Very bad and expensive and do not recommend it to families

Rooms are clean and tidy and food is good . Front disk staff are unprofessional and very under trained. They dont seek the satisfaction of customers and would even try hard to prove guests wrong and talk down to . Some of the front disk staff even used bad words after angry customers left. Ive stayed in rami 4 times and loved the rooms and hated the customer service disks.they made my stay horrible . I wdnt recommend any 1 to stay in this hotel .it has a price of a 5 star hotel and theyll treat as if it was a motel and theyr paying for your stay!even if you point their mistakes theyll even treat u worst so THIS HOTEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED

This service third class and food quality is most bad food in the world.

Normal hotel in Bahrain. I usually stay there only when there is an event, the staff is not so kind at the check in.

Worst hotel in the I paid the bill in redlions and they staff manager saying u have not paid the bill worst experience in this hotel no profession staff in this hotel staff took the money and put in pocket

I booked a room a week ago and it was canceled with no apparent reason and upon arriving at the hotel the reception didn't help at all, and she said we cancel booking automatically at 6 pm! Which there was no mention of when I made the booking and the booking clearly stated "pay at the property"
And no room available with the same price!
I received an email saying that I put invalid credit card but my credit card is valid and I submitted it once again and again invalid credit card

I had to make new booking for another hotel

This experience was not acceptable for me and I don't think that I'm coming to your hotel once again

When we checked-in, the room was missing lots of things, including tissues and shower items; and somehow many stuff were broken such as the tv remote, lamp and switches. Furthermore, the water was SO cold and when we asked them to turn the heater on, it took them more than an hour to do so. There were no good channels on the tv to watch, too poor and pixelated. All i can say is that i do not recommend this hotel.

Although it is high luxury with very reasonable price, but if you left personal thing you won t find it ever. I forgot shoes twice and both of them were not found !! I wonder what would happen if I left watch or jewelry !!!

His experience is very bad. The insulators in the place are very, very nondescript and unclean. The staff is not very helpful and I do not recommend it.

Beautiful five star hotel, comfortable, decor and luxury furniture and taste worth staying

Clean but needs some adjustments as old disposable towels, milk is old

Bar is quite well maintained bit crowded, need to ask the waiters to attend

This hotel are amazing very comfortable bed big room, nice stuff , every thing like what we expected

Nice hotel located in the Seef area. Walking distance to the Seef mall.

Friday brunch has a special atmosphere that is fun for two people who love this atmosphere

Very friendly staff. Rooms cleanliness is ok, spacious and handy location. Breakfast can use some more variety but OK.

I stayed here 5 nights. Was Convinient for me. Close to most Malls.

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the one thing I like the most is the washroom it's gigantic. Still poor on the breakfast though.

The room was not clean .. there was some French fries in the room which not expected from a five star hotel.

The steepness of the level is very noticeable, the corridors have a bad smell. The toilets do not function well, need maintenance, and there is no shattaf
And the smell of hookah and smoking spread in the lobby

Wonderful surprise, was not expecting it to be so well designed and staffed. Great amenities, great suites, good location.

Great location. Just 2 mins walk to saif mall. Hotel rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Food taste is average, better to eat outside.

It was an excellent experience really staying at this hotel with a very special thanks and a great appreciation to the receptionist Ms Asma who show a very professional way of handling our booking and her very positive attitude in treating us and my family which will make us to go again and again .

Nice hotel but fault with the lack of windows in the rooms

It have multi restaurants, the Japanese lounge Ruka is lovely

Phony hotel. It's not even close to a 3 star hotel.

It's fine. No complaints and decent room (Premier Double Room), albeit smaller than similar room at Swiss Belhotel. Good-sized bathroom, though. Room service not especially great in terms of options.

Personal Notes:
Skip breakfast.. Absolutely no reason to have to this option with subpar everything, including coffee, when there are plenty of options out and about that are much better at same price.

Food at the buffet is pretty tasty! Nice building, but had some difficulty with parking space.

The place is clean and quiet and close to the problem malls only there is no shower for the bathroom

PROS: I would like to say thanks to Daisy from reservations and special thanks to Hamdy from the front desk for being so accommodating and friendly. From the minute I stepped in the hotel, he was able to greet me with a smile. And because I was celebrating a special day- he even sent a complimentary assortment of mixed fruits to my room as a gift which I am very grateful so be sure to look for both of them when you're looking to book. The bed was comfy and the bathtub was exactly what I needed for a week of unwinding.

CONS: I did not get much sleep due to lady guest upstairs loudly moaning at 2am-3am. I specifically requested for a non-smoking room with a good view but I could smell cigarette smoke from the a/c vents and the view that I got was the intersection to Seef Mall. Housekeeping can def. step up the speed and cleanliness as there were stains on the sofa, drawer nooks, curtains, bathtub and the carpet was not vacuumed. I requested for a bath robe at 4pm (which was not included when I got the room) but only received it at 5.15pm after the 3rd call to follow up.
