This is the 8th vehicle my wife and I have purchased or leased from Rallye Acura in the last 20 years. They are always attentive and willing to negotiate. Will was the salesperson I worked with to purchase my TLX and he was extremely helpful and patient. My previous car was totaled and we had to find a vehicle in a short period of time. He patiently went through his inventory to find me the perfect vehicle that fit my budget and needs. Julio handled my financing and he went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible for my vehicle. I highly recommend this duo to anyone looking for an Acura. We will definitely be returning for our 9th vehicle when my wife's lease is up.

I bought car from Acura of Bayshore and perp person forgot ( they were in rush to close deal and for night)to delete messages on screen had only 100 miles. Called Bayshore told bring car back also I emailed them message,but Moon told me stop by deleted message and save my time to go to Acura of Bayshore. My wife and I were looking to replace our PASSAT. Although the car was a pleasure to drive, everything else was an issue. Our considerations were focused on Japanese cars: Lexus, Infinity and Acura. At Acura we felt no pressure what so ever. My wife went three times for a test drive. Mat was amazing, always with a smile. He listened with great deal of attentions as what we were looking for and explained in detail what every model featured. He gave us all the privacy we needed during this process. To close the deal I did not have to be on location. On delivery date everything worked as a Swiss watch. I would gladly recommend Mat to a friend.

Took my car in for service and when I got it back the car didn't feel right. Wasn't sure what the problem was until a few weeks later when the car just stalled on me. When I called Acura they just disregarded my problem and stated they are not responsible without doing any investigation. They asked me to spend money to replace the battery to even start the investigation, appears they are more interested in profit then customer satisfaction. So I took it somewhere else. When I took it to another mechanic they discovered the problem was with a stripped bolt that was removed during my repair, confirming Acura's technician's mistake. This caused more damage which I had to pay for. When things go wrong based on my experience they will try to walk away and not put any effort to help. They need better technicians or have better quality control measures.

Had a terrible experience here yesterday. We called and made an appointment to test drive a specific car for a specific time. When we arrived at that time, the sales person told us the car was not back from its previous test drive. So, he showed us the floor model as we waited. We informed him we already had a deposit on another brand, but if he could beat the price we would be very interested in an Acura instead. We sat there for close to an hour while he entered things into his computer. He was unable to give us any numbers on the car even after we had told him that s what we wanted to know. After over an hour, after asking again about the test drive and being told there wasn t anyone available for a test drive , we decided to leave. This sales consultant had zero urgency and could have made a sale yesterday, but his attitude killed any chance of that. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I bought a 2018 mdx/tech today and the whole experience was a pleasure. I've been scouring the market online for this model for 2 months and finally settled on this car because of the price. There are tons of this exact model out there and this was by far the best price. $2500 cheaper than the next one on our radar. Worth the 3 hour drive with NYC traffic. And the documentation fee is $75 vs. $500 at most other places. Mark Marro was our salesman and he was great. No pressure. Highly recommend this dealership.

Walked in late in the evening about an hour prior to close, took a while for anyone to acknowledge that we were there, the Sales Manager finally did and found us a sales rep to help us out. Unfortunately that sales rep didn't seem like he wanted to make a sale. Didn't seem willing to negotiate, even on a floor model. Didn't offer to try and find us inventory anywhere else. Meanwhile, I left there and within 5 minutes found more than a few vehicles which fit what we were looking for. Hopefully one of the numerous other Acura dealerships will be more willing to make a sale.

This morning I had yet another great experience with Chad and Enza at the Rallye Acura service department. Their caring professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I have brought my car to Rallye for service nearly every year since we moved to Long Island in 2007. Chad and Enza are always honest, responsive, informative, and straightforward in their assessments and recommendations. Today's service was a simple replacement of a headlight. This is going to be the first time I go out of my way to write a review but due to the outstanding customer service I received at Rallye Acura in Roslyn NY I was compelled to share my experience. For starters when I initially walked into the showroom I didn't have annoying sales associates hover over me. I was greeted and given the space to look at the vehicles in the showroom. William Tsevas was the sales associate that assisted me when it was time to ask questions. He was very patient with me and was understanding to my situation. (2 months remaining to my old lease with another car company) I never got the impression that I was being pressured to make an immediate decision. Quite the contrary, I was in the process of closing on my home and needed to wait in order to get into a new lease. The finance manager Faith Egan was also incredible and she was able to get me approved for a lease that was less than my previous lease but with a far better vehicle. The dealer also paid 1 of the 2 remaining payments on my old lease. It's been 3 weeks thus far and I'm completely satisfied with my vehicle, with the deal I received and with my overall experience. If you are in the market for an Acura and live anywhere near Roslyn I would highly recommend this dealer.

First time here. I gave 3 stars for its doing good service on my MDX in Saturday Feb 26, and nice friendly service advisor Mathew.
However, they didn't make the whole service process completely. The mechanical service was done and washed and vacuumed by 1400 that day, and I arrived to pick up my car around 1530. I found they didn't not wash or vacuum my car at all!!!! It is a small issue, I can just go anywhere clean it with couple bucks, but but but please just tell me whatever you done, don't tell me something you never did. It's not the right way to do customer service.
Btw, Acura is promoted as a kinda of luxury brand. The show room was very crowded and not as clean as I expected.

Best part of my experience was getting rid of my RDX to purchase a new Volvo. What a terrible experience between 2 RDX s. Went all the way to corporate to try to fix the issue with the first RDX which was purchased BRAND new with all the maintenance done by their service department. At one point it was so bad they would come to my house to get the car. I had over 30 service visits in six months in which they just repeatedly told me the issue was fixed. One rep told me it s normal for a car to not start on a cold day. Sure after I ve had the car off a few days. I m talking the car would not start 5/7 days a week.
I only owned a second used one because the first one was just outside the lemon law and they did try to help me.
When I moved and was closer to Smithtown Acura, they treated me like a red headed step child because I didn t purchase from their location. Never again.
Now I keep trying to unsubscribe from every email I get and it s impossible to do so.

Two cars (2000 Accord, 2003 TL) and four SUV's (2005 Pilot, 2007 CRV, 2010 MDX, 2012 MDX) with Paragon, one day, a friend of mine told me about Danny - Long story short: saved a bundle on the 2015 MDX after a 30-second phone call and a 15-minutes sit-down with Danny back in 2014! (not to mention why I will never go back to Paragon - sorry Sam!) just picked up another fully loaded MDX with Technology package yesterday. The online quote was $940 monthly, $0 down, sign and drive. Needless to say - my boy Danny gave me an incredible deal on it!! I have developed and affinity for Acura since 2004 when I bought my first MDX which is still in my possession today. in July of 2015 I also leased a 2016 MDX. I have had an unexpected incidence with my vehicle where it was tampered with. I since reported the incident to General Manager, Mr. Joseph Matajy, who assured me that he would take care of the issue. On Wednesday, May 25, 2016, I dropped off the vehicle as instructed by the General manager Mr. Matajy, who assure me that a high tech security system will be installed in my vehicle. Mr. Joseph Matajy, have proven to be a man of substance, who clearly embodies the epitome of true leaddership. Service at Rally Acura has always been one that is unimpeachable, and it is without question or hesitation that I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. Ok, so we all know how stressful it can be to buy a new car - too many options - too many colors - too many models. If you've already made up your mind and decide to get an Acura, I suggest you go to Rallye. Compared to my previous car buying experience, this was a walk in the park on a sunny day. I really can't say enough good things about Matt Mishanie. It personally took me a while to decide on the RDX, it took me 2 seconds to decide to go to Rallye. I am avid reader of online reviews and just recently found this site and true to other reviewers - you will be treated very well at Rallye. They will work with you to get you the car you want. What more can a person ask for!! I now drive my dream car!!

Besides being so down to earth, he made what would have been a nervewrecking experience so seamless and comfortable. Went to this dealer twice and I knew what I wanted both times. First time the one model I wanted wasn t available but for some reason they kept pushing me to the old models & the pre cert models. Second time around i was shown a base model of the car, again not what I wanted to see considering it was a new model that just came out. I wasn t offered any other kind of assistance. I won t be coming back as I felt I was profiled. Good thing is I went to another Acura dealer and got an even better car than the one I was originally looking at and wasn t feeling like I was profiled at any time.

Steven was very responsive to our emails and phone calls, answering all my questions. I really like to get into the numbers such as the money factor, residual and cap cost and he gave me paperwork with al the details so I wouldn't have to guess. Extremely disappointing and horrific experience while shopping for a new car. We dealt with an Asian man named Tony Yao who desperately was looking to make a sale, perhaps, meet his monthly quota. We negotiated a deal and needed some time to shop around because we felt that he was not being truthful nor transparent. We reached out to him several times to get clarification via text and he confirmed that the car was still available and we informed him that we would come sign. While test driving the vehicle, apparently, the same car was sold to someone else. Needless to say, he came back and told us that the car was no longer available and he could sell us another car that was $90 more a month. Rallye Acura has lost my business and many others. I will tell as many people as humanly possible to avoid this dealership at all cost. All of my friends and family will be referred to BayShore Acura where they have won my business as well as many others. If your looking for an ACURA go straight to BayShore!

I recently took my Acura MDX in for servicing to Ralleye Acura. Chad Tammaro was my Service Advisor and he took as much time as I wanted to discuss my service requirements and presented options in an objective and highly professional manner. So often, everyone is in a rush and my experience here was just the opposite. Since I had bought a pre-owned certified car, he provided me with the complete details of the most recent servicing before my purchase. The service was performed in a timely fashion while I waited and in addition, my car was washed!

Worst dealership on Long Island. My husband and I bought a vehicle here- Paid over $695 for a defective auto start product. Was told they would not replace it because it was "used"(we had been trying to troubleshoot the issue for a month). The dealership never returned calls or stated they were working on getting it replaced. The General manager needs to be retrained- horrible customer service. Wish I could give them negative stars, 1 is too many!.

I just returned home from leasing my second TL from Rallye. The entire experience was about an hour!! My salesperson, Jerri Billman worked to get me the best number and some extras!! I was in the finance manager's office for 10 minutes and he never once put any pressure on me. Absolutely the best car buying experience in my life! Oh, and the product is fantastic - one of the few cars where the base includes what most other cars consider extras. Go to Rallye!!!

ASK FOR REZA... I purchased an Acura MDX 2017 from Rallye Acura and I wouldn't go anywhere else although I live very close to Paragon Acura and visited them a few times. Reza made a customer out of me just visiting. At Rallye my sales person was not pushy and made sure I am getting what I need and not what is the most expensive or options that I wouldn't be using. The showroom is stocked with all models and options. So let's say you are looking at the technology package and you want to sit or even test drive a higher or lower package it is available at the showroom and you are not told to choose from a catalog or website. What sets this dealership from others is you feel welcomed and not treated like another dollar sign. Reza took the time and made me feel at ease and followed up before and after the purchase.
At the end I am supper happy with my Acura in big part because of Reza (sales person) and Armin (Manager) I'll be sending my friend and family here.

A/C was cutting in & out. Brought to Rallye for repair. First time they thought they fixed it but it wasn't what they thought so I brought it back again & it was then determined to be something else. Part was ordered & repaired in no time. I received ongoing updates with the status of the repair. Very pleased with the whole experience & I highly recommend them.

By far the worst first impression and experience at a "luxury" dealership!! The minute we walked in... NO ONE greeted us. We were car shopping that day, walked in like two regular casual dressed customers. We loved the MDX ... But the ONLY person that treated us as respected customers was the Newly Salesman, Victor. The taller, balding, Sales Manger ... Joseph Matajy ... walks over scolding the non fluent English speaking Asian rep and degrades him "how many times do I have to tell you? You cannot take ups! do they even speak English or are you translating.?" ... 1) it's UNPROFESSIONAL to scold your newly associate... And especially in front of a customer. 2) yes, we speak English... That was extremely prejudice and disrespectful. 3) terrible way to ever conduct business!!! Just from a first impression, we will never purchase NOR recommend this disgusting place to any family or friend! Colleagues and customers should always be treated respectfully, after all, they are the ones helping you reach your bonus for the end of the month.

Simply the easiest car purchase experience I've had. Came in to do lease for an MDX and worked with Danny remotely to get through all the paperwork. Went in 2 days later after dropping off the previous car at a different dealer and the MDX was waiting for me. I've been in for one service appointment so far and they have been very accommodating.
