Its a perfect and best destination for wedding.. I have attended a wedding in this resort and it was a superb and best experience with all the faciloties and best accomodations and everything is superb the location and the property is amazing

Love this property. Sprawling greens, access to the beach, love the pool bar and the pan Asian restaurant. The breakfast buffet could be better but otherwise no complains.
Nice ambience, amazing welcome to the resort, good safety precautions including sanitization of luggages and temperature checks for COVID-19. Each room has been provided with extra sanitizers. Clean private beach and amazing diwali arrangements with buffet , fireworks and drinks. Worth the stay!

A beautiful resort nestled in south Goa. The resort boasts of a huge lawn, a fantastic swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and a cozy kids area. There is access to a nice and clean private beach where the waters are crustal clear and sea shells are abundant. The rooms are really well maintained. The food at their restaurant is lip smacking and the breakfast spread is grand. But most of all its the staff which makes the resort a must visit, sit their excellent demeanour and service....

This is by far one of our favourite resorts that we have stayed in.
The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated, big lawns and grounds. It is right by the beach. It has a nice pool with a swim up bar which was very clean.
One of the biggest reasons that our holiday went from being good to great was the lovely staff.
Chef Amitava Paul was very sweet and professional. He looked after us, cooking some fantastic dishes based on our tastes and likings.
While having dinner Kartik waited on our table and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good meal.
I cant remember all the names but Reddy from reception, all the house keeping staff and restaurant staff are amazingly friendly.
The pool bar staff even made cocktails that weren't on the menu for us.
We will definately be coming back again.
Hey..the property is appropriate for family, corporates , couple and friends stay. We took a group to this hotel and Our stay was awesome here and the hotel staff was very helpful Mr Nizam, Mr Raghu, Mr Rohit and Mr Leo helped us in everything we needed and stood like pillars through out the event and will definitely recommend the same.

The rooms are small and badly designed. Bathrooms do not have lock. We took a deluxe room and it wasnt upto expectation. Also the pool rules say you have to wear a 2 piece bikini for females else it not allowed to the pool!!!

In four day of stayed we had not come out of resort to make a round of Goa ...as awesome food , available 24 hours, nice clean cool beach , clean and maintained swimming pool plus other activities .
BUT THE AIR CONITIONER ARE INSUFFICIANT IN DINNING AREA .
NO LIFT, NO RAMP .....raising problem with management they told there is plan of renovation ...????

Not a pleasant stay although we were charged 5 star rates, the quality was 2 star. Lizards,leaky ac's and constant power cuts.food is overpriced.
I am not satisfied from staff services when I call for any service like food or clean the room service provide after an hour so I not accept these type of services from 5 * property

Excellent property, spotless private beach. Property well maintained post covid pandemic. Polite and helpful staff. One small observation: the food and cocktails were not upto the mark of a 5 star hotel in terms of quality and the price being charged. That being said, the breakfast spread was amazing, no complaints there.

Just finished a girls trip here and it was an awesome experience. The location first of all is pristine, with a long private beach and a vast green expanse of golf course. The food was so well thought out and nicely planned, from the morning buffet where we were spoilt for choice and exotic dinners or simple lunches when we so desired everything was flavourful. A special.shout to chef Paul who gave personal recommendations that made our evening special.The staff were so helpful when one of us fell sick and needed medication and home remedies at 4am. Overall unforgettable experience!

Apart from the concierge who was perpetually on the phone this place was awesome. Everyone else were super courteous. Thanks to a wedding in the hotel Sunday breakfast was extremely crowded and we had to kind of stand and eat at times...
Great property i ever seen, the beach view is awesome, service no question at all, all ware helpful no need to worry in 1 call things will be sorted, Need to work on food availability so i was there for 3 days it was buffet system but multiple time is had happened the food got over and it took long time to get it filled.. But all in all it was great experience....
It's eco friendly,staff is very good,very clean, 8hole golf course,beach facing, so overall excellent property for relaxation n enjoy your holidays with family,friends, elders or kids.

My wife and I stayed at the Caravella Beach Resort from 22-26 March 2019 in a deluxe guest room. Overall our experience was 3/5, the stay was nice but the experience came across less as a resort and more as a hotel charging you extra for almost everything. While all inclusive options existed, we opted for a normal room and free breakfast, but even knowing we would pay for lunch and dinner, most of the other resort amenities were pay-to-play . Despite this, and some some completely avoidable issues from the hotel, this property could have easily been 4/5 or better.
Service/Hospitality (5/5): The staff was great.
Amenities (4/5):
Hotel Pool (5/5): This hotel pool was one of the best we have visited at any hotel resort worldwide.
Ala Cart Food (5/5). Great Restaurants.
Buffet Food (3/5). The live counters were good, but the rest of the options lacked any variation. while breakfast was included, if you wanted a bottle of water with your meal you were presented with a bill at the end. This added to the overall transactional feel of the resort. I understand of paying for water during the day, but a bottle with the breakfast should not be an issue.
Drinks (3/5). The drink menus at every location boosted craft and signature cocktails with long lists of ingredients and garnishes. however, after trying all the drinks the quality and presentation were subpar. Several times drink orders were incorrect altogether or improperly mixed. We got the feeling there was one person who could make the drinks correctly and then everyone else just trying their best to copy them.
Spa/Gym (2/5). These were both giant letdowns. Being a resort, we imagined a large spa with well priced massages. Instead we found a very cramped and poorly equipped hotel gym (1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, dumbbells to 10 kgs, leg press, pull-up bar, and all-in-one cable station), with a locker room that housed very small massage rooms. Massages were relatively expensive and only offered up to 45 minutes. We did not attend yoga, which was only offered only once a day from 0800-0900 after listening to several guests mention the classes were subpar. A great spa, decent gym, and yoga offered several times a day (sunrise/sunset, etc) are all easy fixes.
Rooms (3/5). The room was dated, but was a good size, very clean, a nice private balcony, and an A/C that worked really well. The bathroom also had a great separate shower. 4/5, however, there was absolutely no sound proofing and you could hear everything happening in the hallway and every room also had a terribly loud doorbell and it could be heard from surrounding rooms. Music from parties even at the beach were easily heard and loud guests coming back constantly woke us up. While we will not ding the hotel for guests, the rooms themselves were so miserably sound proofed that even quiet guests were audible. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep.
Trips/Excursions/etc (2/5). The hotel was well maintained, but seemed to be lacking in the overall resort category. Despite a lot of staff, and token events posted on the wall each day, there was no events coordinator to be found organizing anything by the pool or at the beach. Organizing a pool/beach volleyball game or golf/cricket lessons, would be easy and give the hotel that resort feel. The hotel claimed they did not have a taxi service, but the front desk would call you a taxi with fixed rates that appeared 3-4 times the price they should be (round trip of 12 km was over 25 USD). We called to arrange pickup from the airport three times prior to arrival, each time we confirmed our complimentary pickup/drop off, however, on the last day the hotel informed us that this was not in our package and produced a receipt from when they charged us the first day, but had not told us. These lack of options and forced high rates made it feel like hotel management was milking guests.
Awesome place to spend a quite and relaxing time in Goa. This is very much expensive for average middle class person. So if you are visiting this place, not more than 2 nights and only and only spend time within the boundaries of this awesome place, as this is spread over acres of place. It has its own private beach as well.
best resort in South Goa it's a very large Resort it provides huge space of garden area private beach with restaurant spa infinity pool bar and much more. Ambience of the resort is very nice it's a very large property with the high cost. if you want a lonely place you can choose this.

Very well manicured lawns. Very beautiful, clean (almost)private beach. There is a sunset point within resort which was great. The restaurant staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was ok, not great not bad. On the not so great things - Bathrooms were not to the standard of a 5star. In-room dining was horrible. We were traveling with a baby and we ordered in-room dinner for all 5 days we stayed there. The food was just horrible. Though they offered a complimentary dessert when we provided the feedback. Then the spa place is really expensive and i did not find it relaxing at all.

we were in a group of 80 people and booked about 40 rooms in twin sharing basis I had stayed here for three days, being the old one this resort is very good maintained house keeping is also good, food also good
But as on today internet is very essential but my BSNL phone was out of coverage when we checked in and asked the receptionist for Wi-Fi first he said that there is some issue regarding network after some time they said that we can provide Wi-Fi only for 1 device, even though we compromised for that after some time they clearly refused by saying that the wifi is not free and we have to pay for that
(In a single day we got three different answers)
This hotel is very far away from the city (65 km from baaga or colangat beach) if any one is in need of a single item out side hotel we can't get it easily even we can pay,
If any person want to roam north Goa for night life it may be a worst experience staying in this hotel,
In toilets there are no healthfaucet (toilet shower) how can we clean our bums I felt very ugly cleaning with tissues
I can't express my feelings but I will never stay nor recommend any one to stay here
