I have been going to Dr. Sounds for over 5 years. They have done everything to my car from tints to speakers to Tvs and blacked out rear and head lights. They are absolutely the best. If I can give them ten stars. I would.

My tints were redone I have no complaints but they unhooked my alarm and didn't advise me and they took off my rear panels and didnt put all the pieces back together I would've gone back but I live almost an hour away

THE VIST WAS GOOD I HAVE A 2016 KIA FORTA AND THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB PUTTING MY TVS IN I WILL BE BACK FOR THEM TO DO MY DASHBOARD LOVE THEM.

Just got my windows tinted here for the third time(different vehicles) and I absolutely love it! They always do an amazing job, their quick and professional and my tints always last long with no problems.

It was a pleasant experience and the best decision to take my car to put the window tint. 100% recommended .

Really a 2.5, did 4 window tints for 100 bucks, came out good besides it feeling totally sketchy and being lost while looking for where to pay, cash only btw, but there are small bubbles on one window that seems like will be there forever

Dr.Sound did a good job on multiple vehicles I had a 04 corolla 04 g35 and now 02 accord they did tints and sound system in them and all the work was was done well and reliable

I personally don t care to do business with an entity that makes me feel they re attempting to pull one over on me (just because of being a woman)!
Poor business practices. If you seek competitive transparent pricing and a fully comprehensive install, search elsewhere.
I know I verbally stated the desired services, but alas their word & actions were not congruent. When asked why wasn t the device installed to permit FULL functionality, I was told oh, you didn t ask for that ... when in fact, short of naming the make+model+serial# of each and every adapter needed for the install, I did. You know how I know, because _adapter(s)_ is plural, unlike the word adapter which speaks of a single item.
He knew; they wanted more $.
You get any stars at all because the bottom line is it does ypartially work. thank your techs.
Well, you all may get lots of passerby customers but that will no longer be anyone I have the influence to reach. Any business major would inform you that, long money, the type that builds and amasses wealth (not riches) comes from repeat patronage from your customers. And repeat patrons?, WE only support exceptional service providers.
Be careful. You never know which customer you try to stick it too is the wrong customer to try to stick it to.

You were correct in that I chose to pay a vendor to complete the install I initiated. I didn t have all the adapter(s) required and didn t want to wait.
Additionally, thank you for demonstrating to the reading public 1) your personal biases and how they affected your individual CHOICE to omit information that directly affected the outcome of the requested service. 2) That your definition of professionalism involves defamation of character and slander. Google & Florida frown upon these actions. And because I have time, I look forward to litigation proceedings.

Is a installer there called Angel. Is a realy nice guy that know what he is doing. I always tip him realy good.

Two years ago i tinted my car windows ( bill say life warranty ) then i go back because some parts of the film they install wrinkled film are probably bad quality !!!
the warranty is working but they want to charges me fee and the fee is the same price as if i do it without warranty !
the Manager was rude it look like we bother him asking question !
they are a bunch of thief and they lie about the warranty stay away that place !

They're fast, the quality of their work is top-tier, and they have everything for sound and tints that you could imagine. Highly recommended.

DO NOT go to Dr. Sound. The dishonest employees will overcharge you.

I've come here for tints three times and this was my first time getting a sound system. Not only are they really friendly, they had a quote that was 100$ less than Titos across the way! Would recommend them 1000 times over.

UPDATE: Owner called me threatening me they're not going to fix their tint or the window the broke unless I take away review. Save your money and go to another person at the swap or another place completely.

Called very angry, yelling through the phone, harassing me about my review. Not the kind of person you want to do business with.

I went in for two window tints, the drivers and passenger. After about two hours walking around I didn't receive a call back to let me know my car was done. I found out by coming back and asking about my car and they said it had been done. I waited the 6 days they told me to wait to use the windows. The tint has defects, bubbles that didnt go away after the drying period. But thats not the worse part, my window is not working properly, its moving forward and back and the grommet that holds the window is coming out and won't let me use my window.

I called and they said I can show the boss in the afternoon on the weekday, I let them know I am coming friday and hopefully it goes well and they can fix this issue they cost.

The installation was not a bad job, however, they don't disclose or tell tou anything. The stero showed android & Iphone " pandora, spotify, xm..." but none of that worked wothout something extra...only bluetooth...had i known that when i paid for the original install, i would've made additional purchases if necessary.. Instead, I didn't find out until I got home and had to come back. When I went back, they charged me an ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION FEE for installing something that they didn't tell me I needed in the first place... the response was "You didn't ask" ...Well, if the sterio says pandora, spotify, xm..." why would i need to ask if it works? It would have been better business to not charge for an additional installation after ive already paid for an installation.

Dr sound is a great place. My car tints were done under an hour.

BEWARE! Horrible service. I came in asking for 5% on my back windows and 15% in the front. First they wouldn't go down on the price till I jumped back in my car. Then they told me they would do it. It Took almost an hour. When I come back the whole car had 3 different window shades. The back looked purple and the side windows looked black and light, when I paid for 5% in the back. The little Windows had holes on them I could see daylight. Anyways I saw some bumps wrinkles and waited three days to see if they would go away. ( as instructed) Just my luck I could see that the back windshield was turning purple and had a huge I mean huge hole between the break light. I took it back. And told them the Windows got 3 different colors shades and my back break light had 3 inches around of light. they didn't even cut it right it's got a huge hole. The owner tells me they would replace the little Windows on the back. Well they had to replace it 3 times cause the people he's got working there have no idea how to cut the film, for you not to have any holes. I just paid these guys $180 for cheap, different shades. And horrible customer service.

i took off and drove across the parking lot to TITOS!!! Best place treat you right and took care of me right away. I had to spend another $50 to fix my back windows and my front strip.
But I couldn't be happier!! Watch out

So kind, professional and courteous team. I tinted my truck s Front windows and installed screens and DVD player in it. Everything was done in a great way, for the righ $$$

DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!!!! I brought it back within the month because the tint came loose and they blamed me and said that the only way that happens is if i rolled the window down and said that he knows because he has tinted windows for 20 years. He did not even bother to take a look at the poor job that they did on the other windows. So he pretty much called me a liar and wanted to charge me to do it over. The other windows have bubbles and trash. I went next door to Hot Drive and paid them to repair it.

I was referred to Dr. Sound by my mom after she had her windows tinted. I also noticed that they received great reviews. I took my car there, the work was completed in a timely manner, and I was happy with the outcome. I did need to go back for a repair and they completed it without hesitation. After some research, went to get tints at Dr tint and I must say that I had a great experience and I was extremely happy with my choice.
The service was very professional and on spot, prices are very reasonable and on top of that the entire team is friendly and make sure you leave happy with the work on your ride.

Disappointed to the maximum. Installed outside speakers and less then 24hours it doesn't work. No worries after work the next day I came in respectfully. Only to find out I got brushed off quickly. Stating "The operation cannot shut down for you " Come back another time for repairs. Truly wish saving zero dollars with them I would have went elsewhere. Skeptical and cautious if you decide to do business with Dr. Sound.

I put on a back up camera with these guys today. Very professional. Aveed was very nice. I would recommend my friends here. The only issue i have is that the camera is a bit staticy but they said thats normal
