I purchased a vehicle May/2018 with David Cruz. Before I drove off the lot in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe David told me my car did not have to be registered until December/2019 (per license plate) .

Few weeks ago we got a notice in the mail saying the car has not be registered since 2018. I came to the dealership and spoke with the general manage George (Buick building) and he informed me that the tags on the license plate were fraudulent and that they belong to a commercial vehicle . George feels like Rally is not responsible for the fake tags and that I should take it up with DMV.

I have 4 small children and one that gets taken to children s hospital Los Angeles for appointments every month. If I get pulled over they will take my car . I was under the impression that I didn t have to pay to have my car registered until December 2019. This is unfair and I feel like I m breaking the law due to someone else s mishaps. For one the car should never have commercial fake tags on them . I don t know how the dealership even got away with this . Someone needs to fix this ASAP .

Went shopping for a new car, and found what we wanted. Affordable , great service, wonderful experience. No hassles, or heartaches. We did some research before we came, so that helped with selecting. Test drove 3 cars, and my wife test drove 3 cars. After that, the rest was easy. Didn't have to spend all there, either. A great shopping experience!

Been dealing with Rally for 20 years. Everything is mixed, hence 3 stars. Inconsistent. Service people are nice and helpful, not convinced about the techs. I hear many mixed things from the community as well. Coming back after a few years going over the hill. Not sure if adding an $85 alignment to my covered service was truly neede, but we'll see. Also, this is clearly a Cevy/Hyumdai/GMC dealership 1st and a Cadillac dealership second. Not exactly what a premium buyer is looking for.

Phillip Salas and Jhonny Lopez went above and beyond in helping me with my services. They kept me in the loop with the parts that came sooner than expected thanks to them. They also fixed all recalls on my Truck! I m so thankful they are on top of things at this dealership, makes me feel well supported and taken care of. Thank you so much Rally! :)

The people are nice. But 3 times now I have come for an oil change and stayed anywhere from 2-5 hours waiting. For an oil change. To top it off, they rarely reset the oil indicator and sometimes I wonder if they changed it at all. They tell me different things are needed for car repairs and maintenance each time, never corresponding with previous visits. Another gripe: Several other people had come and gone (with their car finished) for the same service I had, or more, in about half hour to an hour's time. And I was first and had an early appointment too. Something fishy there. Not happy at all. Felt ignored and forgotten, even after speaking up. And I have doubts they changed my oil at all. It's a pity too, I remember they were so good back when my dad used to go there.

I don't give them ZERO because I can't. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR! I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe which was a lemon. It took Hyundai 53 days to give me a new car because Rally auto group of Palmdale would not send them the paperwork on time. This put me in strenuous situation, because I was in California just to get my Master's Degree, I live in Orlando Florida. Because of them I was forced to rent a vehicle for almost two months which cost me over $4,000 and I was never paid for that. Rally Auto Group would not lend me a vehicle. They were nasty and unwilling to cooperate. Tony Anaya was my sales person and when I had the problem he disappeared. Art Reyes in Service, was very rude... he basically told me that I didn't know how to drive. Well, I was an instructor between 1994-1996. They tried to convince me that the car shifting to the left was the drivers assistance, but I have the same car now and it does not happen. Every time I wernt there they made me wait for hours and they did not resolve the situation. Brian was very nice though. I do not recommend this place at all... Very irresponsible!
PD: I was told that in some cases they resolve the situation in as little as 48 hours... It took Hyundai 53 days to give me a new car. They tried to force me to get the old car back even after the Better Businees Bureau and the Lemon Law ordered them to give me a new car. Please do not use this place or you will regret it . Go somewhere else!

Been here twice now for bodywork. The people at Rally are amazing! Saby has helped me now both times. Kind and caring amazing customer service but beyond that its their hospitality that stands out above the rest.

I can't Express how grateful I am for the amazing customer service we recieved. Crystal Kha deserves Enployee of the Year recognition. She was very knowledgeable & answered ALL our questions. She kept a smile on her face the entire time.

Stop by for a service department visit, basic oil change and tire rotation. Staff was friendly and I was greeted and taken care of immediately upon arrival. The waiting lounge was nice and clean had fresh coffee and popcorn as well as other vending machines, comfortable air-conditioned seating with Wi-Fi and device charging stations.

They said take it back and get your money back. Went back to Rally Auto Service and I told them, I don"t have all of my Parts. He told me that part is separated. It"s Cost $ 1400.00. Know Body said that the Parts separated. Before I Paid My $ 607.07. DON"T TELL ME THAT THEIR WAS KNOW NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR ELECTRICAL ITEMS. I LOST MY $ 607.07. I will NEVER give them my business ever again! I have been here 3 times before and EVERY time I leave feeling like I shouldn't have given them my time or money. I had an appointment today and when I got there I was told that I was NOT on the list, and that the person who I made the appointment with was no longer working there. I get brushed to the side, told to wait in the lounge until they helped everyone else, even some who walked in AFTER me!! This lady comes to the lounge area and says to me "YOU, come with me! We're gonna put you in this office right here". She then turns to someone else and says real nice "oh!, good morning, how can I help you sir". Turns out I'm in the service manager office. I tell him what's going on, and then he tells me that he needs to get some numbers and takes my keys. He returns with my contract envelope!! No way did I give him permission to get anything from my car!! He proceeds to go thru the envelope reading my contract until I ask him what it is that he's looking for. At this point I'm feeling real disrespected, and we have words, so I left. I ended up at Parkway!! The service was EXCELLENT, I was even given a discount. I've purchased from Parkway before and should've just saved myself a headache and come here from the start. Rally is the WORST!

People were very nice in the service shop. They want to make sure you're comfortable while waiting. Best to make an appointment if you have to have your car serviced, but even then, it will take a few hours.

Dealt with phillip it was the worst experience I've had at a dealership took it in monday am did hear from them Monday evening phillip said they called a technician from chevrolet and he said (apparently) it was my remotes will cost 396.12..wasn't the problem so phillip said they were checking the transmitter? Cost will be 835..after I called four times on Friday to find out the status of my car phillip couldn't bother to call back..finally had to talk to his boss. Service from phillip was very poor i wouldn't deal with him again...

I had to bring my 2015 GMC Yukon Denali in for service both fuel injectors needed to be replaced on June 1st. At 8:30am at 2:45pm was told have to order both injectors on June 3rd I called for an update sense service advisor never bothered called was told there searching for injectors. In meantime I was given 3day rental.
( I m paying insurance rental gives) only so if in an accident my deductible won t go up. So There paying daily fee for until my suv is fixed So again I called service advisor on june5th at 3:45pm. Again still looking for fuel injectors Now as of me posting this review June9th again called 5:30pm left message regarding an update. No return call... I am now writing a very detailed letter to General Motors customer service it will be filing a complaint against this dealership for one for not having an adequate supply of parts and the lack of customer service and keeping a customer updated on the status of their vehicle even if the vehicle is not ready it s just nice to know that they re taking the time to let you know but to make a long story short this dealership service department has really gone down the drain the lack of service quality Has deteriorated it s pretty disgusting that you are waiting more than 10 days for two simple feel injectors that you can get at AutoZone but yet the worlds largest car company can t have two fuel injectors available for you simply unbelievable the service manager should be fired he obviously doesn t know his job about inventory. This dealership has lost my business it will never be returning for any servicing or even to buy a car

Walked truck lot 10 minutes Sunday 6/10/18, went into show room where salesman told me someone would help me in a minute. 5 minutes later walked back to lot for 10 minutes. No showed up. Went to another dealer and bought a truck. I have bought 3 other vehicles from them in past, never again.

3 stars because my car was attended to quickly. I asked that my missing wheel cap be replaced, or new one ordered. It was not addressed. Customer service area is run down, over crowded. And badly in need of renovation.
