When I was contacted by Randstad Hellas, I was expecting the services that a global leader in the HR services industry had to offer. As a customer, I was expecting Randstad Hellas to help me find the best talent with the most relevant skills for the job openings that I had. For the PHP Developer position, I have to thank Mr. Thanos Loumproukos who did an outstanding job! I was ready to move forward with another position. However, the experience that I had with the Senior Marketing Manager position was by the far the worst ever. I received only one resume and I was pushed to the maximum to hire a specific candidate. Zero professionalism! Zero customer care! The fact that I paid the total Service Fee, for a "Service" that I did not receive it does not bother me. This kind of "professionalism" bothers me a lot.
