A worst construction company in the earth. No salary, no ticket. And most interesting thing is the bosses in this company. They are illiterate, and non technical. More to explain they are not human. Requesting you who are going to join in this company, that donor expect salary for ever your daily expanses, for your salary to send back to your home to support you family back in your country.

No information given to the person who want invoices

I was working with this company for 4 yrs . A good place to learn but a bad place to work. no salary on time, no leave salary, no bonus , nothing management were previously all drivers so what more u expect . No words to discribe.

5 month salary pending.
No leave salary.
No gratuity.
If you ask for N.O.C. They ask you for
40% in your final settlement.
12 -14 hours working for both staff and
labour.(except head office staff).
Daily problem of unavailability of diesel
at site.
only freshers can go.
Improper management.(wrong people on
right post).
Food problem.
Medical problem.

One of the worst company in the world, very poor management even they don't gave salary on time,they are not paying any leave salary,duty hour is 14 hour without OT and without leave 7 days in the week and 365 days in the year.
