I would like to give praise to Pamela from Randstand! She is amazing, and she had been giving me the utmost attention and support since the day when she introduced a job to me. She had the patience to go through details on preparing for interview by giving me breakdown of the general types of questions, and how to go about answering them strategically to leave a good impression. She sounds genuinely happy and excited for me as the interview process went on. She also had been super responsive towards my queries and concerns along the way. Along the way, her support to me was so much that I felt that she became more of a friend rather than a recruiter. Her support didn't stop after I managed to land a job. She patiently walked me through the process of pre-employment checks, documents to be submitted, all the clarifications between me and the company, up to the very first day I went for my work. She is amazing and really professional at what she does. :)
