Hands down the best experience I've ever had in my life. No this review was not coerced. Loved everything about this dealership. Andrew Barbot was awesome, give that man a raise. Knew exactly what I wanted and delivered without an issue. Very straight forward dealership unlike Paragon Acura. People listen to me, Rallye Acura is legit compared to all the others. Take it from me. I've been to other Acura dealers and none came close to the deal I got on my car from Rallye. I definitely would recommend Rallye to whoever that wants to buy an Acura. Go see Andrew and tell em' you heard good things about him and this dealership. Man I'm so hyped about this dealership. The finance manager Joe, the service people are extremely nice. Like I said Rallye Acura over everybody else. I hate to bash other dealers, but avoid Paragon Acura like the plague. You want a great deal just drive a few miles up to Rallye.

Horrific experience at Rallye Acura in Roslyn. I needed a visor replaced and the interior lights fixed. They made me wait 3 hours only to tell me that the light issue was a "switch being off in the back" and that the visor was not replaced because they did not have the part. When I went to check the lights were working, it was not. I waited 3 hours for nothing. They coaxed me into leaving the car and taking a loaner and could not give me a rough estimate as too when the car would be ready. When I picked up the car 3 days later (for such minor work seemed very long), there was scratch marks all over the exterior. The garage manager stated it wasn't them. His customer service for a manager was pathetic. Instead of empathizing and being apologetic, he came across EXTREMELY defensive and IRATE. I paid top dollar to get the car detailed the week before. I was infuriated with the poor service. The garage "manager" was adamant it was not their fault the car was scratched up. I am never buying an Acura again because of them. I also believe they tampered with my car since when I started driving it, the car seemed to have lost horsepower and felt like it had alignment issues. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I firmly believe they were being vindictive by tampering with my car as I was outspoken 3 days prior as to my dissatisfaction with there service. If I could personally speak to the owner I would.

Buying my car here was a great experience. This was my first time buying a car by myself so I was very nervous. My sales person Jennifer V and the rest of the staff at Rallye were amazing! Jennifer made my first car buying experience amazing. Not once did I feel pressured or like she was just trying to make a sale she was super friendly and every time I spoke with her I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was helpful and patient with me and all my annoying questions lol. The dealership also held the car for me for a week with no pressure. I would 100% reccomend buying a car here and if you do ask for Jennifer she was amazing! Thanks Rallye I love my car and I'll be back for my next one in a few years!

This used to be a first-rate dealership, but the quality of service has declined precipitously in recent years. The service wait time is now hours for a simple oil change, the staff is not up front with how long you may spend waiting for your car to be worked on, and the quality of their work doesn't hold up as you'll find yourself returning weeks after you were told everything was taken care of. It's a shame because they used to be so good, but there are much better options in the area.

Rallye Acura did a great job when I bought my pre-owned 2017 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid. I found it online and emailed them on a Sunday morning. Much to my surprise, I received an email and phone call from Idrees Khan, from the internet department, that morning letting me know the car was available. He put me in touch with salesperson Ari Nathan, who did a FaceTime walk around and verified the cars excellent condition.

I flew out to NY from Denver two days later, and picked up my CPO Acura. They pulled no punches, gave me my quote in writing before leaving, gave great customer service, and a full tank of gas for my trip back to Colorado. I would highly recommend Ari Nathan, and this dealership if you re looking for a new or used Acura.

This would be my second purchase from Rallye Acura. Again, I dealt with Reza Lavaie and he was nothing but excellent. He showed me my options and broke down the difference between each model. He gave me the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles and also took me in a ride in the NSX (amazing vehicle). I finally settled down after and chose to go with the 2018 TLX SH-AWD V6. Was able to negotiate a price thanks to Reza and GSM Joe Matajy. They were excellent and helpful in getting me where I wanted to be in terms of price. Reza did his very best to work out the numbers game. Thanks to Reza, Joe Matajy, and Faith Egan for quick and smooth transition into my new vehicle. Overall, first class experience.

I saw the review on your website about Danny from Rallye Acura. I was looking for 2019 RDX so I contact him. He returned the call immediately and the rest is history.
He is a truly sincere Manager who will keep to his words. No gimmicks, no back and forth. I went to his dealership, took a test drive.I like the RDX and Danny, I am not sure which one comes first but I end up purchasing the vehicle.
He assist me getting into paperwork and organised his guys so that I can pick up the car as scheduled.
I will recommend Danny for his dedication and trustworthiness. We need sincere people like Danny in this field.

Everyone at Rallye Acura is great, from management to sales and service you can't go wrong.. However, I have been using Chad in service for close to 10 years and there is a reason, He is the best. One of the most honest and sincere people you will ever meet. I came in with some challenges but the team was up to the task and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The e-mail contact Robin knew I would need a little extra care ans set-up a VIP appt with the sales Manager Joe. He took the time and effort to work out a great deal on a really nice car. The Finance Manager Faith had all of the paperwork done and ready for pickup and a sales associate Danny walked me through the process and showed me around my new vehicle. Do one use these guys. Made me wait over an hour to get a loaner car. Then told me I could not get a loaner car (I did not buy my car from them). However, Acura road side assistance would only tow to them! Then I was told I could not get a loaner because the damage was going to be an insurance claim. Then after convincing them to give me a loaner, they said my car had to be on the lot! As if I have anything to do with when the tow truck which Acura dispatched via road side assistance!!! They didn't;t care. At that point I walked out waiting 1 hour plus with my sick son & wife waiting the whole time. Also they tried to convince me to have my wife and son leave during this ordeal. Because they cared for their well being you ask? No, because the parking lot was full and they wanted the space! Unprofessional. Uncaring. Uncooperative. Perhaps because it's Roslyn in a well-to-do area and they just don't care. All I know is I will never bring my car or my wife car to this disgrace of a service center. I am now trying to get my car towed to my usual service center as I don't trust them to even change my wiper fluid. Do not use.

I recently leased a 2015 TLX from the dealership. This time around, let's just say my situation required special attention. From Jay the GM and Joe the Sales Mgr to Steve Abbondandolo and Tech person Chris Poggioli, the experience was absolutely top notch. I can' t recommend these guys more. Professional, courteous and great guys...every one of them.
I was in this business and know a thing or two about it. Most of us do not look forward to the car buying experience but the staff here realizes this and makes it a pleasure. If you are looking for an Acura (and you should- it's a great car) look no where else but this dealership but you must ask for salesman Steve Abbondandolo- great guy and a great, knowledgeable salesman.

Acura Rallye is by far one of the best dealerships that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Other Acura dealerships pale in comparison.

Julio in sales was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me very comfortable and relaxed in what is usually a very stressful situation.

Danny Park at Rallye Acura is a tremendous sales manager and provided excellent customer service in my search for two cars. I told Danny what cars I was interested in and at what price point - Danny gave me his best offer straight away. How do i know? The market (i.e. other Acura dealerships) provided real-time feedback that proved Danny and Rallye Acura were by far the most transparent team and fair offer in the tri-state area (I dealt with dealers in Queens, Westchester, Connecticut, and NJ). While other dealerships either didn't even call me back or told me their best offers were what was posted on their websites (not true), Danny was diligent in calling me back quickly and made himself available to answer any question I had.

Once we finalized our terms Danny expedited the process to prepare the cars for pickup and I was in the dealership for maybe 45 minutes, which was also filled with friendly conversation because Danny knows the importance of building relationships and friendships with his customers...he wants to make sure you're happy and treated fairly. He even went out of his way to decorate my wife's car with bows. Julio Herrera did a great job having the paperwork prepared and getting the process wrapped up quickly.

I'm extremely happy with my cars and my experience with Danny and Rallye is a large part of that. When searching for a car we know it can be frustrating...save yourself time and aggravation and go see Danny at Rallye. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Lastly, for what it's worth I never write reviews. But the transparent way in which Danny negotiated and the excellent level of customer service warranted my writing this review. It's no wonder Danny is so successful and Rallye is the go-to Acura dealership.

He completely took care of my old lease with Honda, plus MORE. I just needed a regular service, but I was new to the area. I brought my car in and not only did I feel they were honest, but they were really nice. When I asked about any coupons or deals they had going on, my service advisor, Chris, actually did look and when he didn't see one that would work for my service, he gave me a discount anyway! And the complimentary car wash was great, inside and out my car looks so much nicer!

We went this service center today for a accelerated "B1" maintenance service for our MDX. B1 service is oil with filter change, tire rotation, fluid fill ups and basic safety check. A1 service is same service without tire rotation. All other Acura service center in NYC or LI I went before charged me less than $ 75 for B1 or & $55 for A1 maintenance service and this Rallye Acura took almost $155 + tax for a B1 service and took more than a hour to finish. Acura accelerated service should be finished within 30 minutes. They even don't vacuum and wash the car as all the acura service center always supposed to do, When I asked for it they told me they can't do it as it is raining! Total rip off !. Not going there any more!

I ve purchased or leased several cars from Rallye. One of the key reasons I m a returning customer is not just because of their great sales team, but also their excellent Service Advisors. One of their standouts is Carol Clark-Muniz @ Rallye BMW. She is patient, articulate and extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. Carol also goes above and beyond the call of duty. As an example, I recently came in for an unexpected repair, which was quite costly. Carol took the initiative to review my service history and determined that the repairs were still under warranty based on prior work. Carol also took the time to recommend another BMW vehicle that might be better suited for me and I m strongly considering it. My loyalty to the BMW brand is tied to my experience at Rallye, which is directly correlated to all of Carol s efforts.

It look less than 1/2 hour for us from the time we arrived to the time we left a deposit. 2 days later it took less than 1 hour and we were driving home with the new car. I just drove home in my 2014 new Acura MDX today and I love it already!! Believe it or not, this might be my 5th Acura MDX ... so you know I'm telling the truth! My salesperson this time around was Kristen Conte ... she was amazing! Not only an amazingly helpful salesperson ... but such a down to earth, kind hearted individual who proved to really care about her customers. She knows her stuff, and gets it all done while she tells you not to stress over any of it. Kristen made sure to arrange my pick up on a day when Austin Mandell, the delivery specialist was available. Boy was she right. Austin was awesome! He took the time to explain all of the new features in my new car so that I would be able to drive away with a good idea of how it all works (music, cell phone, navigation, keyless entry etc. etc.) I must have spent a good hour to hour and a half with Austin today! I love my new car!!

Anyways into the review, I bought a vehicle from them over eight years ago and have serviced it here from day one. From the sale to the service everything has been perfect! They are customer centric and are totally amazing in every-way! They go out of their way to always help you out and make your experience the best!

The prices are fair for the parts and service you are receiving. I like that they try to compete with pricing and labor around the market. Obviously, they're the best for your vehicle but they still give you a bargain. They follow every detail too never forgetting what you tell them. If you tell them you need something done and when you need it done they'll make it happen if it's in their hands.

The dealership is super clean and just got redone. The service entrance is the best. No matter the weather you drive inside and they valet you vehicle and it goes right into a multipoint inspection and when your work is done a free hand car wash. That's service at the pinnacle of excellence for you.

Don't forget they'll follow up will calls, emails, and letters making sure your happy about your service too. If not tell your service advisor in their new glass offices. They'll make it right for sure.

My first trip to Rallye Acura was with a friend of mine who was purchasing a car from Reza. I had just walked away from a nightmare at a neighboring dealership so I was not ready for what happened at Rallye. Reza was a consummate professional from the minute we were introduced. He was knowledgeable, genuine and attentive. These words aren't often used to describe car salesman. My car buying experience was seamless because he stayed in touch, explained everything and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Reza managed to singlehandedly renew my faith in car salesman. He is a wonderful asset to Rallye Acura and I am a customer for life.

My wife and I scheduled a "learning" session with Chris Poggioli to help us better utilize certain features of my wife's Acura - complex features like speed phone dialing, the GPS system and other internet features. Chris spent the better part of an hour patiently giving us a practical demonstration of these important features. We are now able to access - though we need more practice!- features that we had trouble accessing. His down-to-earth, practical approach made it possible for us to now better enjoy so many features that had been beyond our grasp. Chris gets an A plus from us. A great service that Rallye provides.

I'd like to add to my review of my recent sales experience at Rallye. Each and every person, from Jabir, the salesman to Joe the sales manager, to Joel the finance manager and Chad, our service advisor --- my husband and I are extremely happy with Rallye Acura. Their sales and services are above and beyond excellence. This is our second term coming back to do business with Rallye and we couldn't be more pleased.

I had leased my 2011 MDX from Rallye, and to be honest this time I went to other Long Island Acura dealerships, and no one was close to Rallye in terms of Acura vehicle knowledge, professionalism, courteousness, price, and service!

The entire sales experience was very calm, quick and seamless. We strongly recommend Rallye Acura to anyone that wants to get into a luxurious vehicle without hassles and harrassments.

service experience itself was fine, from drop off to loaner,, problem was on pick up of vehicle.... it was filthy, bird droppings and mud all over car, interior was dirtier than when i dropped off, foot print on interior passenger door and dirt all over passenger all weather mat.... and rarely does anyone ever sits in passenger seat! i am very anal about this particular car, it is waxed at least 3x/ yr and never goes out in the winter, and the dealer knows this,(or by now they should). They blamed the bird droppings on the fact the car was left out over night, but that doesn't explain why mud splatter was all over the car nor the dirty interior, which contrary to the note left in my car, was clearly not vacumed. they took car back through the wash, and did a half baked wash with no dry, ,,,not the end of the world, just very disappointing

Mr. Lavaie was very professional from his greeting up to the moment that I was ready to leave the dealership. My experience was very pleasant and after all the formalities I was able to see that not only was he at work which everyone has a preconceived notion of what a salesmen is but he also showed his human side and was very much relatable. Felt no pressure and had all my questions answered. Even the questions I felt were going to be a broad answer, Mr. Lavaie used different sources to show it was no gimmick.

We had an extremely pleased experience buying from Rallye Acura. Mr. James Arismendy, the sales associate who helped us, offered unparalleled family-like services, with tremendous patience, every single time we visited Rallye Acura throughout our entire buying experience.

Mr. James Arismendy is a true gentleman, always being courteous and extremely helpful to us. We got comprehensive understandings on every aspect of the cars we were interested in, through his tireless, thorough, and humorous introductions. Although we were buying a car, we were treated like we were buying a Titanic. With such an outstanding sales helping us, we always got more than enough information before making a decision, always felt being honored, and were always given the best suggestions and solutions under any circumstances. We are so satisfied with the car we finally had chosen, and the fantastic services Mr. James Arismendy had to offer.

Mr. James Arismendy is such a righteous and honest gentlemen. He never promised anything that he can't do, or wasted a single second for doing nothing, as opposed to some other sales of other dealerships. He must be such a treasure in the sales team of Rallye Acura. I would say Mr. James Arismendy in Rallye Acura was the only sales who worth our 100% trust, and the only reason the other BMW dealer failed to put me behind the steering wheel of their "ultimate driving machine".

Facts have proven that buying from Mr. James Arismendy, and Rallye Acura, not only means that you get the top quality of car delivered, but also the top services you can ever imagine. There has to be a reason that a huge number of luxury cars on the road around having the same "RALLYE" logo on the back. From my understanding, it just means you are always in good hands.

Mr. Christopher Poggioli, the Vehicle Delivery Specialist at Rallye Acura, was also so nice and helpful. He answered every questions we had about the new car. His introductions on how to use the car were so vivid and precisely covered everything necessary for the daily uses. After about 30 minutes with Mr. Christopher Poggioli, I felt I would never need the user manual in the rest of my life.

I have no idea how Rallye Acura magically put together such a fantastic team. But what I do know is, with such a team, everything is possible, every goal can be achieved, and every customer will become a loyal customer eventually.

This was different than other car sales persons that want to steer you in a particular direction or deal. Dropped car off for service and recall repair. Loaner was filthy. My car was kept for 2 days and told to bring back in a few weeks. Felt like the least they could to was wash my car...Nope! Very disappointed with this visit. I have been a customer for 10 yrs never has it been this bad. If they are overloaded with recalls they should hire more people.

Rallye acura is one of the top dealership among I'm along for last one year. Their sales people are great but the service people are even amazing. Very profession specially my service adviser Mr. Chad is a very knowledgeable and delicate dude. No matter what service I go for oil change, break pad/ rotor change, battery change or any other problem he is very helpful and give me best possible solution within the least possible time because he knows everytime I go rallye I have to drive an hour to be there. Have to add also Mr. Rider who is always there with his helpful and handy hand. Appreciate your help dude, and keep that rock up!

Their service is great and efficient. I bought my car from them and I always go here for the service. The people there know what they're talking about. They also serve bagels while you wait. Their sales people can be pushy sometimes, but their service center is excellent.

Sales Department is AWESOME. The service department on the other hand is a different story. I brought my car in for a problem with the Auto Stop Start function and they told me that they have never seen that problem before and kept my 2017 MDX for a day and gave me a loaner that was filthy and had trash in it and had dents on it. They said that they fix the problem. Fast forward 5 months and I had to have my car towed into the dealership and was not happy with how i was greeted. The valet guy had the nerve to ask me was this my car. Not how can i help you. Just because i am not from the area does that mean i am not allowed to own a 60k car? The compressor blew on my car which also had to do with my auto start stop function which was not working again before i had it towed in. Picked up the car two days later and give key to valet and he retrieves my car and comes speeding around the corner in it. I inspect my car and i find GREASE on my front passenger seat which are a very light beige in color. They were able to get it out but that was the last straw with this dealership. I will be looking for another one to have my car serviced. I depend on my service department and trust them that they are doing a good job and that when i go on my long distance road trip that my car will not be stuck on the side of the road. If i don't have the trust and confidence in my service department i will look for another one until i find the right one.

Danny helped me lease my 2016 Acura TLX and was helpful and truthful the entire time. There were no hidden fees or last minute disclaimers. Danny beat all of the competitors prices and we agreed on a price over the phone. When I walked in to finalize the lease he gave me an even further discount and threw in a few additional accesories and for free. Even though it took me a week to test drive and compare other cars and brands, he didn't apply any pressure tactics.

My car was ready the same day, Danny made sure that the car had a full tank of gas, and the rest of the Acura team were very helpful including Faith (Finance) and Brandon (salesman).

Overall Danny Park and the entire Rallye Acura staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Rallye Acura & Danny park to my friends. L

Danny Park made my leasing experience completely smooth from start to finish. I wasn't pressured to get a bunch of extras I didnt need or want and he was genuinely friendly and personable. We came to an agreed upon price without any manipulative tactics. As a female it can be intimidating to go into a dealership on one's own but I have nothing but good things to say about Rallye Acura, Danny, Joe, Melissa as well as the attendants (who, graciously, helped me get my baby carriage up and down the stairs) and the nice young man who showed me how to work all the bells and whistles in the car. Bottom line: No pressure to buy/lease, no pressure to get extras, everyone was friendly, I drove away happy. The whole process took 2 hours. Went in yesterday. I'm driving my new car today.

We visited three other Acura dealerships before going to Rallye. The team at Rallye Acura took a real interest in meeting our needs and made us feel comfortable while giving us the time to understand the dynamics of leasing and the benefits of the car. This is a real professional group. Ask for Bill Tsevas who is one of the most responsive, helpful and knowledgeable professionals that we have met. There are at least ten dealerships closer to our home. We heard about Rallye's reputation and we went there and we were not disappointed. We will definitely continue to shop at Rallye despite the added distance from our home. It is easily worth your time to speak with them before buying or leasing a car.

I have been going to rallye acura for the past 10 year with my Acura MDX. The service dept has always been great. I have work with Chad Tammaro (service advisor) for many years and he always treat you with respect and honest with you. Can't said enough good things about him. Recently, I also work with Mr. Keeyoung Moon (service advisor). He was also very pleasant to work with.
Overall experience with the service dept has been very positive. The price is not cheap, but you expect that from the dealer. The peace of mind is priceless.

Addendum

Again service you get is great. We all expect dealer charge more than other car service center. People still go there for peace of mind. But to charge over $230 for a 5-10min job is just way overprice. Recently I got a quote for my mdx that the rear window spray is missing and need to be replace. The quote is $255. I was able to get the part for about $20 and fix it on my own in 5-10min.

My father and I visited Rallye Acura this memorial weekend. The place was extremely busy, and because we didn t have an appointment we thought we would have wait a good amount of time. Fortunately, joe (the finance manager) took us in and was very professional and attentive to our needs. He helped work out an amazing deal on my dream car and made the entire process very enjoyable. He is sincerely a very good and honest man. This is how car buying should always be.

Top Acura dealership in Long Island. Expedited service when purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. Excellent and short wait times (about an hour) for most service appointments including complementary car wash.
