Its right on Beach with private beach. Pool. Three bars m. Good place to relax with family. It's in South goa. Away from city centre. You need to consider this point. If you wish to roam around Goa, better stay near city centre.

Just one thing I would like to mention, that during check-in you should ask the guest about the food preference , Veg or Non Veg, so that you people can give your guest appropriate complementary food. As in our case it was my wife's birthday but we got cake with eggs as a complimentary gesture, buy we couldn't eat.
But overall I would appreciate the efforts put in by the hotel to make the day memorable.

Beautiful resort property in South Goa. Service is good, rooms are great and the beach is walking distance. Make sure that you plan your vacation between November to May as most places in Goa are shut in off season.
Mid luxury resort with private beach and swimming pool open until 7pm. Rooms are equipped with basic amenities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Drinks are available. Beach is clean and and life guards are present all the time. If you are visiting Goa to enjoy beach, it is one of the best resort. Pool is equipped with bar, so you can enjoy pool with drinks together.

This is a good property in South Goa situated at a distance of 32 KM from Airport. We (Two families) stayed here in Aug 2018.
Welcome & Check-in: Guests are greeted and welcomed upon arrival and check-in process is completed while you are seated in the huge and spacious lobby sipping the welcome drink. A delightful start I must say.
Landscape: Beautiful landscape behind the rooms. Lush green golf course, playgrounds and private beach add to the whole experience. Place is well lit at night and sparkles beautifully.
Food: Dining area has two halls. One is a smaller and another one is bigger with a soaring ceiling. Variety of food is quite good both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Enough spread of delectable on the table. When the occupancy is high, during peak timings (9 10 am), it gets really crowded. Service speed also slows down. So plan your meals accordingly. In room dining serves tasty food. And there are multiple options to choose from.
Stay & Service: Satisfactory housekeeping service. Well maintained rooms with hygiene and cleanliness. Room size is a bit smaller and you are cramped for space with all the furniture. In-Room dining service is very slow though. Takes an agonizingly long time to deliver food or snacks items. Even kids milk would take long time which is unfathomable.
Sports & Activities: Gigantic swimming pool with a bar is a major attraction. Sports equipment such as Bat/Ball, Football etc. is available. Yoga classes and few other activities are on complimentary basis. Golf is chargeable. Not much for kids though. Kids play area was a disappointment.
Special requests: We requested for 2 adjacent rooms for two families, but it wasn t available. Neither we got an upgrade.
Beach: Resort has a private beach. Soft sand and cleanliness add to pleasant experience. Take a nice stroll along the beach and witness the sunset. Bar is available near the beach.
Nearby: Few wine shops are available within 500 Mtrs. Private Taxi service is available right outside the resort but they demand exorbitant amount.
Sprawled across huge area with a private beach. Its a must visit resort in Goa. Good rooms and food is also good.

Great place. Beach right outside the resort. Only people living in the resort were there . One shack was open when we were there last weekend. And we never needed to leave the resort during our stay. For Goan delicacies shack was the better option as it had fresh catch of the sea plus more seafood options.
Food at resort was good most of times except for one when it was surprisingly out of the world. We were served a Bengali dinner buffet . This had the best Kolkata biryani outside Kolkata ( reminded me of my days eating at Arsalan) and a beautifully cooked Kosha Mangsho.
All in all highly recommended.

I love this property too, quite big & well maintained, very nice staff, we have visited two times there, & we have visited many places but we have never seen big verities in morning breakfast which i have seen in this hotel, even i love food quality.
One of the best properties in south Goa. I've stayed there 4 times, and trust me everytime on a different budget rooms. And all the rooms do justice to the price paid. Marvellous architecture and equally beautiful location.

Good hotel good food needs renovation of rooms specially wash rooms.not up to the mark.property very cool staff friendly garden view rooms are far in extended wing.. don't prefer those rooms and they give only one device Wi-Fi free..thats bad
It is a nice resort on the beach. The beach is very clean and quiet almost like a private beach. The staff is very nice and polite. The food is good .

The best hotel in years. Fantastic Indian cuisine. Absolutely perfect and nice service. If you are not satisfied with your room, you will get what you like. You are by the sea, but also have a swimming pool. Several times a day you will be asked what else you want or need. You're always nice, helpful and correct but not intrusive.
If the food is too spicy for you, something milder will be served immediately - as you wish.
I have stayed in many hotels in my life, but this is my favorite place.
Child friendly resort .. the management is very warm and welcoming . They extent their full support when u travel with a toddler .. would definitely recommend others
Adjoining the beach at Varca, this is a a large property well designed and offering refreshing stay to its guests. They also a have golf course that is well maintained. Rooms are well designed and have balconies for outdoor seating. Furnishings are tasteful and amenities are of high quality. Room service is swift and helpful. Rooms are not very large though and those called villas are actually larger rooms. The restaurant in the basement has both open and enclosed seating areas. During humid days the air conditioned dining area is a respite. The spread at the buffets is vast and the food well made and tasty. The beach is accessible from the property and en route a beach shack like restaurant is run by the resort. Staff are well trained, polite and helfpul. I enjoyed my three day stay at Caravela.

The resort has good rooms with great view. A private beach is just a few hundred metres away. All you have to do to hit the beaches is have a romantic stroll through lush green pastures owned by the resort.
Food options are a bit limiting but the taste is good. The staff is also very polite and accommodating of peculiar food preferences, allergies or restrictions.
All in all a superb experience there. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a liesurely holiday where you just want to relax by the beach.
Badly maintained more of an apartment than a resort

Was in the resort in Sept 2017, room is ok, beach is clean and a bit walk but food is pathetic. It looked like chilli festival in buffet every day, no taste and no option for kids. Restaurant staff had issues on taking food to room for infant, felt awkward asking about it after first time. The resort has detoriated significantly in last few years, not worth the high price it charges.
Old property,small rooms however big pool and have private beach access which is the best part of the resort,deluxe and deluxe suite rooms are good, but superior is better to avoid.
