant to the other to get my food at Waffle House either. Worst meal for the money. How about some new management...maybe someone that can manage an upscale establishment. It tasted like Golden Coral (I've never actually been, but I've heard). Time to find someplace new. I wish I had read the reviews before I went.

Going out for dinner during Covid times is strange for sure but our awesome server, Telesa made us so comfortable. A kind, attentive, lovely person, Telesa made us feel right at home, made great suggestions from the menu and made sure we were happy and taken care of. Lots of covid precautions so it felt like a safe place to enjoy a night out.

My first stop when visiting Atlanta. The staff is very friendly and the Sushi is amazing!!! It is very popular so you may have to wait but it is well worth it!!

The room/area we was seated in felt bla, we was away from the "in crowd ". The Wedge Salad was delicious. The Crab Cake was nothing but a bunch of filling, very disappointing. The Shrimp and Grits was fair. The Filet Mignon and Three mac and cheese was okay.

Excellent restaurant!! The food is always fresh, servers are pleasant and I hardly have to wait!! Love it!!!

I have never had a better dining experience. I sat at the bar with a friend and bonded with the bartenders as well as the other patrons eating at the bar over how wonderful the experience and the food was. Definitely can't go wrong eating here.

Disappointing. The kids got burgers that were overcooked hockey pucks. You know it's bad when a kid won't even eat a burger! My fish was also so overdone I needed a knife and had to work to cut it. We let our waiter know and he brought comp desserts. Service was friendly but the food was poor.

This place is truly incredible. My boyfriend and I have our special date night dinners here. The food is 5 stars. One of our servers last time was a little strange and distant, but everyone else catered to our unique needs just as a 5 star restaurant should. Very clean and great atmosphere.

Pricey. But excellent menu and ambiance! A must place if you're in Atlanta!

I really adore this place, very regal. The service makes you feel like a star. From the time we were seat we were treated with the utmost importance. The food was great and cooked to perfection. There was no wait, which I loved. I recommend this place. Can't wait to go try the other chains.

This is a great little place in Atlanta. The reastaraunt had a great vibe and our server "J" was very engaging and was spot on with our service. The menu had alotvif great choices and the food was excellent as well. I will definitely stop here when I am in Atlanta again and would reccomend you stop here for a great evening.

We went here for lunch on our anniversary on Wednesday and had the worst service I've ever experienced. The food was fine, but when you pick a place like this, you expect great service. The waiter did not even give us his name. When calling management that evening he replied, "Sorry. thank you for letting us know. goodbye", and hung up. I will not be back. the food was not worth the price paid especially with terrible service.

4/19/19,was my first time here. Everything about this place was great. You do need a reservation so make sure to get one. I ordered the Lobster tail and filet mignon with brussel sprouts. Omg!! The lobster tail was delicious!! The steak was good but I'm more of a ribeye steak. The brussel sprouts we're great.

We also ordered the Rockefeller Oyster. I have never tried Rockefeller Oyster but these were spectacular!!! Ray's is now the standard for Rockefeller Oysters..We also ordered fried calamari.. WHAT. These here were the best so far of all the places I've tried fried calamari. They were fried to perfection and the sauce they served was a perfect match. I loved his place.

Made a reservation for Easter lunch and ended up only having the option for buffet where half the serving plates were empty, the food was mediocre and the charge per person was $50. That s right, $50 for mediocre food, little variety and having to walk through a crowded standing room only reception area to get to my table. Not a good experience, will never return. Seafood not as good as I hoped!

Did not even stay for the food the waiter spilled out sake and was unfamiliar with basic menu items. With the high price point this was unexpected.

It was great the staff was very experienced and took great care of the patriots.

I took my family out to Ray's on 12/22/13. It was a pre-Christmas dinner. Ray's is a nice place to dine. We had good service from the time we walked in to the time we left. However, both my mom and her friend got sick a few hours after leaving the restaurant. The both had fish (Salmon and Trout). Both dishes came with a white Bolognese like sauce, mashed potatoes and asparagus. My sis and I had sushi (which was ok). We agreed that something must have gone wrong with the sauce for the fish which was what they had in common. We called the next day (in the morning) and spoke with the manager on duty about the unfortunate incident. We asked her to enlighten the chef because we loved dining there. The manager's (her) response to us was that it could have been anything from anywhere that got my mom and her friend sick, not their food. Wow, really?! We were not looking for a free meal, just bringing something to their attention. We vow never to go back to Ray's. That was not a response we were looking for.

Steak was overcooked and fries tasted a bit like fish

We went back today 9-26-2020, to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. Najei, Jesus and Alex were our servers. They literally went over and beyond to make sure our day was special. Again, the food was absolutely delicious!!!! I would give more than 5 stars!

By far, one of my favorite places whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is so much joy in the service and the food is fresh and plentiful. I love the salads, my mom is a fan of the sandwiches, and my husband loves the pasta dishes. Great ice tea and wine list.

Upscale as hell. I only stopped in for an appetizer (appetizer hopping) but I wish I stayed for dinner. A bit pricey but no more than you'd expect from a similar restaurant to a Bobs Chop House or a Eddie Vs. High quality seafood and steaks. I had the fried lobster skewers. It came with a spicey mustard suace that I thought wouldn't go with it, but I was 100% wrong. Definitely going back with a date for dinner next time.

Not what was expected based on other reviews. Good as if it were a training facility at the end of begining term. Hints of high end dining, but not 1st rate.

Danny is a spectacular server . His service was so enrapturing that it makes us want to come back for more over and over again.

Really has improved over the past year. Stopped going for a while because seem overpriced for the food but maybe they have a new chef because dished are awesome.

The food was good; however, the service was terrible. The waitress did not know the menu and a server walked by our table (with children), cussing. Very unprofessional for any restaurant. There is potential for this place to provide a phenomenal experience but ours was not. The biggest highlight was the live music (piano and singing).

They never have she crab soup.

Also the waiter as me if I needed change. That is rude.

Wow, such amazing food! The restaurant feels almost like New Orleans!

Use to be my favorite place to eat. I had guest in town and brought them here. Bill was right at $400 and the food was horrible. Steak was unseasoned and tuff. Salad was horrible. My guest barely touched their food. I was so embarrassed. The gumbo was ever bad.

Loved the sushi and cocktails. Will definitely come here again!

I prefer this place very much. theres a very nice ambiance. The meals are superb. the service is dynamic and the waiters are friendly. The pay is reasonable. profoundly recommend.

From the time we reached the door. We received nothing less than excellent service. Are server Danny was very accommodating and attentive. Danny, T and the rest of the staff made sure that all our needs were met and they were so swift that we felt as if we were able to enjoy the experience without being disturbed. The appetizers and main course were beautifully plated and full of flavor. Thanks for all of extras that were taken into account just from paying close attention. I m looking forward to my next dining experience.

If you visit ask for Jasmine she has such a sweet genuine spirit definitely the best service I've ever had not only that but the food recommendations she provided were out of this world
