Great place for families, nice view, decoration is cool and price is acceptable too.

Two stars gone for:

(1) service has to be improved by the reception, welcoming. Concierge gentlemen service is far better than those.

(2) room set-up and furniture cleanleness need to be improved.

Good Hotel. Been to their Ballroom for a wedding reception. Great service. Good hospitality. Lovely location.
Requires better car parking for guests.

The restaurants have excellent food. Rooms are clean. Good spa and salon services.

This is a nice and quiet hotel located in Al Seef area near Seef Mall and a large number of restaurants, cafes and shopping centers

Verrrry bad services. Horrible check-in experience... waited 1:20 hrs to get the room at 16:00 . Room service more than an hour . Though the room is clean & specious.

Rooms are nice and well designed. Tea shop has a nice and cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is not good for eating food or living very slow service in this hotel all staff fight in front of guest no manger for past 4 months

It's a worst hotel in the world no proper staff very bad restaurant special redlions all staff are fight in front of the guest. Very less staff and poor service there's no manager in the hotel for past 4 months all staff doing timepass that's all they don't wanted to serve the guest

The hotel is excellent close to the sword malls and the center of the center ... The room is spacious and quiet and the service is a little late ... the decor is good ... the bathroom has no shtaf ... the hotel is a little dark on the lighting side .. the reception area is smoky. There are no private parking spaces where the car is parked in an open sandy area opposite or next to the hotel ...

My stay at Ramee Grande was one of the most comfortable one..
The first thing which surprises you is the huge size of the room and the spectacular view..I had a 120 degree view...from the sea to the Seef Mall...
The stay was made even more special because of the warm hospitality of the manager of the hotel Mr.Shyam and Mr Gaurav..
Even the Concierge Mr.Surya was always there to help..
And the wonderful and talented singers at their Indian restaurant Tanatan..
I highly recommend Ramee Grande Seef to all visiting Bahrain.

The price is relatively high compared to the services
The hotel is not suitable for families to live in, due to the presence of a night club and the spread of girls most of the time
Housekeeping service is almost non-existent, and there is no bidet in the bathroom
The best thing about the hotel is valet parking only

This experience failed in many levels
Starting from the parking and the garbage everywhere
lobby AC wasn't working properly
Room is dusty with old furniture
Stains on the carpet and the sofa!
The smoking detector had something on it
curtains didn't close well the first night and couldn't sleep because of the sun
Lost an item and when i was looking for it under and behind the night stand i found a clipped nail and used toothpick!!

The rating of this hotel needs to be reviewed to 3 stars max!

very nice to spend the weekend. near by seef mall and also the bridge to saudi.

The hotel is nice as a building and it was furnished properly. However, the housekeeping don t know the basic principle of cleaning because when we stepped in we found a leftover food and kitchen cabinet was not fixed. The towels in the bathroom, I wonder if they are cleaned in the laundry because we found hair in the towels. Also, the recipients need to be coached because the need to smile and always find alternatives for the customers and not complicate things. Actually, my experience with this hotel was very bad and I don t think I will come again

I have a bad experience in my last visit to the spa, not clean at all. It use to be very good

Luxury hotel with specious rooms but furniture needs to be changed

Used to be better and really a 5 star hotel, now I'll rate it a 4 star at its best. The room service food was 6/10 and the item description is totally wrong. The room had some stains here and there and the TV could have been better with some better channels options. The pool was good but the windows surrounding a part of it was very dirty (it really messes up the view) and there was an abandoned bar where I think it was going to be a good idea along with some music.
