Very unprofessional services with no proper proces...

Very unprofessional services with no proper processes (probably only to one specific recruiter i hope in this company). Mainly corresponding via email with very poor quality and kind of forgot basic manner by not even addressing your name in any email with just "Hi". After time invested in an interview, there is no follow up with candidate. Guess he is well aware his client has limited budget hence no chance of commission on this referral and therefore forgotten his profession core value. After weeks waiting, has to follow up personal just to receive a word "not suitable" and full stop. What a waste of time.
