Laura Mak from Randstand has been helping me in my career switch journey, and she has been an amazing help throughout! She is responsive and pro-active, and always makes sure that the candidate gets well prepared before going for interview. Before helping me to get an interview, she would make sure that the career path/progression that I am looking for is a match with the job description. She then proceeds to prep me for interview by sharing with me the past interview questions prior to the interview. She is very friendly, and super prompt in clarifying any of my doubt, even when it's past working hours. Especially during the follow-up after interviews, she would still keep in touch with me, to make sure that I'm well informed with the process and outcome of the interview. She is very much like a friend to me throughout the process, giving me encouragement and support as she understands the struggle of a job seeker.
