Splendid and beautiful. Calm beach well maintained by the resort. The place is beautifully planned. The buffet is good. The a la Carte is good too but priced a lil higher for the taste and quality. Pool is a good attraction with pool bar.

Actually this is the best place in Goa. You should forget about cheaper places because this India and standard tourists from European can't live in Indian hotels (even if is 4* Indian stars). The best strategy is you live here and make trip to Hampi etc. God bless 5* stars of Caravella.

The staff was outstanding in every way. Each person was personable and helpful right down to Ms Delon that worked at Front office lobby. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was an enjoyable stay Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again. You certainly can t beat the location and we loved the contemporary-feel of the property.This big property has it all. Great location, service, amenities and room. F & B staff goes out of the way to be helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel to others. The staff was very friendly and professional and the hotel was nice, without being too fancy for my tastes.It s an unexpectedly nice hotel, comparable looks & comfort-wise to places I ve stayed in Goa. Beautiful lobby, well-appointed rooms, great breakfast options in the morning.

5 Star hotel...warm and friendly staff..beautiful place....love it

By far one of the worst places to stay in Goa. The staff is uncooperative, and is looking to make a quick buck wherever possible. Ambience is ok. The rooms are substandard yet they charge you just as much as any 5-star hotel chain. DO NOT go for Caravela; Taj Beach Resort right next is far better.

Amazing location...with a clean private beach property...u can enjoy parasailing, banana ride and Jet ski at the beach. Parasailing will cost u Rs1000 and jet Rs500 and Rs1000. There is a restaurant as well at d beach. Just beware of the oil that comes with the waves it can ruin ur clothes. Staff is good. Only negative point was I had to call for few basic washroom item they were not given at the first place to us.

A huge property with a beautiful resort feel esp with the high arches and beams in the central area. Cozy books with antique furniture. Nothing like the chain five stars. The rooms are alright with nice free toiletries. However bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Had a verandah with garden view which was a nice place to relax.
Breakfast buffet was standard.

However, when we asked for king prawns and crabmeat soup during dinner in their Pan Asian restaurant the seafood used for the dishes felt frozen and these didn't feel like freshly caught. So it's better to eat in nearby shacks away from hotels. Seafood was more fresh in the hotel seaside shack. Food overall is ok for a five star nothing to rave about.

Nice secluded beach. Nothing much around. You can hire bikes or car nearby away from hotel to roam about.

Awesome clean smooth sand Beach and clear sea waters. We had a great time over 3 nights despite the over crowding by conference visitors.
Looking forward to revisiting again when the kids get an extended wkend.

Highly unprofessional and careless staff .Have no sense of responsibility .You literally have to chase the hotel staff to get a reply once you have made an enquiry .Would never ever recommend this this place to anyone or consider using their services myself .They don't even deserve one star but unfortunately have to have to give it to leave a review .

Loved this place. Need not to go anywhere nearby. Very lively and you dont get bore. Chuldren loved pool and private beach. Yummy food. Hospitality was great too.

Caravela beach resort is almost good but Front Office staff behavior is not good

The property is large and has large expanses of open space that are extremely well maintained. There are many activities available at the health club such a swimming, badminton, golf, etc. The hotel has its own stretch of beach which is very clean and not very crowded. Lastly the staff is very polite and helpful which just adds to the experience and makes this hotel a extremely well rounded package.

Hi , I am planning to visit your hotel on 14/05/2014 . I have booked ocean view room , my friend insisted Taj Exotica but i selected Ramada , hope the quality of food and stay will be luxurious and comfortable, Thank You

The service was good. The private beach is awesome. It is one of the better hotels in south Goa. The food could've been better.

Other than the checkout process and keeping a token amount as security deposit everything else was very good.

The only deficiency in service is that while going back no drop service was provided to Murmugao Port (Vasco),while pickup from airport was good.

Booked Via makemytrip for 2 days. Had to change due to emergency. Hotel charging almost double, since it was some special offer booking. After research just released, Site rate was 12k, makemytrip rate was 14k and now to modify the charges are 21k. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical!

Every thing was with perfection ,most important was yoga session with jagdeeshan Guru ji. I think guests should attend his sessions Full of knowledge, positive vibrations

Its a good resort to relax and many activities. Ur kids will love it. But a bit crowdy because of popularity.

Extremely beautiful premises with easy and fast access to the beach, varca beach which is in South Goa. The beach is absolutely clean and well maintained with very less crowd. Amidst beautiful landscape including palm trees, grass and resting spots, it is the best for relaxing away from the main city bustle. It offers great buffet options and the food is tasty. There is hardly any need to move away from the resort as it has just about everything for your relaxation.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a wedding occasion. Fell in love with the place. It's a nice experience. Staff is a bit slow but cannot blame them as the customer numbers are more. Food is good. The rooms are good and neat. The private beach is quite and feels good. We played volleyball and had fun.

Caravela Beach Resort is a fine resort hotel located in Goa province of India. This resort has a large ballroom and other supporting facilities and really good for conducting a seminar, training and business gathering.

You can find sandy beach behind the hotel and I love being there, standing alone with bare foot on the sand and look far away to the edge of the horizon of an Arabian Sea and direct lead to the land called Africa.

You can hear the sound of the wave chasing one another rolling to the beach and sounds like thunder storm.
If you take a silent moment for a while and close your eyes, you can feel how strong the natural energy is.

In the evening if you want to have nice and fine dining at the outside you can ask them to arrange an outside dining on the beach. They can prepare table and chair for you and for your group.

I didn't do sport activities at all while I was visiting there but you can do light exercise by walking around the resort or along the coast line.

A tidy place. Descent to the beach with developed sidewalk. Well-kept and green garden. recommend

I like the place and maintenance. The time I went was correct and not too crowded. I like it very much.

Stayed in Villa - 5 (VL 5) at this property from 5th October 2017 and checked out on 8th October 2017 as part of my company's conference. Very good location and impeccable service. The villa overlooked lush greenery and beyond that the sea.
Special mention is required of Ms. Preeti at Cafe Cascada who handled everything so well every time we were there. Very prompt, efficient and polite lady. Also would like to mention the Duty Manager, Ms. Mabel who made by check-in smooth and for subsequent help for smaller things.

Amazing place to stay in South Goa. But the buffet lunch/dinner is not good as don't have much variations. Ala carte is good.

Fabulous place excellent service, superb food, best beach in Goa , tops in comfort and cleanliness of rooms an outstandingly vast green landscape of trees, grounds and flowers.
