I booked a room a week ago and it was canceled with no apparent reason and upon arriving at the hotel the reception didn't help at all, and she said we cancel booking automatically at 6 pm! Which there was no mention of when I made the booking and the booking clearly stated "pay at the property"
And no room available with the same price!
I received an email saying that I put invalid credit card but my credit card is valid and I submitted it once again and again invalid credit card

I had to make new booking for another hotel

This experience was not acceptable for me and I don't think that I'm coming to your hotel once again
