Just as I was feeling a tad bit hopeless, I received a call from Tammie from Randstad. She was very personable and upbeat and introduced me to a role that was very inline with my resume and what I hoped for in my career. I was surprised when she called me the next morning to tell me that unfortunately the company decided to go with another profile but instead she scored me an interview with another just as competent brand name company that same afternoon.

Fast forward a week and 3 rounds of interviews, I was given an offer and will be starting at my new role on Monday. Throughout the whole process Tammie was very clear in all communications and followed up closely. It was a great job hunt experience, and I can t recommend Tammie and Randstad enough!

Very unprofessional services with no proper processes (probably only to one specific recruiter i hope in this company). Mainly corresponding via email with very poor quality and kind of forgot basic manner by not even addressing your name in any email with just "Hi". After time invested in an interview, there is no follow up with candidate. Guess he is well aware his client has limited budget hence no chance of commission on this referral and therefore forgotten his profession core value. After weeks waiting, has to follow up personal just to receive a word "not suitable" and full stop. What a waste of time.

I have worked with Randstad agency for the 3rd time. They did an excellent job helping me to find roles from contract to permanent position. Feel so blessed and grateful, special mention to Daniella Koh and Lynda Tan, extremely friendly, helpful, professional and passionate. My overall engagement with the consultant (Aprilyn), was pleasant and positive. She shared valuable insights about the recruitment process and role. I find her sharing very helpful.

Because of the poor & fragmented system, causing some of the personal benefits left unchecked until the contract ends (They retrieved all the historical data and inform the employee about the data misalignment only during the end of the contract period - after years left unchecked). So an advice to the contractor, you will have to keep track all the records yourself, and do not fully trust their system records. In addition, the claims made to the medical benefits are confusing and depressing. I once made a claim with the medical benefits, and being asked to retrieve the clinic reports after weeks of dragging the issue - to which ultimately I have to pay the medical bill myself. In a nutshell, do not take contractor jobs under this company.

Reputable agency, the recruiter Shawn gave good advice on interview preparations. He also took him to explain the work environment and JD, so that I could make an informed decision in my career. He was not pushy will the role and gave me his honest opinions.

Probably the best recruitment agency I've been in so far.
