Their motto could easily be, "We're on it!" or "Always On It" or something! Because they are...

Whether I e-mail them, go through contact us, or call, the service is always professional, very prompt, and these guys / gals are just always on it. The customer service is what has me coming back and the reviews that people give on products are helpful for getting community feedback.

And last but definitely not least is my main girl Megan L.
I had a set of intercooler hoses that came in from Mishimoto (through RSD) but the clamps included for the BOV were way to small. I'm usually the last person to complain, I'll see if I can make it work before I request anything. These were just way too small. E-mailed RSD and Megan responded and kept up with myself, and stayed right on top of Mishimoto's customer service to make sure my request for the new clamps was received by them, processed, and delivered and that things were okay. This was through multiple e-mails from her beating me to the punch each time ...she was on it! It made often times a painful experience, way less painful and although it was a little something, was just really impressed by her efforts and how she stayed on top of it all the entire time.

I believe this sort of customer service is indicative of the entire RSD support staff and just wanted to say thank you for just being on top of things..ya'll should have shirts "We're on it!"
