Went in for a transmission service bulletin and an engine oil change. As per receipt, they used a different oil than the one recommended by Acura in the manual.
For your answer. After so many years of Acura using 0W20, you guys haven't changed the information in the system? Very professional........ The best way you could've fixed this if you really cared, considering that the receipt I got is a legal act, was to change the oil with the right one and give me a new receipt. But money talks...Instead, I was told..."if this makes you happy, come and we'll change the oil"...Amazing how unprofessional staff Acura dealerships have...and you are not the first Acura place I went to...
Always consummate professionals. Best consumer service, high tech facility, very knowledgeable and helpful. Rallye is a bit out of our way, but we don't trust our Acuras to any other dealership, so we make the drive. It's always worth the extra miles.
This used to be a good place to service your vehicles but not anymore. I have been a customer here for almost 10 years. The car maintenance service provided gradually degraded over time. Unprofessional staff and most of the work that is done well is basic maintenance such as oil and filter change. This dealership has no parts in stock, no follow up calls, customer service is at its knees. If you care about your vehicle - go somewhere else.
i walked in Rallye Acura on a Sat trying to get a good deal on leasing a RDX. i was introduced to Danny and he was a great sale to work with, in less than 30 minutes, Danny got me the car and deal i'm looking for. Danny is pleasant, caring and not pushy, easy to work with. then i was introduced to Faith the finance manager, she was a very nice lady and i requested not to run my credit report until 2 days later. the following Mon when i returned, both Faith and Danny were very efficient and got all paper work done for me and i picked up my car the next day. car dealership experience can't be easier than this, i would highly recommend Danny and Faith in this dealership for your next Acura.
One of the best dealerships I've worked with, Traded in my car to get into a certified used owned RDX. The sales person Jabir was very friendly and explained everything. He walked me through every step of the way and even called me back when he said he was. I called the dealership back regarding a payout information on my trade in and spoke to both Jay the manager and Chris, both of which was very helpful and got me an answer in less than 5 minutes now that's what you call service!. I would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Acura.
I bought an Acura RDX from this dealership. Had auto start installed in it. After getting the auto start finally working right ( it had to be programmed by the dealership), I saw the flaws of the system. I began going back and forth with James Arismendy (my salesman) regarding the Auto start and how uncomfortable it was to walk around with 2 Acura Key fobs, my house and work keys. James confirmed I would get an after market auto start installed for free. Then changed story to the dealership will uninstall the auto start minus labor costs. Then changed the story to the part has been used so they will not uninstall it. (I had the car for a month). No attempts have been made by management to rectify this issue. Worst experience at a dealership. Referred my father in law to Acura of Huntington. He was happy with the service and bought a vehicle from there. Rallye Acura in Roslyn is not friendly; once you buy the car they do not know you. Dealership does not return messages. Sales manager Joseph Matajy is not customer friendly; he needs to be retrained. The general manager of the dealership needs to be retrained as well. Complaints filed with Acura.
arrived for service appointment somewhat early.....they accommodated me and performed all required maintenance and state inspection. Car was returned after free wash and vacuuming. Service was excellent, price was less than expected and my appointment was completed prior to the original scheduled time.
My wife and I walked into Rally Acura just looking not so sure what to expect. My 2003 MDX had broken down couple days ago and I was so fond of it that I wanted to see a 2016 model for a good deal. As we are walking around we hear a voice asking if we need help. It was James Arismendy with a wide smile.I said to myself here we go the car salesman. I have never had such great experience in all my life. The man not only was not pushy he was funny and fun to talk to. He was amazing with a full knowlege of the car and such a fantastic personality. We sat down and we started negotiating. I had no intention to buy the car on that day and I just wanted to play around with the figures but James with his wonderful personality made things so easy and I got such a fantastic price that I decided to buy a 2016 MDX that was pretty loaded. You might ask will I go back to James Arismendy again my answer is definately yes, and not only that but I am also trying to convience my friends to go to Rally Acura and have a life time of experience with "James The Man."
Dropped my car off at 8:30 for scheduled service. Wasn't ready at 6 pm! Offered to let me keep the loaner for another day, but some people have to go to work. Finally finished it at 6:20
We received excellent customer service from Chad Tammaro who is a service advisor. He resolved all of our issues promptly. I do recommend Rallye Acura's service department.
The Service Center staff is superficial, all talk and no action. I went their to service my Acura, and found the support staff to be rude.
I had coupons for the oil change and break service and they said, oh we can't use these coupons because they are from a different Acura. As I inquired about prices and available discounts, one of the support staff got irritated i guess because I was exploring possible discounts and said, "If you want these low prices, you would have to subject yourself to go to Acura of Queens. They have low prices because no one wants to go there" ... very rude.
Secondly when I was going back to pick up my car, I asked about the free shuttle service from the train station to the dealership. The guy said, let me find out if the shuttle guy is available now and I will call you back in 5 minutes. Never called me. After 50 minutes when I called him, he said, oh I got busy with others. That was literally his response.
And the manager was no where to be found. I went their early in the morning, oh it's too early for the manager to be here. I went there to pick up my car, oh it's too late for the manager to be here.
Personally i would never buy anything from this dealership because it's important for me to know i am in the right hands, when things go wrong with the car. Don't want this terrible, unaccountable attitude.
3rd vehicle I purchased from this dealership. the sales rep Anthony was quick to make sure all the paper work was done in a timely fashion. after the sale the service team were very thorough in showing me all the features and specs. I brought my truck in for service last week and Richard Wong was extremely helpful in making sure my truck was serviced properly. I live out east but will still drive 40 miles to use them for any service my truck may need.
The lease purchase of my 2015 Acura-ilx was an extremely smooth transaction. Chris Wuttke the Internet Manager, was a friendly professional who more than efficiently served my needs to ensure my color preference, financing, insurance, car delivery and drop off of my prior vehicle were effortless. Christopher Poggioll explained the cars operational system throughly with patience. I highly recommend this dealership.
My visit to Rallye Acura was one of the best car buying experiences. There I felt no-pressure, didn't feel rushed and my sales guy Lionel Benjamin was completely trustworthy. He listened to me, played no games, and was extremely polite and professional. He made sure I walked out with the vehicle I desired. The final price of my 2020 ILX with Aspec was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). At Rallye they make the process of buying a car easy and stress free. I definitely recommend this dealership, and dealing with Lionel if Acura is your dream car.
We owned two Acura cars for a while and I couldn't think of anywhere else to go for services. Yesterday I had my Mdx and today I had my Tsx serviced. My service consultant, Chad Tammaro, was so helpful and friendly. He made arrangement to have the job done as early as possible while still maintaining the high quality of the work. He also tried getting the best price deal possible. One thing said it all: when the car was ready around noon time yesterday, it was pouring outside. Chad even jumped into the rain and delivered the car to the door personally, just to make sure his customer staying dry in such a rainy day. That was not just service, it was care and friendship. Yes, here you will feel more likely being at a friend's house rather than in a presumably "hostile" dealership. Noteworthy, the quality of jobs done by technicians were supereme. And the receptionist here, Ms. Enzo Comito, is a great addition to the pleasant experience. She is always cheerful and willing to help customers anytime when needed. Overall, I don't think I will change the make of my cars any time soon, primarily because of Rallye.
The parts department is the worse department I have ever dealt with. They rip you off by making their own prices. I called them 3 different times and they gave me 3 different prices for the same part. Devin from the parts department is not professional at all and watch out when dealing with this dealership
Bought my first Acura at Rallye....the staff is very nice and makes you feel comfortable . Sales Rep Jennifer Velazquez's dedication and understanding for the customers needs are fanatic....there was no pressure at Rallye unlike other dealerships I have visited......it felt nice to be treated with respect and dignity. I have bought many new cars over the last 20 years. This, by far, was the most pleasurable, easy and seamless transaction I have ever experienced. Chris Bello was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was straight-forward, honest and just always available for any questions or concerns I may have. Not only will I recommend this dealership and Chris Bello to friends, but I will be buying cars through Chris Bello in the future if I ever needed another car.
Rallye has a very friendly team across their entire sales floor. We found their team to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. Will Vergas spent time with us and quickly developed a rapport but at no time became pushy for the sale. The only downside to this is that there aren t unlimited salespeople so you might have to wait to be helped but that was okay as their waiting area is comfortable and stocked with refreshments. The actual sales process was smooth and having a staff member teach us the tech in the car at vehicle delivery was a pleasant surprise. Everyone there seems to strive to provide a very positive experience.
Got my mom s 2010 Acura MDX serviced here. Because the car is eleven years old, they needed to order a part and kept the car overnight until it arrived. The job was done very timely and professionally. They gave me a free voucher to use at a local car wash and three months of Sirius XM! Would highly recommend.
Ask for all warranty details, and then the overall price what you be paying per month, because when you sit with the financial advisor, the price will be very different,
My cell phone has fallen between the seat and the console and fell into a deep valley under the console. How come there is a gap ! It could be impossible, but it really happened. Many of dealers will do it for free . But I spent $304 @ Rallye Acura in Roslyn. They said it is not included in warrant.

I have leased 3 cars from Rallye Acura in the past 6 years. I have needed warranty service on 2 occasions and was provided a replacement vehicle at no charge in both cases while the repairs were done. The lease prices were very fair and were negotiated quickly and easily. The negotiations were totally transparent with the salesperson showng me exactly how the price was arrived at on her computer and found the best available lease deal for us using alternative leasing companies that were available. On my last lease, I traded in a vehicle and was given an above market price. They are clearly interested in building up relationships that lead to repeat customers and I would definitely recommend them.
I was looking to buying a 2020 RDX with the advance package and was quoted an email price by Mia Rivera for said vehicle but when i went to meet her at their location the receptionist claims that she was upstairs and a manager will speak to me which after 30 minutes did not happen so i left. I must say i was very disappointed at the way i was treated. There was so many good emails and phone calls before this visit that i was sure i would have signed for that car so after being treated this way i sent an email saying to never contact me again. A few days after i decided that maybe i should give this another try so i spoke to Eileen who put me through to Anthony Pergolizzi and they were both very professional and Anthony insist that i come in for a more detailed discussion which i did on a day that he said he will be in until 6pm. Upon my visit which was around 5pm i respectfully notify the receptionist about who i was there to see and after a 15 minutes wait i meet with Anthony who seems very impatient with me saying that he has to leave at 6pm and how he worked 21 days in May and don't have time to haggle over a vehicle so i left with a few numbers he wrote on a sheet of paper and telling him i will think about the price. The next business day i called and asked for a manager just to compare the email price i was given and the one from Anthony but the receptionist never put me through but took all my info regarding the issue i was calling about and saying that someone will get back to me which never happened. So i guess i will be taking my business elsewhere even though i love the current Acura TL that i currently have. So to wrap this up i must say that there are great reviews of employees from this dealership but i was very unfortunate not to meet any of them.

Though there were closer/more convenient options, we chose Rallye Acura Service and could be not be more satisfied with the quality of work and level of customer care we have received, particularly from our Service Advisor, Chad Tammaro. Chad is direct and honest about every service item we have discussed. He follows up promptly, provides accurate estimates about vehicle readiness, arranges a seamless loaner process and honors coupons. Most importantly, we have never had to return for a failed repair and our MDX runs great - the Rallye Acura techs are wonderful. From drop off to pick up, the Service Team works together to make sure customers are handled efficiently, even if their service advisor is with another customer. So happy we were forced to make change! 1000x better.

I was shopping for my third Acura, and of course I wanted to get the best price. I called around to a couple dealers to begin my negotiation, and Rallye won. Eyana & Brandon were such a pleasure to deal with. When I went into the dealership, it was around 7pm and it was a laid back at home environment. I sat with Brandon, and he seemed more like a friend than a salesperson. I made a connection with him. Even when I was with the sales manager, Joe, he was also a great person to deal with.
