Great arena, great feel to it. No place I'd rather play. After searching for such a long time me and my friends hoped for a indoor arena to open up. When it finally did we didn't know what to expect.
Super friendly environment from the staff and expirienced players. The staff is knowledgeable about the weapons they play with and oversee. (Odd how valuable that can be we've had issues and they'll have advice if not a solution)
Just follow the rules and you'll want to go daily or every weekend, seriously fun changed the sport for me and my group of friends.

Fun place to play, great arena. Most of the regulars are super friendly and nice. Last night, Friday the 15th of April, I was there for my first time. The cashier was a nice guy. The game marshal was a little bossy, but that's to be expected.

The fact that all the refs were children was a little weird, I thought.

Newcomers and first timers beware:
They will expect you to know the rules before you play. So read up on their website.
I hope to see this place grow into something big, it definitely has the business

As an adult, trying something new like airsoft can be a bit Intimidating. My first visit to their arena was just for buying advice. They were really friendly and helpful. They had even facilitated an online purchase from a major retailer as well. When I retuned for a set of matches, they were again incredibly friendly and helpful. About 30 people were playing that evening and the entire environment was friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a strong range of ages among the players. I was worried that playing with a lot of young players might make playing much less enjoyable, but they proved me wrong. I really enjoyed the arena, staff, other players, etc. The different game types added additional challenges. In general the airsoft community is far more welcoming and understanding than any other sport I've engaged in. With airsoft being my new addiction, this is where I want to play.

Awesome people and awesome field! Travis and Rich are some fantastic people and I couldn't say enough good things about them. The field staff is great and try to make it fun for everyone and play different games. The store is the best in Utah hands down. They have the nicest gear and the best guns and will help you with anyone. Plus the tech work isn't over priced and they are honest with their customers. I Just really like being there and they're really friendly. Definitely how I would recommend anyone spending their weekend.

Went in to check out the place and the two people at the front desk looked up at me and didn't say a thing. I stood there and sat in the load out area for at least a half hour and nothing, I had some questions but I was not welcomed at all. One thing I did notice beyond the terrible customer service is that their safety rules are not followed I am surprised that kids don't get hurt.

Awesome a lot the rules are kept some are implied but everyone keeps an eye on each other. A lot of the game modes turn out to be just team death match with unlimited respawn but it's still really fun especially if u own a tornado nade or thunder b. The staff are nice and inviting. I go at least once every other week and always have a blast

Friendly staff, honest players, and a roof. What more can you ask for from an airsoft field. Prices are reasonable and breaks are usually pretty quick getting you back in the action as soon as possible.

It's a great place to play. The downside with that is that it can get quite crowded (lots of other people want to play there too!). They've made a ton of improvements over the past year too. The store is really good and the staff are super knowledgeable. The only downsides are that they seem to have problems with their phone (I've never been able to get them to answer.) And their website needs to be updated.

Milsim city has always been a wonderful place to t...

Milsim city has always been a wonderful place to train for CQB scenarios, and they do have a nice facility. I have spent many, many hours utilizing it, and I did have fun most of the time.

My only complaint within the facility is their lack of a drinking fountain. Yes, a stupid complaint maybe. However, in a facility like theirs, I would have though they had water on site. Not a major issue, more of an annoyance.

My main complaint lies within the staff. In any situation that the employees are approached for assistance, they never help resolve the issue. Lost gear? Find it yourself. Cheater? Deal with it. It's part of the sport. I never felt comfortable approaching the staff, which can be a cause for major complications, especially with inexperienced players that may need help.

Another complaint I have is their new rule for buying their bb's. Honestly, the bb rule really wouldn't matter, except that they selected a brand of bb that I do not trust putting in my guns. I understand they are trying to limit players from using heavier rounds, which do hurt more. My confusion lies within the lack of selection, and there is no rule for those using tracer rounds. I should not have to risk destroying my expensive, personal property when I am following their rule of using .25 gram bbs or lower. This rule is what has kept me away from the facility since they employed it.

Lastly, I am uphalled by the fact that Milsim City does not carry any medical equipment on site. A simple bandaid and neosporne is no where to be seen. This could be a major concern for parents, leaving their kids in an unknown, possibly dangerous environment. I understand there is a waiver, and there is an expectation for injury. What I cannot understand is why they don't take the precautions like minor bandages, ice packs, and other medical necessities.

Overall, I really enjoyed their facility. However, their lack of care for their customer and unacceptable rules have stopped me from using it. It has become a hassle to go, when it used to be simple and fun. Their lack of medical equipment is mind boggling. In short, I cannot return to Milsim City until there are some changes made to make the experience enjoyable.

I'll be honest, I've been here a few times but this last time (Saturday Jul 30th) was really, really disappointing.

The first problem was that after getting crono'd and approved we waited for the next game to begin. My friend and I were excited to do some good old team deathmatch, it was very disappointing to have the ref tell us of some complicated game-mode where the attacking team has unlimited re spawns and the defenders had to protect a "building." We had no ability to flank or move around to protect the building and just got pinned down and eliminated quickly.

The second game-mode was where one person was a "shark" and had to stay in a specific part on the map while the others had to tag him in to disable him for 10 seconds, that's it... It ended up as an overshot fest where there were 3 people still alive and everyone else was "sharks" and were shooting at them, with no time limit and no ability for anyone but the sharks to "win" it was really annoying actually. I wasn't the only one that didn't have a fun time either. I heard many other players wanting to just play the normal deathmatch, capture the flag, plant the bomb, and other classic, good game-modes.

We finally did for the last five minutes a team deathmatch that had 3 limited re-spawns that no one listened to. Minus the respawn cheaters it was the only fun part of the whole night.

The second problem was they have increased the amount of buildings and that makes the engagements almost too close, all the time. I enjoyed when it first opened because had a few less buildings to return fire back and forth, but you still had the CQB room clearing action as well. They also blocked off the old entrance where the crono area was, making getting back to your table more difficult. I also feel like they should put/wrap something on your gun to signify it has been chronographed.

The third problem is that the refs are lazy, they were just sitting in the front talking with each other instead of being in the game, and we had some 11 to 13 year old kid basically be the ref and explain the rules. I thought you could only be 21 or older to work there...

My first two experiences were really good, but this last one has really made me disappointed. They should allow the players, not the ref, to decide the play mode since they are the one's paying. Reduce the amount of buildings slightly, and add a few fans in the play and staging area (It gets really, really hot)

(Adding Oct 4th 2016) I was informed that you now have to use their "field" brand bb's... While I understand the safety concerns, this makes me want to try going again even less... If they're going to do that, add the bb's to the cost of admission. Plus they don't allow .25's unless you run tracer rounds... My gun is tuned for .25's not .2's very, very disappointing...

Great fun for ages 12 and up. Fun and exciting. Reasonable rates. Rental equipment if needed. My 2 sons and I love Milsim City. Also, if you are concerned about young kids hearing bad language..... ask yourself if your kid plays ANY online video games with a headset? Language will be heard everywhere.

Very Dangerous, there are rules but they are not followed. A Florescent light was shot out and glass fell on my son. (This happened earlier in the year and nothing has changed). The atmosphere of the Venue is not inviting for children because of the attitudes and bad language of the older players.

This place is awesome. I love the staff there way nice. The owner is great. They do there very best to make it a very fun experience for you very family friendly. I don't know what the other whiny babies are talking about as far as mean refs or bad game modes and unsafe!?. They go over the rules every time. They chrono your gun so people aren't shooting there guns really hard. They told me I couldn't use one of my guns because it was shooting way hard. I'm fine with that I don't want other players to get hurt. You have to wear a full face mask when playing. And they will kick you out if you fire your gun in the loading area. Sounds way safe to me. They try and change up the game modes and make it fun. I've started going almost weekly and I live in orem. It's just so fun I have to come. I wish there was one closer to me. I have a blast every time. They just changed up the arena and it's awesome. Go to Milsim city!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff great place for beginners and pros alike. I've been coming here since I started airsoft and have never felt unwelcome. They're passionate about the sport and not just a faceless corporation. I really appreciate the way this place keeps safety a priority by using their own premium BB created by a highly respected company and are probably the best quality you can buy for a super good deal. i would recommend this place to any seasoned veteran or even someone just curious about the sport.

I have been there a couple times. Great place to go and have fun. All tho my gun was about 10 fps over so i didn't mind using a different gun. But they said they could drop the fps so i could us it. It costed about 15$ to do so i said why not. they dropped the fps alright, they broke my gun. broke it completely. pissed me off. and i paid for a whole session. Lucky me friend had a pistol i could use. i probably not be going for a while. And a recommendation to you if your gun is slightly over the fps LEAVE don't get your gun (fixed). I do like the employees dedication to the game to make the best of it.

Overall fun place, they will break your gun and say it's fixed . I want to say I like it but they broke my gun.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have played there several times and this place beats all the other places I've played. The field is great, the staff is very friendly and experienced, and depending on the night they will even jump in on a few of the games. The rentals are great quality, the masks are amazing and always clean. The only thing these guys are missing is a solid storefront in addition to their online store.

I've been here 3 times almost 4 but they were closed do to construction I didn't find out until I got there and a sign on the door stated so. I checked the website before I left. Probably should have checked their Facebook as well.

Other than that my only complaint is that the 3rd time I went there there were a couple guys that skipped crono. I figured that it would be fine and I will just ignore it but when I turned a corner and got shot point blank a couple times by some of that group. I could tell their guns were bit more painful than the others it wasn't until I got home and realized I was bleeding.

I'm still relatively new to the sport and am going back as soon as I finish building my M4.

Love the place and its atmosphere every thing about it is amazing.

This place is fun but it has its negatives they play the same 3 game modes in a cycle and don't change the field layout as often as I hoped they would so the experience can get really repetitive.

This is a state of the art indoor facility that can serve airsoft enthusiasts as well as other members in the tactical community. The facility offers a large number of modular buildings that can be easily disassembled and reassembled so that the flow of the game or training never becomes predictable. The staff are friendly and easy to work with, and they are regarded as community organizers who serve Airsoft and the tactical community with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this facility for Airsoft and other means of tactical training.

They recently started using Elite Force field bbs, and I gotta say, they are top of the line. Nationally recognized event hoster, Milsim West issues these bbs to all of their participants, and these participants are using over 1000 dollar guns. Glad to see the Milsim City crew is loking out for Utah airsoft guns!

When I went there, I didn't know what to expect, but I had an amazing time!!! The staff there are kind and just all out family friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have gear that you can rent for protection. I had the best experience ever. I had left with a few bumps and welts but it was completely worth it. Honestly the best business I have ever been too. Group-on's are the best for 4 people.

Airsoft is more affordable, fun, and safe than paintball. For around 35 dollars you can rent a high end gun, mask, bb's, and play for a few hours (exhausting and fast paced!). Amazing for beginners and the officials on the field do their job well. Great customer service and pro shop. Can't wait to see the new location.
