I was greeted by Steven Rogerson when I walked in the door, one of the newer employees at the dealership. I knew the exact car I wanted in their inventory. First thing Steven did was to make sure they had the car in stock, took me out for a test drive. When I was time to talk about pricing, Armin was respectful enough to come sit with us at the table and negotiate with me directly. Part of that was because Steven was new, but I appreciated the gesture, as I know many dealership sales/floor managers who try their best not to talk directly with consumers. Armin was able to work with me to settle on a deal. Financing Manager Faith's offer through Honda Financing beat my bank's preapproved financing options. Danny Park sat with Steven and me to go through each paperwork and to explain to us what each paper meant. Also explained some tips and trivia on the warranties and features of the car I was not aware of.
All in all a good experience. If the price is right, would definitely come back for more in the future
I had a B1 maintenance performed at Rallye Acura October 22 and my advisor was Chad Tammaro. He was spectacular and provided service in a timely and professional manner and addressed the questions I had. The cost was acceptable too. I would definitely come here for recurring service . Previously I would go to Paragon Acura, but now I've made my decision to switch to Rallye Acura.
I ve been a customer here for years but this is the last time I m coming. If you go here you will be stranded in their waiting area for the whole day. Waiting area is full of frustrated customers for the same reason, nothing premium here.
I brought my car in Friday for service - first service for this car, but the third car I have purchases from Rallye.
Chad Tammaro is the service adviser I have used since my first purchase in 2007. He is always friendly and greets me with a big "Hello' when I come in. We go over the necessary service and he is always courteous. He gives the accurate time as to when the car will be ready. It is a pleasure to work with an ultimate professional like Chad.
The service department (and specifically Chad) is the reason I have chosen to keep returning to Rallye to buy additional cars.
When buying our car we had nothing but the best, very professional and helpful with anything we had asked. the service department is by far my favorite part about Rallye Acura. ive been there quite a few times. they always care about helping us and even down to the smallest details. i have worked with a few people in service department and i have not one complaint about anyone. if you don't have a Acura go and get one (just because of the way service treats you) and only deal with professional people who truly care about you and your car. I have been coming here for almost five years to get my car serviced. Every one of the staff members is great. From the person who greets me upon arrival to the very nice lady who takes my payment. I especially have had great experiences with Chad. He goes above and beyond to accommodate my requests, keep me well informed of the status of my service and also make sure I am comfortable while waiting for the work to be completed. Most recently, he was nice enough to offer me lunch when I had to wait longer because I had extra work done to my car. Also, when my car was recalled because of the dangerous airbag issue Chad notified me, set me up with a rental car (at no cost to me) and the work was completed even earlier than anticipated. Everything went seamlessly. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.
Very friendly staff. Unfortunately several times the service was not performed as expected (wheel rebalance not done correctly, counters not reset and I had to come back.
I switched dealerships to enter into a new lease earlier based on verbal assurances that there would be nothing owed at all, especially regarding mileage and condition - on my other leased vehicle after turning it in. The oral sales pitch and process of obtaining the new vehicle were both smooth. Read the deal's fine print before signing. I received a bill for "extra mileage" a few weeks later.
Didn't buy my TL there I only visit the service department. They se efficient, very clean and punctual. Try to find someone in the service team and only have them service your car to avoid the nervousness

Took my car in for service (Tranny TSB) a month ago. Since I was there, mentioned I also had a misaligned air bag cover and if they can do something about it. Wish they would have mentioned they were simply just going to jam something metallic in and push to center it. Caused all sorts of scratches on the hard plastic on the steering wheel. Now I get to look at all the scratches for however long I have the car. Regret even mentioning if they could align it now. Despite purchasing 4 cars (2 personally & 2 family members) was not given a loaner when I had asked for one. I guess the bright side of it was the service advisor was nice.
I was extremely pleased with my experience. I read their reviews and drove the hour out to try out Ralley (Service dept). And it was well worth it. Enza was amazing. She made me feel right at home and Norman was also wonderful. Very professional staff. I'm truly happy with my total experience there. This is definitely the best dealership experience I've ever had. For a first time owner of a brand new car, I must say I'm happy it happened at Rallye Acura. I walked in not knowing what to expect but with the help and guidance from Reza it was all worth it. I didn't feel forced or uncomfortable at all. It was great working with him and I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2016 Acura ILX within 2 days. Chris was also great in showing me all the details of the car and ensuring I knew how to operate all functions before I left.
Have been a Rally customer for 8 years (5 years with Lexus 3 with Acura). Felt like they should have done more to retain me as a client. Although Julio did spend the time with me going over the car etc, I had the feeling like he wasn't getting me the best deal (or being completely truthful). Finally agreed on a price then all of a sudden the car isn't available. I go online and they tell me it is available, so obviously someone is lying. They tried to call me back the next day but was already turned off. Ended up going to Acura of Huntington getting a much better deal and a much better buying experience.
I have bought/leased the last 2 Acuras from Rallye Acura of the 6 I have owned since my first in 1988. I was very disappointed with the 2 other dealers I bought/leased from. Rallye has always exceeded my expectations both in sales and leasing as well as their excellent service. I have also purchased extended warrantees from them (an absolute no brainer). Chad is my service guy who couldn't be more accommodating. Enza is the customer service representative who arranged the extended warranty and always follows up on every service call to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. Mike Denfeld is one of the major reasons I am so impressed with Rallye. He was my service guy until getting promoted to service manager. He has the nickname of Dr. House from the TV series in that he can uncannily diagnose any problem that presents itself. Having bought several Acuras in the first model year, invariably unexpected problems show up that need to be diagnosed, fixed and corrected in future model years. Also, all car designs will show symptoms that are not problems but it helps to know the whys of the symptom and not to be concerned. Mike fits his nickname extremely well and is a huge asset that I hope never leaves Rallye as long as I own Acuras.

Mr. Bello was super helpful and really work to find me a vehicle that I felt comfortable to pay for, his advise was honest and I did not feel at all like he was trying to just make a sale or any pressure, but instead he made me feel comfortable and very satisfied with my decision. Faith Egan is the finance manager who I dealt with and she also provided outstanding service, she works with you and is super sweet. I have been a customer of Rallye for over a decade and just leased my 4th Acura with them. This is a testament to the high caliber of service, quality and respect that you receive. Came for an oil change on my 17 TLX and it was probably the best service experience I have had, they did it super super quickly, and my car came back sanitized too! Everyone there is very friendly and attentive to detail, I will definitely be taking my car back here for service.
Absolutely great team. We made the mistake of going to Paragon Acura the day before visiting Roslyn and they were trying to force add-ons as if they were necessary! Our salesman at paragon didnt even know the NY sales tax, which was another tip-off that A) either he hasn't done business in a really long time B) isn't a knowledgeable salesman we'd want to handle a 45k$ transaction C) was trying to pull a fast one on us by giving us a higher sales tax so they could try to pocket some extra cash. When we entered Rallye, three different, extremely kind salesmen approached us and didn't inundate is with questions. We met with Donald who answered every single question with ease. He was extremely easy going during our test drive and didn't force anything on us. Donald spoke with us for a few hours and never let that smile escape his face.. Definitely recommend him. Niko - the product specialist (idk if this is the actual job title - I forgot) was awesome at explaining every part of the SUV after we bought it - extremely patient and helpful. And don't be afraid to bargain here; they're tough cookies, but given enough time, will meet you somewhere in the middle. All in all, great place to buy a new 2017 tech RDX from. No bait-switching. Just a pure transaction with no extra surprises. Will drive 20 mins for servicing because the hospitality is well worth it.
Buying a car is all about the people you work with and the numbers. I worked with Dan Tibbs, and Elijah Joseph from Sign & Drive Auto Sales and Leasing. First let me say working with Mr. Tibbs was EXCEPTIONAL, I used to be in the car sales business and I know it can be hard. Mr Dan Tibbs made it like a walk in the park. He made me feel right at home, made the process easy to understand and very quick. And the same should be said about Elijah Joseph. The showroom was beautiful and already decorated in Christmas so the atmosphere was enjoyable to be in.

First time going to Rallye Acura for service because I leased through a different dealership. But that is no problem because Chad Tammaro at Rallye Acura treated me like one of their own. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he quickly wrote me up for a service and had me going on my way in less than 10 minutes. He knew what I needed as soon as I told him about my warning lights and that he would contact me as soon as the car was done. We have been customers of Rallye since 2007. During our nine years, we have had a great relationship with various staff members: Joe Filardo, our first sales person (now in finance); Service department:Chad Tommaro has assisted my husband when the cars were bought in; Enza Comito who helped navigate a rental while waiting for our airbag; Keeyoung Moon has also helped us Reza Lavaie was our sales person. We found him to be personable and professional,. He understood our needs as we during prior visits, calls and emails (he responded to them after business hours-very impressive) On Oct 13th, we signed our 5th lease. Lastly Niko Tserpelis, product coordinator, had the patience of a saint as he explained all the new features of the TLX. Niko who was with the service dept., and remembered my husband from bringing in our cars int he past. Niko said to come back any time for further lessons (we will take advantage of that) Jay Rosenthal you have an incredible staff and should be very proud of the dealership. They scheduled my appointment and had me come in only to turn me away. If you did not purchase a vehicle from Rallye, they will make sure to find a reason not to service your car. If this is how they run their service center, Im sure the salesmen are even worse.
Sales (Online): Previously leased from Rallye Acura, the leased vehicle was coming close to maturity and I inquired on their website for a similar car. Received a generic email, then a email from a "Internet Sales Consultant" which I responded to with the terms I was interested in and asked for a quote with total due at signing based on 0 cap cost reduction and taxes rolled into the monthly payment plus all the other relative information. What I got back was just continued generic emails from the same person and phone calls asking them to call them back to discuss the car. I won't take a quote via phone as there are a lot of variables like if the money factor is marked up etc. so I wanted it in writing, but they wouldn't send one. Finally I gave up after sending follow up emails and opted out of the emails, yet they still keep sending me emails which now going to spam.
Service:
We picked up a new car from another dealer a bit farther away as their price was the best for a car we liked. When driving we noticed the Blind Spot monitor wasn t going on as often as the previous 16 that was returned, so we assumed something was wrong, checked the manual that all settings were on including the audible alert and light. We scheduled an appointment with Rallye, explained the issue and then asked to go for a ride with a tech. The tech was busy which is fine, but then the tech came after they went for a drive and said it was fine. They turned on the parking sensors which we turned off previously was the only noticeable change. Still noticed a difference from the 16 MDX called back and made another appointment, this time went for a ride with the tech and tried to explain the difference as the cars are closer before the blind spot light illuminates compared to the 16. They said without a fault code there is no issue which is fine and then stated the second day not the first that the way the blind spot sensors worked had changed from the 16 to 19 model year. To confirm it wasn t just our car we asked to drive a demo 19 to confirm it just had changed for the 19 model year to which they said they were busy which was understandable. But when we asked if we could schedule the test drive then for a date that works for them, they told us to go back to our original selling dealer if we wanted to do that and made it seem as if we were wasting their time as they didn t sell the car. Both times though we called ahead to make an appointment and didn t just suddenly show up and ask to be helped. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Helpful and accommodating when working with customers. They're well known for their excellent service especially when you need to bring your car for work. Other manufacturer dealerships are also located nearby. If you're looking for a better deal, the Acura in valley stream will probably give you a cheaper price.

It's become painless, I'm updated all along the way, their prices are very reasonable, and they've consistently gotten maintenance or problem issues resolved on the first attempt.

When I went to Rallye Acura for test drive a RDX, all staffs were very kind and nice. Since I still had around 5months left on my current lease from Infiniti, I was just walking out after test drive. However, Joseph came out even though it was raining outside, he came to me and ask if I am satisfied or not because I did not sit down with any sales. I told me that I still have couple of months left and he advise me few things and offered me to come when it come down to 2-3 months left. He gave me very honest opinion and explained well all the incentives that possibly help me out when I meet him again. Can't wait to go next month and hope to have good options and be able to lease a RDX.

I had transmission extension warranty for MDX 2016 for poor shifting, so I dropped for two days and this guy Kenny told me the problem doesn t do nothing for the warranty and it s clearly saying it does on the factory papers. He recommended me for a new transmission to solve my problem. Very bad service. Thanks Acura for having a new lesson in my life.
Great experience once again. This was my third MDX lease. Service and sales at this dealership are both excellent. I found the buying process this time to be very efficient.
This is the best Acura service center ever. I decided to write a review because this place is awsome! I walked in to get my oil changed, staff were very helpful and kind. (Especially Thanks to Mathew who pleased me with a good sense of humor :) )They provided quality service in a timely manner, and I would recommend this place to anyone !
