I ordered a set of floor mats for my 2002 WRX. They do not fit. They are clearly too small. The company doesn't care. They do not allow returns (well, after a lot of fuss, they said they would make an exception for me, but they won't pay the return shipping, or reimburse the original shipping, which together is more than I paid for the mats). They were at fault for misrepresenting a product. I do not trust these guys. They are predatory. Pic shows the original floor mats, and the "OEM" ones on top, too small to be effective at doing their job of keeping dirt, mud, and snow from the carpet. Also, the material is too rigid to conform well to the floor, and so has a floppy cavity underfoot for the driver.

I've spent hundreds of dollars @ rallysportdirect and have always been a fan but I recently bought 5 different things in 1 order and realized I accidentally purchased 2 plate relocates! I am returning the 2nd one but found out they wanted to deduct 2.94 off an 84.99 product for 'Shipping Credit.' They have a policy where any order over 200 dollars qualifies for free shipping...even with my return my order was still 300 bucks and they still decided to not give me the full 84.99 back but installed only 82.05. I don't care about the 2 or 3 bucks it's just very surprising that a company that I've heard so many good things about wouid do something 'sneaky' like this. To be honest, I'm very big on the little things and don't think I will be purchasing from here again which is a shame...I don't not recommend this company as they are very good but just wanted to give a fair warning
Used to like them but due GARBAGE customer service no longer want to spend thousands of dollars with people who cant fix their mistakes. Order somewhere else if you can.
Bought these LP3 wheels and they came marked up, the shop informed me prior to installation one rim already came marked (like shown) and had been previously installed with counter weights on it. Customer service hasn t emailed back from any of my emails regarding issues. Be careful what you buy from here. I spent an arm and a leg for these and they came damaged and used

Orders from Canada. Impressive amount of items in stock that ship same or next day. Reasonable cost to ship considering they use express. Be careful some items will say 2 in stock but at check out it will say 5 days away or something. The 100% satisfaction guarantee should probably be called the 20% guarantee because it only applies to about 20% of the brands they sell.
Don t order from these scum. If you get the wrong part, good luck trying to get it exchanged or your money back. The owner is a cheap little arrogant mommas boy.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop for new aftermarket parts for my car. They have a huge list of inventory, and a very organized website. I have been shopping on the RSD website for over two years now and I am highly satisfied.
If you have a subaru, and you like tuning, this is the place. They have huge inventory, pretty reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. They even let me use the bathroom. You can buy from them online if you don't want to make the haul out there, but if you do go out there they will pull from stock right there, no waiting for shipping.
I overnight a lot of parts and is there at 930 am est no matter if i order it 30 minutes before they close. Ive has several others try to take my overnight money and wait till the next day to mail it. .these guys are my go-to

I order my parts 3weeks ago going on a month. I try calling multiple times and never got anyone. I tried canceling my order and couldn t. The ship date was supposed to be a week out of my order day. I m highly disappointed with them and will never order anything from them. I Recommend taking your business elsewhere especially if you need the parts as soon as possible. If you want to wait months this is your place!

Great products with friendly customer service. I used to love going inside because it was two stores in one. I Could shop for our 2015 4Runner or my WRX. My single gripe, however, is that they are still closed to inside business.
So, your website presupposes that you are up and running on all counts, which really got my blood boiling and my cheeks a bit hot under the ol' N95 as I came screaming down from Bountiful to run through your showroom and buy something, anything, I didn't care if it was for my WRX or the wife's 4Runner.
You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived at your establishment to find the signs plastered all over, including the parking lot, that you had to wait for your order to be picked and call to let them know you had arrived (4 stars). I know Covid is still out there but have you heard the news lately? It's okay to wear masks and get back to work. Put some hand sanitizer at the door and require a quick lathering before entering.
My point is this. If you are going to plaster on your website in florescent Green, "We're open and ready to ship your orders," then please, be open so I don't waste my time and gas. It's not only misleading, it's also left open to interpretation! Don't deny it.
Excuse me if I got excited and didn't check beforehand, my mistake. How about this instead, as it really states the honest truth about your businesses state of affairs: "Open for shipping and curbside pickup only." My guess is this review will most likely fall on deaf ears.
It doesn't change the fact that I still Love you guys and wouldn't spend my money anywhere else. Oh, and I'll be slumming around in your parking lot about 8:30 this morning, loitering with reckless abandon. I'll be the guy with no mask circling the red 4Runner.

Made a purchase 24MAR2021. Emailed for update 12APR2021. Received an auto reply that it takes them 3-4 business days to reply. Received an email 18APR2021 asking to review my purchase that still has not even shipped. Called their local number 20APR2021that says they are not accepting phone calls and you can only email or chat online.
21APR2021: still no online chat available; called their toll free number and was on hold for 1 hour before it timed out and hung up on me.
Ordered coilovers on their website and had a payment issue. Called in the next day to fix the issue and talked with Cody. Cody took the time to ask what my intended use was, and recommended something slightly different, for a better price, with a very thorough explanation.

Spoke to a representative and he guaranteed that a stainless steel braided clutch line would fit my 2005 subaru legacy gt... I ordered it and the line is way to short. Spoke to customer service and becaue of their mistakes Now I'm out 18 bucks for shipping and they couldnt even tell me the rep who placed my order... Please be very leery or wary of their professional advice and be cautious when placing an order from them...
Had good experience with this place before. Got my exhaust from them, the service was excellent, sales called me and double checked that I got the correct item.
Today was a completely difference experience, I purchased 1 strut bar through their website, and I got order confirmations for 2 the same item 1 hour apart?? As soon as I got the email for the second order, I called them and told them that I order only 1 and I do not know what happened. I was basically told tough luck. The item was shipped 5 minutes after I received the second email???? And was told that I need to pay for shipping and the return shipping for this erroneous order. After having a good talk with the service person, he agree to recall one of the package from the shipper. And when I ask for his name, he hang up on me.... I guess he is not recalling the package.

Had a slight mix up with matching a clutch to my model/year. Online chat communication was efficient and staff was very helpful. Due to a time crunch, I had to spend more on product locally, but rallysport direct immediately initiated the steps for return shipping. I will definitely use rallysport direct in the future!

I Ordered a radiator that I was told would ship from utah, which would have made it possible for it to get to me in the time frame I needed. I called to verify and was assured that it would indeed ship from utah. Once the item processed and shipped I was notified via the tracking number that it actually drop shipped from Kentucky which added additional ship time to my location . If I had known this was the case I would have paid the extra 40 bucks for next day service gladly but now I will not receive my radiator in time . I attempted to cancel the current order and reorder with next day and was told there was no way and I would just have to front the extra money and also pay to ship the original back if I wanted to go that route. In the days of amazon 2 day shipping and excellent return policies I'm surprised that a company with such strict policies is still around . Next time I'll use my prime account. Lesson learned . Buyer be ware

Excuse my language but this is absolutely bull****. Purchased coil overs back on March 6th.... over 6 weeks later, i still haven t received my parts. Their phones won t answer and their emailing system takes a week to respond. If i knew it would take this long and be this bad i would have ordered elsewhere. They have my credit card information so i am nervous to go through someone else and end up with the same part twice. I really need my part or my order to be canceled. At this point in time i suggest no one purchase from this company until they get there situation together.
Rallysport Direct return policy is absurd. They claim to have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, and a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy, but that only applies to items that have not been opened or even damaged in transit!
I bought a set of mudflaps and didn't realize that they were for a slightly different model (wrx 5 door VS. wrx hatchback. Same year. Very similar cars). They were not damaged, dirtied, or used in any way, but since the box was opened and parts removed from the plastic bag, Rallysport Direct refused to authorize a return or exchange, instead suggesting that we "sell them on Facebook".
After a little research, the price and experience is hardly superior to buying elsewhere.
Had customer service give me a phone call right after placing my order to confirm an odd quantity of adapters. fixed the problem within seconds. Top notch customer service.
I can't say enough good things about these guys. I will however say they are the only store I will order from even if they are out of stock on a part. They are always courteous and super super super fast shipping. Extremely disappointing customer service on my very first order! Spoke to a manger today about an extension on a sealed item and no return extension given. For this to be my first order and only a partial return/refund requested i was EXTREMELY disappointed! They really showed they DO NOT value new customers!
Cool shop and they host some great meets. Alas they are very bias and focus mostly on subarus and during car meets dont let anyone else over to vip area unless you like know somebody even though your car may be nicer than half of them there.
when you order something off the website it provides no tracking number. Good luck getting through to someone to find that out.

I've gone through Rallysport Direct for plenty of parts and my recent purchase was not quite as good. For the Cyber Monday sale i purchased some items from Cobb with a 10% discount so about 10 minutes before the sale ended I made the purchase and I thought it was done. So next day I check my email and it says that my order is for the full amount without the discount. I call in and talk to a gentleman and he informs me that I made the purchase to late and I told him well I still had some time before the sale ended. He goes on to say that the time I placed my order was cutting close to the deadline and that in order to get the discount I would need to place the order way before the sale ends to get the discount. Lesson learned to not wait till last minute to buy and do not rely on the timer for the discount on Rallysport Direct's website because it is false.
Terrible customer service. I went into this place planning on spending a lot of money and left because the ass sitting behind the counter was completely useless. I asked several times for help and he was more interested in looking at FB or whatever was on his screen at the time. I was ready to drop big money to accomplish my project, but spent is somewhere else because of this kid. What an idiot. Good local shop for various aftermarket fluids and universal parts. I have a J-series Honda/Acura V6 which they don't seem to carry parts for. But they're good for Redline and Motul fluids, which aren't typically in your regular auto parts stores.
I'm trying to get a hold of customer service and they don't answer. You just get the music then "connecting your call" but after about 3 minutes they hang up on you.
I guess they really care about their customers since they don't want to talk to you.

Sold me parts that they did not have in stock and knew they would not have in stock for months. When I called them to ask why their website still showed these particular parts would be shipping within days they said their website was wrong and would be corrected. 2 weeks later they still were not being honest with their lead times for parts. They were also not helpful finding me other options so I did not have to wait 6 months to fix my car.
