Because of the poor & fragmented system, causing some of the personal benefits left unchecked until the contract ends (They retrieved all the historical data and inform the employee about the data misalignment only during the end of the contract period - after years left unchecked). So an advice to the contractor, you will have to keep track all the records yourself, and do not fully trust their system records. In addition, the claims made to the medical benefits are confusing and depressing. I once made a claim with the medical benefits, and being asked to retrieve the clinic reports after weeks of dragging the issue - to which ultimately I have to pay the medical bill myself. In a nutshell, do not take contractor jobs under this company.
