I was a returning visitor to the resort. First tiem family. Its a good hotel. A huge one. The property is old but it is maitained prettu well. Evsrything was perfect rught feom food to the beach, to the services offered. The only rhing thst was kind if not on par qas thw feont desk lady who talked nicely but gave a blocked view room specially when our only request to stay was a room with an open view and not a blocked. The moment i requested this, she gave a us a totally blocked view room which when i complained later was changed for us buy the fuest services manager. The new room we got was 100 time better than the previous one. Oh by the way the first room (139) didnt even have the jet installed in the toilet and whne we complained the house keeping came with a bucket to be used in place of jet. Wasnt expecting this frona. 5 star. I mean i praised this hotel yo my family before arrival that it didnt reach the expectation for them. Apart from them, everything was good. The food is good. The lawana nd beach are good. The hospitality is also good. Just ksesp in mind. They are very keen to check you out at 11 am and when u request late checkout. They will tell you thst its very busy for them and thst we cna checkout hy 12 to 12:30. Ghere are no 2 pm chexkouta as other hotel provide. They will show you thst their hotel is very buzy. But in reality, they have lots of rooms empty.

Piece of advice, if you don't like what you are given, pkease fes6l free to ask for it. You wont be given it automatically u would have to ask for it.

But having wrotten it all, this ia really good hotel to relax and unwind in natural beuty.
