I rarely write reviews on Google, but I felt the need to do this given the current COVID situation. Companies and their employees need to be recognised, especially at times like these. This was my first time receiving a job offer from Randstad Hellas. Specifically, Ms Pari K. at the Multilingual Placement Dept. was my recruiter who organised everything in the middle of covid and lockdown. She is pleasant, professional and honest about the role and always follows up so you are always in the loop.
The company she placed me in now is professional, fair, and has plenty career prospects. The Director and managers all seem great as well as my fellow colleagues who are new aswell. The company has taken care of all of us making our beginning so smooth from day 1.

Randstad contacted me about an open positiion at a company in Athens. At our first telephone conversation they informed me about every detail for this post and immediatelly after, they sent me all the details also written via email. This was for me what I mean professionalism. They also gave me 2 days to think about it before a second telephone conversation took plase, where after my acceptance I got informed about the further selection procedure.
After 2 interviews with the respective company I got the job. Randstad called me after that to hear about my experiences with their client. This was also professional approach. In summary, I want to thank Ms. Mirela Lykari for her professionalism and the opportunity she gave me to work in Athens in such a nice with european standards company.
Was employed by Randstad but was working for another company. I have a negative experience with Ranstad that handled my payroll. After the first month was over, everyone else got paid and I didn't. I called them and they said I needed to get another bank account even though this bank account was used for my payroll for over 2 years by the other company. I could.not take time off from work since my schedule was 8am to 4pm and the banks were closed before and after that. The represantive from randstad, kalliniki or something like that, blantantly said that it was not her job to inform me that there was an issue with the bank account and that she did not care that my payroll would delay. This is horrible customer service and I am really surprised a person like that is a manager. I hope I never have to work with them again.

During the two-year period 2017-2019 I worked with Randstad, which my employer appointed as responsible for my payroll.
I have to say that there are not enough words to thank their collective effort, let alone the results they have brought, at every step.
First of all, at least twice a month, there was an active discussion between the clients and the company, so that both sides could be promptly informed about any new questions or inquiries.
Secondly, any question, if asked, is to be answered on the same day, within (indeed) a few hours.
Documents that need to be sent must always contain clear instructions, and the process usually succeeds in completing it successfully and very soon.
What makes this company stand out is the human potential behind the e-mails.
The service is authentic and very fast, they manage to accomplish whatever pending things they have, in such a way that during festive occasions (eg Christmas) that you would expect to have workload delays, Randstad continues to surprise you positively, confirming at least one week before closing the year, how the payroll contracts have been sent, sending a second reminder if needed, and making sure they show how professional they are and how seriously they get the job their.
One last, they regularly send warm greetings, giving their customers the feeling that the company is interested in having a good mood, even when there is no work issue (eg validation of a new contract).
I am grateful to have been lucky enough to work with them, and I hope in the future to present a similar opportunity, as today's day, with anxiety and lack of certainty in detail, when one can reassure that such a capable company, investing to its human resources as appropriate, handles its payroll, and knows exactly when to pay, based on a program, and a year in advance, feels much more "ready-made" in its everyday life, and has the potential to focus on the demands of the workplace because of this.
