Great bunch of guys, never had a bad experience here. All of their employees are very knowledgeable about Subarus and won't jack you around. Worth every mile to drive down if you're close enough to go pick up locally.

0 stars because after spending thousands here they sent me a opens box of connecting rods, and they refused to do anything about it, they offered me a $50 store credit with no refund and I send back or I keep them, and try to sell them myself if I don t want to use them. I did not pay for their open box discounted items. I picked out a new not opened part.

The parts they supply are not always an exact fit, though they do carry some good standard and other fun products. If you re going to order something relatively expensive, call their support service before ordering to make sure all the details are correct (there is no wiggle room for error). Once you have ordered it online, customer support will do NOTHING for you(seems absurd, but it s true). You may have to jump through a few hoops to prove a part was damaged during shipping (UPS must hate Rallysport) or is defective in some way (they will not believe you). Most importantly, don t purchase any parts that come without a warranty, because Rallysport WILL leave you hanging if something doesn t work out, unintentional or not. Another thing, Rallysport will not, for the most part, post low reviews of their products - have you ever noticed how some of their products only have 5-star reviews? (That s a RED FLAG)

Tried to get someone on the phone since they don't allow walk in orders, waited a half hour on the phone outside their facility in salt lake city to get service, couldn't even get anyone in sales or customer service on the phone. Go elsewhere for your needs. They've really dropped the ball since covid hit.

Terrible Customer Service, was told by Brady of Rallysport Direct that my order was being shipped out Monday, on my account it stated that my order had shipped but did not give me a tracking number. Tuesday comes and still did not get a email for my tracking number. Comes to find out that the order failed and I did not get a email regarding. They were not willing to upgrade shipping and I was not happy at all

Absolutely awful customer service. Received an email saying call us because we have questions about your order . After 2 weeks of no one is available to take your call, goodbye finally got a guy on the phone just to tell me the parts not in stock anymore. Cool no worries, I told him to cancel the order. A few days pass and I m charged for the part that was apparently missing. Didn t receive it either. Now, I have to try to call for who knows how long to try to figure out why I m being charged $300 for a part that s not in stock . I will absolutely NEVER order from rallysportdirect.com ever again.

Fast shipping and excellent customer service. These guys will always take the time to answer any questions you have. I'd recommend swinging by their building if you're in the area. The customer area of the is pretty small, but it's cool. They've got Recaros and other racing seats for you to chill in while you wait for your parts. I got to see their supercharged widebody FR-S up close. So clean.

Bought an item but returned it because it wasn t under Ford warranty for my car. When I returned they said I had tried to install but I had returned it next day that I bought. My mechanic wasn t even here to install so now I can t get a refund. Wouldn t recommend buying from here

Sold me a part that was supposed be "in stock in 5 days" but its been 7 weeks later and I still don't have it. I decided to ignore that and after attempting to contact someone for 3+ days i finally got told that it was going to be another 4 weeks for the part to come in :) okay fine whatever, ill wait, somethings take time. 2 weeks later I order more parts... they have them all in stock and I pick them up an hour later. Turns out the part has been used. I can tell because the actual parts themselves are dirty :) Sorry RSD. You've lost my business.

I called in to place an order for an item that wasn't in their online inventory. I was told over the phone that my item could be drop shipped directly to my home from the original manufacturer. A week later I called back to check on my order because I had not received any sort of update and I was told the product was on back order even though I knew it was an on the shelf item that could be shipped immediately. I ended up cancelling with Rallysport and ordering it directly to avoid any more miscommunications or delays.

Bought a few things over the years from these guys. Shipping has ALWAYS been blazing fast and their pricing seems to be one of the lowest around. Staff inside there physical location are friendly and knowledgeable. Won't shop anywhere else for my Subaru parts.

I just ordered an Invidia N1 dual titanium tip exhaust for my 15 WRX on Friday I chose the regular free shipping next thing I know today Monday (1 business day later) there is a huge box in front of my door and they offered the lowest price. Called to see if they had a Tomei exhaust in stock for my evo 9 before i placed the order online and spoke to Cody. He ended up taking the order over the phone and made the process so easy, got all my info correctly and literally the next day i had the exhaust delivered at my shop. i couldnt ask for a better experience and i highly recommend Cody. Will buy again from these guys for sure A+

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I purchased multiple car parts for my 2010 WRX from Rallysportdirect including a; Grimspeed cold air intake, Perrin rear endlinks, and a Perrin rear sway bar. I received the intake and endlinks around 5 weeks after I ordered them, and about 4 weeks past the delivery date. And I have still yet to receive my rear sway bar at all. I have tried countless times to contact the Rallysportdirect customer service team in everyway possible, yet all attempts have seen absolutely no response. I was given a recipet for the sway bar nearly a month ago and have still received nothing with no communication. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU A DAMN SWAY BAR!!!!!!!

Stopped by to visit from Texas while I was in town for a conference. I spend a lot of money on their website so I thought I'd swing by and chat with the staff while I checked out the show room. Had some good conversation. The warehouse looked huge! I asked for a tour but they respectfully declined.

Scammed me on a purchase of an item. Bought the item with the estimated time of 1 month upon arrival. These guys are little snakes I sent multiple emails asking about the item and little did I know they didn t even have the item in stock, which is false advertising and a fraud!! It took more then two month upon arrival if anyone was wondering. Cheers!!

Had to rebuild my STI in a hurry and these guys had all but one part available for pickup in the store. The part they didn't have they found for me from a different retailer. They were extremely knowledgable and helped get me set up to do my first sideyways motor to get my subie back on the road. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past 2 weeks via phone,live chat and email to no avail. I bought a hood that not only took almost to months to be in my possession I had to go pick it up from the company the chose to ship it with because they kept rescheduling but it came in damaged. I just want either my money back or a not damaged hood. Just bad experience overall.

Honestly I don t even know where to begin. Rallysport Direct is the one and only website I buy my parts from. They have everything you could possibly need in stock, the shipping is unbelievably quick, and their customer service is amazing. I want to give Marcus E. a huge shoutout. I had a few questions regarding some parts and he went above and beyond to help me figure it out. He gave me options, sent links for the parts, and even called the manufacturer to confirm figment. Probably the best customer service experience I ve ever had and just another reason why I m only buying from these guys.

I have a long story I want to tell. This company doing what is right for the customer. Short story. This company provided a great product at a great price. Long story: I order this product and it was the wrong part. Their system says it was right but it did not line up. So I was frustrated and I spoke with a customer service representative. He was nice and said they would have to verify everything. So I sent pictures and they realized they had messed up. It did take about 1 week but finally they had the manufacturer send me the correct radiator. Now they also refunded my original payment though I didn't ask them to. And I would not imagine they would normally do that so don't except it. I'm just saying that the customer service team leader emailed me and told me what was going on. So at the end I got a great radiator that is working great! It's been a few months now and no issues. Thanks RallySport Direct!

I order some parts from them, they made the mistake advertise the wrong price! Their Fault. Their "Policy" stated product is listed on the Website at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, the Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. I Understand that what did not click with me was when i asked her is there anything you can do so we can do business for your mistake, not directly but your mistake. she straight up "no nothing", so you rather loose business then come to an agreement. other than that Great website, might buy again from them.

This has to be one of the WORST companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. When returning an some injectors that were too large, I spoke with a salesman on the phone who told me I could get a full refund for my purchase as it was. I didn't have time to wait for the item to get back to rally sport to purchase the correct size injectors and I was promoted by the salesman to order them and pay, as I would be receiving my money back for my original purchase. However, when my injectors arrived I was told I could not get my refund. They screwed me out of over 900 dollars and have no remorse. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars with this company I beg you to buy from someone else. Update: they seem to have been nicer after seeing this review. They did end up giving me a full refund. This process was a pain but I'm the end I'm thankful for their kindness.

I live in Australia, but I have to shop here because their online store is amazing, they can have stuff that I order half way around the world in 3 to 4 days! Most Australian stores struggle to get you gear in a week, and thats when they have stuff in stock! The prices work out exactly the same(or still cheaper!) buying here and paying for shipping half way across the world. Placed 3 orders already and will be ordering again! Awesome store!!

I ordered an item overnight but made a mistake on my order. I called them as soon as I could at 8am the next day to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't cancel the order even before it shipped. Terrible customer service. I will not be buying anything else from them again.

I ordered an oil pressure gauge on 12/30, rally sport called me to verify identity because my order was shipping to my mechanics house, ok so it s done. They take my $$$ on 1/3 so I called on 1/4 to check on my order. All they can tell me is source your parts elsewhere repeatedly without any reason. Keep in mind they took my $$$ the day before , now they say we re processing a refund on 1/4. I asked the gentleman on the other line, what kind of practice is that? Taking you $$$ and issuing refund the next day. And telling me to take my business elsewhere. What a disappointment in business handling and practice. People take your business elsewhere.

Local dealer near me purchased an item through rallysportdirect. Amazing turn around time with no issues. I was torn between Invidia N1 or the namelass axelback. I'm really glad I went with the N1 for my 2015 WRX. Did I say I LOVE the bass and 4" cannons. Anyhow awesome purchase you won't regret. These guys have been providing some of the best aftermarket parts for Utah and the country over the past fifteen years or so. Everyone I've met or talked to at RSD is as crazy as I am about cars and tuning, with stories galore Follow them on social media and come to one of the annual meetings they have, it's a blast.

I placed an order on Wednesday 1/28, was PROMISED it would ship the next day 1/29, I never received any information regarding the shipment. In fact, to this day, 2/3, close of business, my order still says "processing." When I reached out to customer service this morning, I was connected with Riley who told me that he'd go check on it for me, he said that the order had indeed shipped but the warehouse failed to attach it to my order and that's why I never received an email and why the website still said it was processing. I spent all day, from 9 AM until 4:30 PM today, 2/3, with Riley, I was patient, courteous, and kind, however, not once did I receive my tracking number. All I needed was my tracking number, but he said that the warehouse was "short staffed" and was taking "a little while" to respond. Well Riley, the warehouse had over 6 hours to give me a simple tracking number and both you and your warehouse failed to even do just that. I had such a good experience with Rallysport Direct in the past, but this may be the last time I ever do business with them and will highly recommend people to shop elsewhere with more competent staff.

Definitely the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They sent me the wrong item and refuse to exchange it since it was past the 30 day mark. Unfortunate for me, the car was in the shop getting the engine replace so I wasn't even able to test the fitment. Once I did, chatted them and the really don't care after they get your money if parts don't fit. They're error, they refuse to exchange it and I wasted money on a part I can't use. I Will NEVER use RallySport Direct again.

Their motto could easily be, "We're on it!" or "Always On It" or something! Because they are... Whether I e-mail them, go through contact us, or call, the service is always professional, very prompt, and these guys / gals are just always on it. The customer service is what has me coming back and the reviews that people give on products are helpful for getting community feedback. So far I've worked with (over time) Chris W. Brady R. Ty. G Josh P. And last but definitely not least is my main girl Megan L. I had a set of intercooler hoses that came in from Mishimoto (through RSD) but the clamps included for the BOV were way to small. I'm usually the last person to complain, I'll see if I can make it work before I request anything. These were just way too small. E-mailed RSD and Megan responded and kept up with myself, and stayed right on top of Mishimoto's customer service to make sure my request for the new clamps was received by them, processed, and delivered and that things were okay. This was through multiple e-mails from her beating me to the punch each time ...she was on it! It made often times a painful experience, way less painful and although it was a little something, was just really impressed by her efforts and how she stayed on top of it all the entire time. I believe this sort of customer service is indicative of the entire RSD support staff and just wanted to say thank you for just being on top of things..ya'll should have shirts "We're on it!"

I ordered a part this past Friday. 9-11-20 Paid for overnight shipping. Ok they are closed on Saturday and Sunday all good. That tells me I should have a email Monday giving me a confirmation number or tracking number. NOPE NOTHING! BUT THEY GOT MY $500.00! So I wake up get ready to call see they are 2 hrs behind me so I wait. I see the time and I called 10 minutes after they opened today( 9-14-20) sat on hold for 45min! Listen to the elevator remixes of (C.R.E.A.M & the TEAM AMERICA theme song) only could take so much! Call back later in the day hoping to talk to someone. I call and call center and it s closed and I still have no answer on what is going on with my parts! No tracking number or anything. First time using Rallysport Direct and most definitely the last. Zero care for the customer from what I am dealing with.

Placed a $1000.00 order on in-stock items, checked out with ground shipping applied. Have ordered dozens of times and is usually 2 days shipping from them. Did not receive an order 2 days later like normal so I contacted them and they said it had not shipped yet because one of the items was back-ordered. I asked them why they did not tell me and their response was "We unfortunately have too many orders that come in daily to watch each and every one for parts not in stock. When the orders are placed it will list what is and isn t in stock." Piss poor excuse if you ask me. I told them to overnight me the parts so I could take care of my customer like I promised him. They were not willing to split the cost of overnight freight for their mistake so I told them to use my UPS account in which they refused to do so. They were unwilling to work with me so I canceled the entire order. It's too bad, I have been doing business with them for well over 5 years and don't think I was asking for much here. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I no longer have a Subaru. But when I did, this was the place to go to get aftermarket parts. It is awesome to be able to call or chat on them online to see if they have a part in stock then to be able to just come pick them up. Very convenient and professional. From time to time I still buy parts from them.

This is great company with very knowledgeable employees. Be careful what you order. I clicked the wrong year accidentally and as car projects go they take time. 40 days later I realize its the wrong year and when I call they say too bad, tough being you. All I wanted was an exchange and they wouldn't help. Way to treat customers, especially as a student with no money.

I have been a customer of rally sport direct for a few years and anytime I needed anything I went to them first normally due to the cheapest price and availability. Not anymore. I am tired of being swept under the rug by customer service when I have an issue. Wether it be ordering an item that says it was in stock and waiting over a month to be told its on back order, or recieving defective parts and calling over 5 times for the phone lines to be off during business hours / waiting on hold for over 15 minutes and giving up. I will no longer be doing business with rally sport direct and will be letting those that ask me where I order my parts to avoid them. Across the industry this issue is a plague, people are settling for unacceptable/subpar service. Let your wallet do the talking and the natural selection of capatalism take place.

Where do I even begin, not only will you find incredibly nice people here but their prices are excellent and their customer service is top notch! I was doing a large job, radiator, timing belt and water pump. Due to an unforeseen problem (with my car not their parts) I got stuck... badly. Rallysport Direct went out of their way to get me going and helped me where they really had no obligation to. Well done Rallysport! This is a business I will frequent again... and again!

Very bad customer service ordered an intercooler on their website and it showed that I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to receive it which was fine. At the end of 3 weeks the web site showed it was still on back order so I sent customer service an email about my order. Brandy emailed me back saying that it would be another 3 to 5 weeks made me a bit upset but decided I would wait. So 5 weeks later still nothing and I check the web site only to find out it is still on back order. One more time I email customer service telling them I can not wait anymore and I would like to can cancel my order. Couple days later no email back and still have not updated the website still shows my order and still on back ordered. Shows how much they care not even responding to the bad reviews on google. Will never order from these guys again.

Horrible customer service. Spoke to Megan. Nothing but rude and ignorant towards me on the phone as I was just asking questions towards my order. Told her wouldn t do business with you again. Megan said she was ok with losing me as a customer and doesn t care . I ordered a boost gauge. Never received a email or tracking number. They withdrawn the money from my account. Called to get the status of my order. They couldn t do anything for me even though they had all the information in front of them even though the order was purchase and paid for. Still wouldn t ship it or do anything for me. They kept saying call your bank. Bank even told me it was paid and no flags on there end. Bank gave me the transaction code for proof of purchase. Only code the bank had on there end to give Rally sport direct. Call back Rallysport direct, give them everything the bank gave me and still they would ship it or do anything to help. So I just cancel my order. Ask to speak to someone higher up and they wouldn t give me any one name except Megan. Told them there has to be someone higher then her. They wouldn t answer or they just change the subject. Didn t help me what so ever. I recommend for everyone sake to do business elsewhere so you don t get the bad experience I got.
