Travel Desk team : not helpfull . Asking charges which are not justified. Resort is Low of staff currently maybe that's why they stick to their policies and don't go beyond to enhance customer experience.

Great place to stay your family, we had been here for a official meet but though being off season never felt like it as the place is full. Very cordial staff and great facility makes this place one of the best!

Lovely RAMADA Hotels property in South Goa... Went officially... Company offsite... Food is great...Facilities superb... Vast space with lot of outdoor game optons... Connected beach is serene... One can enjoy the calmness and the sound of waves splashing... Went in the month of July... Luckily it wasn't too rainy to kill all the fun

Awesome place to stay in South Goa. Very clean, near to the beach and very good resort with all facilities. Location is good, very near to the beach and peaceful. However if you want to go sightseeing you have no option but to depend on the very expensive taxis available at the hotel. There is nothing available nearby the hotel. So if you are there, be prepared to spend all the time enjoying this beautiful resort.

We booked for a deluxe suite room for 26th & 27th of March 2021, by paying 20k/day. They gave us ordinary, congested room, which is smaller than the normal garden facing room. This time, we didn't had good time in Caravela. Cancelled the booking and came back. Awaiting for the refund.
Staff are extremely polite and nice. But we are not happy with room allocation. It was not worth even for 6-7k/day. They have more guests now a days. So compromised with the ethics.
May be we won't visit again

Perfect holiday destination for 4 days 3 nights stay. Morning and evening visits to beach are so relaxing. Life guard and resort personnel ensures the safety of the guests. Beach side restaurant gives you dining at the shack experience. Jacuzzi and Swimming pool was shut due to covid pandemic but tennis court and cycling is available at a small cost. Rooms are spacious with a balcony. Staff is very cordial and helpful. You get to experience live performances while dining. Breakfast spread is good. Overall my experience was excellent and hence 5 stars.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2019 as we wanted to experience monsoon in Goa (and Goa in monsoon). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just picture perfect.

Great hotel/resort ....highly recommended... the sea front is good and the bar option is great ....

Awesome and memorable stay! Although our decision to visit Goa was impromptu but I am glad I had chosen Caravela as we loved the stay over.
We had checked in on 9th october and although the room was beautiful there was some moisture problem and immediately
that was taken care and I am sorry I forgot the name of the person but we were shifted to another room and it was all good from there...
In short the greatest positives:
1)A beautiful property with spacious rooms with wonderful views and well maintained surroundings as well a serene private beach
2)A warm and smiling staff
3)Superb service
4)Awesome safety measures
5)One of the best places to have a lovely vacation
Apart from this as soon as they came to know that it was my sons birthday , it was made very special by them ....a wonderful decor of our room by Santosh ,Remedina and his team ..My boy was super excited with the pleasant surprise...Then it was our wonderful Chef Amitava and team who baked a beautiful cake for the birthday boy..we were indeed touched by the lovely gesture..

They have vast lush green open spaces to relax in along with access to the well maintained clean beach...The pools and their beach side restaurant were right closed as per govt norms so we did miss that!Choice of Multiple restaurant options are there but at present limited due to covid they are opening up in phases manner and we absolutely understand that.. If you want a blissful vacation away from the crowd and enjoy just lazing on the serene beach with a scenic view all around along with great service and facilities you got up stay here ... I am sure you won't be disappointed..I have already recommended my friends and family and we too are looking forward to coming back soon Caravela! Best of luck and stay safe all!

Saffron, white and green come alive in Caravela resort, Goa. The entire staff has worked so hard to put together this special theme for the day! We sampled their delicious spread during our stay here. The kids were attended to so well with delicious make your own donuts , waffles and pancakes. Fresh flowers and greenery in this monsoon were a treat to the eyes, tucked in every corner. Personally a nature lover, I couldn't help but notice the efforts of the gardening staff in their rain overalls even in the incessant rains! Kudos to them who make the place !

1st 4 nights we never got any sleep from a wedding that was going on slamming doors and talking in the corridor, got woken at 3am, 4am and 5am. Is ok if you like Indian food not much other choice you be feed up with it after a week. Pool ok unless it's taken over by a wedding or noisy people drinking from the wedding party.

It's a big hotel with an amazing golf course overlooking the ocean. The breakfast spread was amazing. The pool was nice. The things that I did not like was housekeeping staff entering the room when the Do Not Disturb was on. And some washrooms were without jet sprays. It should be consistent.

Wonderful place to have a peaceful stay in South goa. 5 star property with lavish dining and outstanding views. Pool bar, beach bar, beach cafe, makes it an ideal place for dream destination wedding/event. Very large and well maintained garden big enough to play golf and have a best of the time in Goa.

Excellent beach resort with direct access to the beach. Beach was clean and lovely to swim at and we'll managed by life guards.
Hotel facilities are excellent with good dining options and a very good spa. Service was brilliant and even though the hotel was full over Xmas there was never a wait for a table at any of the dining facilities

Cool Place on the Varca Beach. We were part of a destination wedding and the wedding ceremony on the Beach was the something we can never forget.

such a waste hotel i had seen in my lyfe.. no good service and the food is also very disgusting..i had no words to express.. i dontb prefer this hotel for any one . they dont respect the guests..FU** HOTEL

We got an opportunity to stay in the ocean front view room (only 10 nos available). It was a pleasant stay. The walking distance from room to beach is 1 min. Extremely overwhelmed by their hospitality. It was a perfect weekend spot. The resort is worth the money.

For those who wanna be at Goa in a calm and serene place away from Hustle and Bustle of the North Goa..Caravela is the place !!.. Great Hospitality, Good Food.. and Lovely maintained resort with a private beach. What else one could ask to holiday. Perfect place for couples.. Destination wedding.. only hindside its very far from our tourist places and If your planning to visit places like chapora, baga etc. It would be a full day outing... 3 cheers to Caravela.. Higly Recommend it ..
