Great products with friendly customer service. I used to love going inside because it was two stores in one. I Could shop for our 2015 4Runner or my WRX. My single gripe, however, is that they are still closed to inside business.

So, your website presupposes that you are up and running on all counts, which really got my blood boiling and my cheeks a bit hot under the ol' N95 as I came screaming down from Bountiful to run through your showroom and buy something, anything, I didn't care if it was for my WRX or the wife's 4Runner.

You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived at your establishment to find the signs plastered all over, including the parking lot, that you had to wait for your order to be picked and call to let them know you had arrived (4 stars). I know Covid is still out there but have you heard the news lately? It's okay to wear masks and get back to work. Put some hand sanitizer at the door and require a quick lathering before entering.

My point is this. If you are going to plaster on your website in florescent Green, "We're open and ready to ship your orders," then please, be open so I don't waste my time and gas. It's not only misleading, it's also left open to interpretation! Don't deny it.

Excuse me if I got excited and didn't check beforehand, my mistake. How about this instead, as it really states the honest truth about your businesses state of affairs: "Open for shipping and curbside pickup only." My guess is this review will most likely fall on deaf ears.

It doesn't change the fact that I still Love you guys and wouldn't spend my money anywhere else. Oh, and I'll be slumming around in your parking lot about 8:30 this morning, loitering with reckless abandon. I'll be the guy with no mask circling the red 4Runner.
