Excellent support from the consultant Ms. Evelina Lagoudonti. I was completely satisfied as she was consistent and supportive both in the procedures and in the psychology throughout the time until the completion of the employment.

I made 3 applications for which I met all the qualifications, I was promoted for an interview only in 1 (Teleperformance) which I did not get because I was told that within the next 3 months I can not get unpaid leave and unfortunately I have to travel to get the my degree. While the one who took me to Randstad told me that there is a student permit. And after the interview with Teleperformance neither voice nor hearing. Unacceptable and others say at the beginning others say after each time you speak.

When I was contacted by Randstad Hellas, I was expecting the services that a global leader in the HR services industry had to offer. As a customer, I was expecting Randstad Hellas to help me find the best talent with the most relevant skills for the job openings that I had. For the PHP Developer position, I have to thank Mr. Thanos Loumproukos who did an outstanding job! I was ready to move forward with another position. However, the experience that I had with the Senior Marketing Manager position was by the far the worst ever. I received only one resume and I was pushed to the maximum to hire a specific candidate. Zero professionalism! Zero customer care! The fact that I paid the total Service Fee, for a "Service" that I did not receive it does not bother me. This kind of "professionalism" bothers me a lot.

Great company! I would especially like to thank Maria Stavraki for her guidance and support. She is an excellent professional and human being. It gave me the opportunity during this difficult period to deal with the subject of my studies.

Very bad experience as they never brought me in contact with the company that needed people to fill positions in the only contact I had for 3 months. Don't even try to get in touch, wasted time, just folding. Same experience from an acquaintance of mine who lives abroad and wants to move to Greece. She is of another nationality and they lie to her in the ad that she will work from home as customer service, while then they tell her from the company that this is not possible. Amateur level.

If you are looking for a job do not bother.
Even in places where you are really qualified or overqualified to apply, they are not going to take you. If they take you they will take you for a different position, mainly a call center, usually for Teleperformance, which is their body part, because otherwise they are "Claude Charalabe".

If there was 0 as a star for evaluation I would have it. In the first meeting, the councilors polite ghellies as long as he does not. All the recruitment process is done through email and direct view of the different behavior change begins and they become burdensome and almost extortionate to answer directly to send the papers through photos and when the process ends they disappear without knowing what hours they have put you to work on the dates you have signed.

Direct communication about the role after evaluation of the CV and its promotion. Several difficulties occurred due to conditions (covid-19). However, they have been overcome through several communications and the processes are continuing at a fast pace now. Particularly important is the completion of actions performed electronically.

I was contacted by a Randstad recruiter, more or less, a month ago. They were searching for a senior professional on behalf of one of their clients. We met with the recruiter in person. Then she asked me for references. I contacted two of my previous employers and I sent the contact details through. She has neither replied to my email or my follow-up. It's been more than 3 weeks. I find this quite unprofessional. To sum it up, if you respect your network connections enough to not contact them without a reason and trust your abilities and skills, don't bother with them.
