We booked for a deluxe suite room for 26th & 27th ...

We booked for a deluxe suite room for 26th & 27th of March 2021, by paying 20k/day. They gave us ordinary, congested room, which is smaller than the normal garden facing room. This time, we didn't had good time in Caravela. Cancelled the booking and came back. Awaiting for the refund.
Staff are extremely polite and nice. But we are not happy with room allocation. It was not worth even for 6-7k/day. They have more guests now a days. So compromised with the ethics.
May be we won't visit again
