I have been a customer of rally sport direct for a few years and anytime I needed anything I went to them first normally due to the cheapest price and availability.

Not anymore.

I am tired of being swept under the rug by customer service when I have an issue. Wether it be ordering an item that says it was in stock and waiting over a month to be told its on back order, or recieving defective parts and calling over 5 times for the phone lines to be off during business hours / waiting on hold for over 15 minutes and giving up.

I will no longer be doing business with rally sport direct and will be letting those that ask me where I order my parts to avoid them.

Across the industry this issue is a plague, people are settling for unacceptable/subpar service. Let your wallet do the talking and the natural selection of capatalism take place.
