My friend and I went here for a $9.99 steak and lobster dinner. The casino itself is owned by Marriott and it shows. It's a lovely place with high ceilings and nice Casino decor. The cafe where we ate was nice and comfortable. The service was a little slow but friendly. The steak was extremely thin but despite that fact it was cooked rare perfect to my liking. The dinner was served with a delicious baked potato, bread, zucchini and summer squash and of course the lobster! It was a very small tail but it was delicious! It was a filling meal for a great price at a good location. I'd definitely do it again when I'm in Vegas.

This casino is so beautiful from outside and inside. The only disappointing experience was food there. We ate in a cafe and it wasn't good. I ordered fettuccini Alfredo and it was the worst I ever ate in my life. But the service was excellent.

I went to the buffet last night for the all you can eat crab legs. My first complaint is the wait time was way too long and unorganized. There was three lines. Two of the lines were general admission. One line was for the VIP players who were able to walk right up and get seated while the rest of us had to wait a long time. I get it with the VIP players. They play often and spend lots of money, but the three lines should have
been rotated fairly. It took other guests to complain to a host. The host had to show the other hosts how to rotate the lines so all can be seated fairly and in a timely manner. A frustrated guest was told by a host that the guests in the vip line had made reservations that's why they are seated quickly. There is no reservations for a buffet. Just totally unorganized. It was hot in the line and I started to get nauseous waiting so long. I also went early to beat the lines so I thought. Secondly, the crab legs barely had any meat in them. They were skimpy as ever. I also noticed they raised the price on Fridays to 35.99. I kid you not when I cracked open a crab leg, it was empty or just a very thin piece of crab meat slid out. I was very disappointed and frustrated that we stood on line over an hour and paid 35.99 per person for those crab legs! I use to enjoy the Rampart buffet but now i have to look for another local restaurant that serves all you can eat crab legs. I don't want to experience that again.

The machines here are horrible and the only way to win one of theyre so called drawings is to be one of the same 5 people they call at every single drawing. They make damn sure theyre high rollers win the drawings every time!

It is a very nice casino. Small. Perfect for locals. Valet was great. They had 3 attendants working (2 more than other local casinos I've visited) and were very quick. I would have given them 5 stars except we went to the buffet. Again, it's nice and small. The variety of foods isn't there but even that was ok. But the hot foods were lukewarm to cold. Only the soups were hot. That was very disappointing. We were there around 12:30pm so the foods were not laying around getting cold. Even when food was added to the trays, it was not hot.
I'd recommend visiting Rampart Casino but we will not be returning to the buffet.

We have been going to Rampart for several years. I understand the buffet area is temporary, however, the food was not hot enough, the crab legs shells were not firm but extremely soft and wouldn't break They were soggy. Overall this was not what I am use to at the Rampart buffet. I will have to wait for the remodeling to be completed.
Respectfully.

Nice and friendly atmosphere with a quaint feel not too big. Had fun playing black jack and craps although there was a pit boss named Lily that made me cut my craps session short. She was rude to a few of the players and trying to make the shooter hurry his throw even though no one was complaining. That was a downer and made my experience not as good as it had been. I was on the table over two hours but I cashed out and went to play some slots. I believe Lily needs some re-training on player relations.

This buffet here doesnt even deserve one star i just had to watch my daughter have one of the worst anxiety attacks she's ever had because of how rude they were to us and her sevice animal. I mean our service dog not only helps with my daughters seizures, ptsd, and anxiety but also with my mums anxiety as well i am deeply disgusted with the way we were treated!.

Wow, talk about a make over. The buffet and sports book and the place in-between AWESOME. Now it just needs looser slots. LoL. Even with it being a smokey casino it doesn't feel dingy it's very bright and alive. The new entrance way is brighter and welcoming. I Love all the changes. They really spruced up the place.
