Beautiful setting and very friendly staff. Booked a room for my children at a special rate which was not supposed to include the resort charge. My children really enjoyed themselves so it felt worth it. Unfortunately their room was next to the elevators and the noise was audible all night. On the second night the electricity went out and apparently everything shut down. They were promised a refund for the second night at least. Nonetheless they enjoyed their stay and are planning a return trip soon. Just not anywhere in the 101 rooms

Not sure what happened to Rampart. We visit family here twice a year. Every visit includes multiple recreational gambling stops at Rampart. They were always enjoyable, even when losing. But our visits this holiday season revealed a stunning drop at Rampart. A number of the pitch blackjack dealers were borderline incompetent: inability to count hands, failure to control players at the table, and poor pitch skills, with cards regularly bouncing off the bets rather than near the player, causing us to reach over and around our checks to grab our initial two cards. Is it that hard to toss the cards somewhere in front of the player? Do the surveillance folks like seeing us repeatedly reaching over our bets to grab a card that should've been pitched in front of us? And the hospitality at Rampart this holiday season was the worst I've experienced at any casino I've visited. Tremendously disappointing. I hope there's improvement in these areas on our next visit or we may be headed to Suncoast or Red Rock instead.

I also like the luxury of the strip, but I like staying in the calm city of Samarin.
As long as you rent a car, you can explore Red Rock, enjoy the shopping malls that are dotted around, and even the casino ladder.
Recently I like the resort feeling of JW Marriott Hotel and the calm and calm atmosphere of Lampert Casino.
This casino is loved by the locals, and it looks like the old man is playing while enjoying the restaurant at night or on the weekend.
It feels old, but it also has a good taste.
I also like to enjoy the casino calmly, as the minimum rate is low and the dealers play happily and slowly.
In spite of that, I can't easily win the match (laughs)

I've lived in Vegas for a long time and this is the worst buffet I've ever had! Few choices and what I could find palatable was disgusting with the exception of desserts. So smokey it reminds me of the stench of Goodwill and Granny's Garage combined! All young Asian chicks with old retired white me. Sad and depressing.

A nice neighborhood casino hotel in Las Vegas away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The atmosphere has the same buzz in the casino as strip casinos 5 times its size. Quality places to eat and regularly scheduled entertainment. Great staff.
Conference rooms that can cater to most sized events. Plenty of parking that's free.

Ate at the Promenade Cafe. Ordered the $9.99 for a set list of 3 items you can choose from. Generous portions! I had the house salad, lemon pepper trout and cherry pie(seasonal); and the rolls were soft and tasty. Sorry I forgot to take pics. We were hungry. Food came out in a timely manner, wait help were pleasant! I would definitely go there again!

Local hang out. Seemed like not getting a lot of people through the door, but exactly what you need it to be. Staff not exactly thrilling but good enough. Place could maybe use a face-lift to get things moving. Stuck between nice and outdated. I'd be back for convenience of location and parking.

It's a cozy place to go and relax but my experience I have certain cocktail waitresses will not serve me ice they're very nasty when it comes to me asking them for just ice in a paper cup so at times I do not like going there because I have to experience this and it's not fair.

Christian has always been nothing but wonderful as all the employees here. Unfortunately, he will be relocating to a new area and will be missed very much here but I know for a fact that his new Desert Inn and Hualapai area will be receiving a great competent addition to their branch.

By far one of the best local casinos in town. Adding more floor space and slots on a regular basis as they remodel the floor. I love that you can earn massages, peducures, manicures and free dining at the Hawthorne Grill in the JWM while using your player's card and turning in around $7 in same day points. Bingo room is a hit and Shizen (sushi & teppaniaki) and Spiedini's (steak & Italian) restaurants are a great way to end the evening.

Since Corona Virus this place is a money pit. I went through $140 before my first bonus and that was only $8. Absurd. I play Buffalo Machines and not only did they take some out, the few that are left had every other one disabled. Used to go on weekends and have dinner and play but cheaper be far to just go to a give star restaurant and have dinner. They should just close the casinos till this pandemic us over. I had 3 comps to the steakhouse that I put a lot of money out tobearn before the pandemic but they all expired when they were closed and would not Honor Them....now how honorable us that?
