Placed a $1000.00 order on in-stock items, checked...

Placed a $1000.00 order on in-stock items, checked out with ground shipping applied. Have ordered dozens of times and is usually 2 days shipping from them. Did not receive an order 2 days later like normal so I contacted them and they said it had not shipped yet because one of the items was back-ordered. I asked them why they did not tell me and their response was "We unfortunately have too many orders that come in daily to watch each and every one for parts not in stock. When the orders are placed it will list what is and isn t in stock." Piss poor excuse if you ask me. I told them to overnight me the parts so I could take care of my customer like I promised him. They were not willing to split the cost of overnight freight for their mistake so I told them to use my UPS account in which they refused to do so. They were unwilling to work with me so I canceled the entire order. It's too bad, I have been doing business with them for well over 5 years and don't think I was asking for much here. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
