Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa, Seef - Kingdom of Bahrain Review

I did not like them because of their lack of credibility

Big rooms and clean bathrooms but the room is dirty I was disgusting when I Checked-in to the room the drawers are dirty..I found hair pieces on the bed sheets also the pillow has a very bad smell their room service is a little bit slow.

One of the best places to stay in Manama. Highly recommended

It is a five star hotel but the breakfast is not good and there is a known customer who has always drunk the terrors of women

All rooms for smokers. Even if the room is classified as non-smoking, smokers will be allowed to smoke if all smoking rooms are taken. So non-smokers (including kids) are ok to be affected by smokers. That s the most careless customer service I have seen.

We did the wonderful housekeeping team that gave us. The room decor was surprisingly great, the hotel was very quiet from the bathroom to our room has good amenities or if you need anything you will get in 5 minutes this hotel like starter food 7 was very tasty and there was also a mule

Most of the wonderful rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and the service is outstanding

Aaaah you must try their indian restaurant! Fabulous!!

Food was made too spicy despite requesting non spicy food

The hotel has advantages and disadvantages:

Among its advantages:
- The hotel has an excellent location, behind the Seef Mall, and the room has a beautiful view of the complex from a high place
- The room's design is beautiful, and the decorations in it are beautifully coordinated.
Fully equipped for people with special needs in the toilets, the room and all centers

Disadvantages: (Few, but differentiated among some)
- The reception was not fast, we waited half an hour to enter
- Services are getting delayed. Like a baby cot, it was ordered 3 times by phone. As a customer, I do not need this number of calls to order in a 5-star hotel

- We asked room service to clean the room, and they didn't come as well ..
There is no scale in the room, no slippers.

Overall, the hotel is great but its splendor is offset by the crew's poor handling frankly
