I lived in the Rancho Sierra Vista site for about 4 years which is just down the street on Browning Ave. These are older apartments but most are single story and you only share one wall. They have yard attachments which are terrific for pets! Or if you don't have any pets, they are great for getting some sun or having a bbq! I put a dog door attachment into the glass sliding door so that my two dogs could take care of their duties without me having to come home every few hours from work. These apartments feel more like condos than the cramped newer apartments they are making now days. The rent there is very reasonable and management was always there for me when needed, which was hardly ever. Overall I had a terrific experience living in the complex with my wife after we were married. We only moved out because we finally had enough to purchase a place of our own. I could not have asked for a better first apartment to live in with my new wife and my dogs!
